We had Mr. Avery Muller as our lawyer and he was absolutely amazing. Not just him but also his assistant LouAnne was just as great. They worked on my case and took care if everything without me having to lift a finger. When things got tight with my life they sprung into action to get things done. If I ever need a lawyer again, they will be the first people I call. I recommend him to anyone that is looking to get things done. I will for ever be grateful for Mr. Muller.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would !!! When they first take your case , they are really nice and professional, but once they actually get your case they’re the complete opposite!!!! They act like they can’ t answer any of your questions, and they always have attitudes !!! I would never go back to these people, nor do I recommend them

I am so happy I chose the Arfaa Law Group to represent me when my husband died in the hospital. Their experienced staff were empathetic and truly went to bat for me. I had been turned down by another law firm. But the Arfaa Law Group really listened to my concerns and complaints. My son’s medical malpractice case was handled by ARFAA Law Group - namely Justin Wright and Julia Arfaa - which I very highly recommend, couldn’t have asked for better lawyers as they are the very BEST. My son’s case was handled during this unfortunate time of the COVID-19 pandemic which made it harder as everything was either virtual, messages, mail or the cellular. They worked hand-in-hand with me, a first timer who had never had to deal with such an unpleasant situation as my only son’s, who is 38 yrs old, malpractice case, specially at my age of 77 yrs old, residing in Puerto Rico, not at all familiar with legal situations, who always thought my son would be taking care of me, but who had to move to Delaware to be with my only son, who after 2 years is still unconscious due to the medical malpractice. Both Justin and Julia are very personable and caring professionals dedicated to their clients. Again, they are the very BEST.

Our case started at another law firm where Justin Wright was the third attorney assigned to work with us on our lawsuit stemming from a car accident. Upon taking our case, Justin took time to review the work done by previous attorneys, spoke at length with my husband and I to get to know us as people to understand how the accident has permanently affected our lives. Justin continually worked to provide the best representation possible throughout the lengthy and sometimes stressful process that took 3+ years to resolve. During this time Justin moved to Arfaa Law Group, but was just as responsive and ensured we were updated on any new information received and explaining the next steps as we moved towards a trial. While we were fully confident in Justin’s ability to take our case to trial, and was ready to do so, we were able to reach a settlement and bring closure to this unfortunate chapter in our lives. We would highly recommend Justin and use him again if ever needed.

I would recommend Arfaa Law Group to anyone seeking help for malpractice. The team worked my son case for years and everyone was open and communicated with me throughout the whole process. My son case was complicated but Juliia and her team never gave up. Jon helped me get though some ruff patches along the way. Deborah and Denise was always resourceful when I needed them. Mr Gordon and his staff is Amazing! They care about you and treat you with the most up respect ! They make sure your aware of every step you are going through. They take the stress you carry and make it less stressful . They returned my calls and answered any questions that I had . They stand up for your rights and take that extra step for you, I would highly recommend Mr Gordon a 100% He made my accident stress free He took over like I was his only client! He kept me updated every step of the way with the most up respect and caring manners! He made sure I understood each step we took . Staff are very professional and knowledgeable. My telephone calls to the firm were always answered. If the attorney was not available, my telephone calls were returned in a timely manner. In court, Mr. Bobby Gordon was prepared and professional. Mr. Gordon was courteous and knowledgeable throughout the entire process.

Ms. Basham was super knowledgeable and helpful when i spoke to her about our situation - we really didn't know much about how medical malpractice claims work, and she made us feel like pros in minutes. Nice work Christine! I am giving 4 stars only because it took a few days of phone tag to get the initial call. But once we did, she was great to work with.

Where to begin? Its been a long painful road of recovery from an accident that occurred back in May 17' ... None of the needles i got stuck with or going to the Dr appointments was ever fun.. but knowing I had someone who had my back through it all (not just for the money) meant a lot. Frank told me many times he would go to the end of the world for me and help me every way he could. I feel he would and he definitely did! The outcome of my case wasn't what we both had hoped for, or as much as deserved but that was out of our control. God, please forbid any future accidents.. but in the case of any in my future I wouldn't use anyone else. Frank Muher and his team are always professional. His advice and support for what I was going through also meant a lot. I Thank you Frank, for fighting for me every way you could! I was referred to Joe to assist me to resolve a dispute arising from my separation from a Maryland employer. Based on only an initial telephone call with Joe, he knew exactly what needed to be done and was able to settle the dispute with the employer’s law firm without the need for a formal meeting. Joe is well versed on employment law in Maryland and Virginia. He went out of his way to provide legal help and provided personal service in a professional manner which is not commonly found. Mr Atas helped in my worker's comp case along side my attorney and from the first day he kept in touch by email and answered promptly with a response and with calls as well. Back in the fall, I was hit by a driver running a stop sign while on the way to work. I attempted to work with the insurance company myself, however, they dragged their feet to accept fault, and I was left with a severe concussion, without a vehicle, and no ability to work. Luckily, someone recommended The Law Office of Marc J. Atas, and I gave them a call. They listened to my case and my concerns with care and compassion; I felt that I finally had a voice! I'm about to cry, I thought it was me. I called and called, emailed and emailed I did 3 get calls and a couple of emails with promises of actions, if they were done I don't know all I know is I depleted my savings (my problem) . I finally confided in a family member and was told to look up this firm's reviews I'm totally shocked to fine others with the same experience that I am going through. The no return calls when promised or the unresponsive emails. Now I'm facing termination because workmans comp has decided that therapy isnt the answer and on top of it all an unnamed paralegal told me to call my HR and communicate with them I thought that was what they were for, my back is now against the wall and I feel stuck- at this point I don't know what to do I am very disappointed with this service.

I should have known that there would be trouble by the way that it started. My call was finally returned on a Friday at EOD. It was obvious, by his tone, that he was uninterested, in no mood to actually have the conversation, but did so out of obligation. I was called to be instructed to gather every document in regards to my matter and that I would be contacted on Monday. During our next conversation, I realized that EOD on a Friday was not the cause of his rude, short, and unprofessional manner. Each conversation after our first always caused me to reevaluate my decision about moving forward. I felt pressure to answer questions that I did not know the answer to. I felt responsible for researching information that I believed to be apart of his duties. I was required to repeat information that was already provided on an earlier date, multiple times. When this action was questioned, I was provided with an excuse, blame that I wasn’t following up in a timely manner. This excuse was used again after him and his assistant failed to follow up for a week. The entire process was exhausting, stressful, and a complete waste of time. Aaron Schwartz was argumentative, short, rude, and irresponsible with me. He seems he is unable to take responsibility for his actions, quick to blame. Not only did Aaron Schwartz make me feel like his next case, I was not confident in his ability to help.

I have inquired about bad medicine Zantac and Ranitidine but the lawyers refuse to assist me with my pain and suffering due to bad medicine. It's unfair to suffer any pain due to medicine i was not aware it was bad medicine I have severe stomach pain with excess swelling bloating and constipation adverse reactions is a lawsuit. I need a lawyer now.
