Aigen was definitely a right choice! He is professional, friendly, down to earth, and motivated! But what really stood out was his inclination to focus more on the well-being of his client (myself)! Came across Eric Mausner shortly after getting into my auto accident , I was searching for about a week or two trying to find a lawyer I feel comfortable with, after meeting with about 8 different lawyers , I finally ran into Eric , from the first meeting he was 100% real and upfront about my case , good vibes from the second I walked through the door. So after about a hour and half meeting I decided to go with Eric. I reached out with my maritime case after being injured while on a cruise vacation. Elaine reached out to me to gather information which I promptly returned and I was informed that the paralegal, Jessica would contact me once the information was reviewed. I followed up twice and no response. It has been almost a month and I have not heard anything back. Whether or not I had a valuable case or not, I did expect a call to let me know they were not going to take it. Very unprofessional. Not a way to do business. Would give zero stars.
