Horrible and lacking in respect for his client, left them to fend for themselves without any real support, especially during the most crucial moments of the case. Stay far away! EDIT: my review was not made in error and is completely correct and accurate - he left his client in the lurch during the most crucial moment without offering any good legal advice, it was as if the client did not hire a lawyer and was representing themselves! Totally unprofessional if not borderline sketchy. Extremely disappointing result and he obviously did not provide anywhere near to a satisfactory level of service. EDIT 2: obviously I am using a pseudonym but everything I wrote is true and he abandoned his client and left them with a lousy result. If he had any conscience, he would realize and admit that he did a horrible job in representing them. There is nothing to discuss as the case is irrevocably closed.

Charles D Naylor and Joe Rinaldi attorneys represent my brother in a Maritime law case. Recently, they came to Europe to take deposition from a witness in Linz, Austria, and 4 witnesses in Budapest and Szentendre, Hungary. The weather was very cold. Huge pieces of ice were flowing down river Danube, it was snowing non-stop. The roads were slippery and the side walks were covered with ice. The temperature was minus 12 Celsius degrees. In addition to the harsh weater Russian President Valdimir Putin was on an official visit to Budapest. Security was very tight, roads were closed. It this stressful situation without fail Charles and Joe managed to take deposition of all witnesses in a patient, calm manner. They had to work with the help of an interpreter, while the court reporter was in California writing down the testimonies in a 9 hours earlier time zone. They demonstrated an amazingly high level of professionalism and they got the their mission accomplished. I raise my hat and bow my head to these Gentlemen. Thank you, Gabor
