I used this firm before and I had nothing but great things to say about their service, however the second time around things were not so good. They seemed to rush through the particulars and didn’t make things that didn’t make sense, make sense to our benefit. Needless to say the firm handled my case poorly and it ended up as a lose/lose for us both. Had I known this was the type of service I would receive, I would’ve represented myself.

My son’s medical malpractice case was handled by ARFAA Law Group - namely Justin Wright and Julia Arfaa - which I very highly recommend, couldn’t have asked for better lawyers as they are the very BEST. My son’s case was handled during this unfortunate time of the COVID-19 pandemic which made it harder as everything was either virtual, messages, mail or the cellular. They worked hand-in-hand with me, a first timer who had never had to deal with such an unpleasant situation as my only son’s, who is 38 yrs old, malpractice case, specially at my age of 77 yrs old, residing in Puerto Rico, not at all familiar with legal situations, who always thought my son would be taking care of me, but who had to move to Delaware to be with my only son, who after 2 years is still unconscious due to the medical malpractice. My fiance and I visited the office a few weeks back about a car accident. One of the main lawyers met with us smelled pretty bad like booze. The disturbing part of this was that it was mid-morning and we got the impression that he had either been out all night drinking or was hitting a bottle in his office right before we walked in. It left a bad impression as he was a named partner. My fiance actually mentioned it to someone who followed up with us over the phone and they seemed to know what we were talking about. I feel bad but the lawyer might really need help. Unfortunately we wanted to write something to forewarn others. Thanks

Very nice of the road office with very professional staff listened to all my issues even listen to other issues i was having on unrelated issues was not quick to brush me off or give quick lame useless answers the paralegal i spoke with was very attentive and although she couldn't help me with an unrelated issue she searched the head lawyers schedule and found me a slot where I would be able to have all my questions answered first time in this office but they really made me feel like my problem was important also had no issue repeating herself
