Extremely knowledgeable, patient, thorough, thoughtful, and highly professional - In a nutshell, this was my experience with Robert Mansour and his associates. Contacting an attorney is nerve wracking enough (at least for me) and I’ve had to deal with quite a few for various services. Contacting Rob’s office and setting up an appointment was the most seamless and, dare I say, “enjoyable” call that I’ve had to make in a while. Maria answered the phone and took down all the relevant information that Rob would need in order to help me with my situation. Specifically, pertaining to Proposition 19 and its impact on inherited property. I had NO idea what to ask about specifically but Maria was very patient and made my ramblings into coherent notes. She said that she would discuss with Robert when he was free and get back to me about setting up an appointment, which she did in less than 30 minutes. During the call with Rob, he could not be easier to speak with yet still very direct-to-the-point. Rob let me know what he thought my concerns were and, once I confirmed that I agreed, he went through his recommended solutions/options. Beyond his legal advice, Rob also leveraged his experience to let me know about certain pitfalls that might happen based upon family dynamics, emotions, etc. I truly appreciated his sharing his experiences with me since these issues never had occurred to me… things like how family dynamics might be great now, but money has a way of changing that, issues that can arise during probate if you are not comfortable addressing uncomfortable issues like certain assets and how they should be inherited and by whom, etc. It was this part of our call that I found most helpful and proved to me that Rob’s experience and his ability to personalize "legalese” would prove invaluable. Unfortunately, Rob was not able to take my case because I live in a county far away from his practice and he felt that I would be better served with a more local attorney, one that would be more familiar with the nuances of the county in which I live. I really appreciated his honesty and candor. It turned out that he was correct because there are certain processes and procedures in our county that are slightly different from the counties that Rob currently serves. Frankly, it was such a positive experience, I just might try to convince my wife that we need to move to Santa Clarita during our golden years just so that we can have Rob do our estate planning! ;)

Mason and his firm are the pinnacle of fierce professionalism meeting dignified personal treatment. He and his office staff are beyond amazing, making themselves available whenever I asked and always responding promptly to any questions or situations that came up. I hired The Mason Law Firm after I was involved in an automobile accident. I was shaken, injured, and not quite sure what I needed to do next. I met with Mason and his assistant, Nicole, and immediately felt like I had a team helping me navigate my physical and financial recovery. Mason's top concern was that I receive the medical attention I needed. Once my care was established, he and his team worked to gather all the evidence they needed so that I would recover financially from the accident. I met Mason Rashtian a few month back, awesome guy, easy to talk to, very down to earth. He made such an impression on me, that months later, when my mom got into a car accident, the only person that I could think about calling was Mason.
