Staff are very professional and knowledgeable. My telephone calls to the firm were always answered. If the attorney was not available, my telephone calls were returned in a timely manner. My son’s medical malpractice case was handled by ARFAA Law Group - namely Justin Wright and Julia Arfaa - which I very highly recommend, couldn’t have asked for better lawyers as they are the very BEST. My son’s case was handled during this unfortunate time of the COVID-19 pandemic which made it harder as everything was either virtual, messages, mail or the cellular. They worked hand-in-hand with me, a first timer who had never had to deal with such an unpleasant situation as my only son’s, who is 38 yrs old, malpractice case, specially at my age of 77 yrs old, residing in Puerto Rico, not at all familiar with legal situations, who always thought my son would be taking care of me, but who had to move to Delaware to be with my only son, who after 2 years is still unconscious due to the medical malpractice. Our case started at another law firm where Justin Wright was the third attorney assigned to work with us on our lawsuit stemming from a car accident. Upon taking our case, Justin took time to review the work done by previous attorneys, spoke at length with my husband and I to get to know us as people to understand how the accident has permanently affected our lives. Justin continually worked to provide the best representation possible throughout the lengthy and sometimes stressful process that took 3+ years to resolve. During this time Justin moved to Arfaa Law Group, but was just as responsive and ensured we were updated on any new information received and explaining the next steps as we moved towards a trial. I used this firm before and I had nothing but great things to say about their service, however the second time around things were not so good. They seemed to rush through the particulars and didn’t make things that didn’t make sense, make sense to our benefit. Needless to say the firm handled my case poorly and it ended up as a lose/lose for us both. Had I known this was the type of service I would receive, I would’ve represented myself.

I have inquired about bad medicine Zantac and Ranitidine but the lawyers refuse to assist me with my pain and suffering due to bad medicine. It's unfair to suffer any pain due to medicine i was not aware it was bad medicine I have severe stomach pain with excess swelling bloating and constipation adverse reactions is a lawsuit. I need a lawyer now.

When you offer a free consultation, you should follow through on that promise. 3 sentences from a secretary does not constitute a consultation. More than that responding in an email that isn't written in a complete sentence has spelling errors and no punctuation is unprofessional for such a scholar. This is the exact email response I got back: "Sorry, but can not help you with your case" Such a professional should at least be able to spell simple words and respond in a complete sentence, I wouldn't want a lawyer who sends written communication that is so sloppy, would you? Don't offer free consultations if you are not going to honor that promise. More than this the secretary who summarized my case in three sentences had to be corrected of what I was saying multiple times.

Where to begin? Its been a long painful road of recovery from an accident that occurred back in May 17' ... None of the needles i got stuck with or going to the Dr appointments was ever fun.. but knowing I had someone who had my back through it all (not just for the money) meant a lot. Frank told me many times he would go to the end of the world for me and help me every way he could. I feel he would and he definitely did! The outcome of my case wasn't what we both had hoped for, or as much as deserved but that was out of our control.
