I was associated with this law firm in getting my Work Comp case to take care of my work related injuries. California Workers Compensation is not structured to help the individual who has a claim for ones injuries. It's more in line to help the employers cause. Such is the case that the complainant better have a stable and justifiable injury case. It's a long drawn out process that doesn't add up to get a speedy recovery and get your case placed in your favor and get your well being back where it belongs. I would not recommend! My case took too long to settle. Once it settled, it took over three months to get paid, Not only that but per my agreement with Mr. Dial I'd get a certain amount for my case once he and the doctors were paid. Once settled, Mr. Dial decided that our previous agreement was no longer valid and decided to settle my case for less than agreed. When I argued this situation he became very furious threatening me to either agree with him or he'd drop my case and put a lien on it for his services. This was a very uncomfortable situation to be in with the "professional" who's supposed to be representing you. There are good people working in that office, but employee turnover is so high, that you never know who you'll talk to next. I truly believe there are good lawyers out there, unfortunately this one is not one of them!!
