The best thing I ever did, was make a google search, (frantically trying to find legal advice, after a traumatic incident, alone and in a foreign country), thank goodness Rivkind & Marguilies came up in my top search. Since day one, When I called, Leslie was the first person I spoke to, through tears and panic, she listened, put me directly on the phone with Bruce, no appointment needed, just listened to my situation, calmed me down and gave me free advise on what I should do (I was stuck in A Caribbean island with a serious injury, minimal medical help, being told I cannot leave by my employer) within one day, of their help, I was on a flight to the USA, all logistics taken care of by them, in the safety of a hotel close to a hospital and a specialist that I so badly needed. From then onwards, I wasn’t alone, they took care of appointments, dr visists and my well-being when I was at my most vulnerable. Each day they worked tirelessly to get me the justice I needed, I received the best medical care and Leslie, was in constant contact with me, reassuring me about every step and process that was happening in my new situation, she was kind and always had time for me, thorough and made the impossible, possible. I met Brett later on, I was soo happy to meet the man who has never lost a case, be there for me in my time of need, he is a caring, genuine and powerful man with integrity of his work, he wouldn’t allow me to worry about paperwork, logistics or adjusters and told me only to focus on my getting well again, that he would take care of everything. He was not wrong, they did take care of everything, I only had to work on my recovery and they did exactly what they said they would do. I cannot express enough what it means, to have such a powerhouse team be fighting for you, on your side. Today is the end of my journey, I am eternally gratful for their relentless hard work and the outcome of all of this. I will actually miss my communications with Leslie as felt I had a friend holding my hand throughout. Thank you soo much, Leslie, Brett and Bruce, for all you have done for me, I will never forget it and only wish I could thank you more. I hope this review helps others make the right decision when they are in their time of need, or happened to find themselves in an unfortunate situation, Really was the best decision I ever made and I wouldn’t have been able to overcome this without them.

Elizabeth Oropesa, the attorney that represented me with my child legal case addressed the mediation in a very professional way and explained to me clearly the points of my petition and what will be discussed to the other party. I didn't feel represented at all during my case. I was told at the beginning I had chances to win the case but that was just to get my money. I wasn't adviced on what to do during the process or told what to expect. I found out the hard way during the mediation that I had all the possibilities to lose the case. I'm still getting random Bills and my case isn't closed yet. She just filled out paperwork, things that I could have done myself. I feel scammed. I'm not rich and they have taken more than 4 thousand dollars from me and they keep sending bills. At the end, I just had to accept my ex husband terms. I didn't need to spend $4000 to accept his initial terms. I could have done that at the beginning and save that money. Please anyone who has had a similar experience with them email me so we can build a stronger case against them and have our money back.

My wife had an unfortunate result from a plastic surgical procedure. After many months of the provider attempting interventions to mitigate the aberrant results the effort proved futile. After second opinions it was inevitable that the unexpected results could not be rectified and after much persuasion from associates, a referral from a health care provider led us to Jonathan at Freidin Brown. The team at Freidin interviewed both of us, requested documents and pictures, went to their professionals, and evaluated our issues. During the gathering of information from ourselves as well as the professionals we consulted there was transparency and conformation along the way. There were no promises made yet we had credence in their evaluation of our case. Lara Dabdoub was the lead attorney with all contact virtual, by phone, electronically and via zoom, usually with multiple members of their team attending. From our first inquiry in November to the final disposition in late October we were always kept in the loop as to the status of the events pertaining to our case by Lara Dabdoub. She always responded to our inquiries and was incredibly open to our thoughts. Things will never be the way we anticipated but we did find closure to this life disrupting event. I highly recommend this firm.

First of all I can’t say enough about Hickey Law Firm. Anytime I needed anything they would respond promptly. They all went out of there way to help me with all my needs anything that I didn’t understand they would take the time to explain things to me there is no time clock with this firm. I could me a real pain but they would tell me that I’m not and that’s what they are hear for to help people like me.
