Russell Wyatt took my case,and then handed me over to another person Justin Monaco,from there justin started my case,i also paid Justin a monthly flat fee,as the months dragged on i started to notice a lot of problems,missed deadlines etc,i called russell many times,he said Justin was handling your case.(Long story short) it turns out Justin is not a lawyer.I was lied to so many times by Justin and others at that law firm,deadlines would pass,and i would call Justin,he was always so confused.and say let me look into it,and seldom get back to me. I was involved in an accident, and stupidly, did NOT hire a legal team after the accident. It was a minor accident, but I definitely needed treatment for the pain. I ended up being taken advantage of my the opposing party's insurance and even a place that was treating me! I would have been left with at LEAST a 7000 dollar bill that I would have paid for out of pocket...However, I was referred to Curtis Legal Group, and though negotiations took till almost the last day (2 years after the accident), they were able to get me out of the hole, and even got me some settlement of my own (I just wanted to break even after all the stress).
