I believe in word of mouth referrals; I was hit on my motorcycle by an SUV and asked a neighborhood businessman if he knew of a law firm that could help me. He connected me with John Nojima. The day after my accident when I was laid up at home, John came to my home and took my statement of what happened. Nothing but good people. I truly Appreciate how passionate this group of people are. From the receptionist to the lawyers they are very professional. At first I was treated amazing and told I had a case but after a year and a half I was told since I wasn’t seriously injured or dead they couldn’t represent me to make sure I was taken care of. I wasn’t even told I was dropped as a client until I emailed Rebecca and she claimed they didn’t have a updated phone number for me, which I had updated 3 different times but they didn’t update the system. She was able to email me time and time again for record release forms to be signed and pictures of my drivers license but couldn’t email me to drop me as a client till I contacted them. Gotten myself in a car accident about a year ago and I wasn't at fault. Even though I haven't got any serious damages to myself but still I went to the hospital just to make sure.
