Well the initial phone call are very well handled. But the follow up is very poor. It makes you feel uncomfortable to call and explain the situation to start. And since most of us don't deal with attorneys we feel pretty embarrassed to ask if we have a case. Not only did they not take the time to call back and tell you the truth about what there decision is they don't care to take just any case. I guess if its not worth big money they wont help you. They are happy to refer you to another place but if the case don't have much Merritt its not worth there time. Sorry but they don't fight for the little people. In this case a young girl. I wish they would have just said the truth and call back and say no.

"Horrible Experience " they were very unprofessional. They handled not only one but two of our cases! I believe they need experience professionals. At some point I felt they were against me instead of with. I so regeret going with this firm. I do not recommend it. Representation was poorly handled. I went to see Mr. Jones about a possible case I had. I did have a case and he talked to me and told me that he could represent me but that I could do it on my own and save myself money. He did give advice on how to do so and I did. I thought that was very nice of him and I took his advice and settled with out having to pay attorney fee's.
