I was referred to attorney Ben Harper by a close friend. I had never had any type of legal proceedings in the workmans comp area so it was all new to me. I was a bit hesitant to obtain legal counsel because I didn't want any backlash from my employer. After speaking with Ben he explained the importance of having representation but he was not pushy. I am so unbelievably happy that I was referred to Ali. I was hit by a drunk driver while sitting at a red light and my car was totaled. I of course also had injuries. At first, I did not think I needed assistance as I was thankful to not have major issues. That quickly changed as I started to get extremely frustrated with MY insurance company. I did not realize that they did not care about me. I was going through a lot of stress and trauma and realized that no one but me had my back which prompted me to ask a coworker about his recent accident. Enter in Ali!!! I would give Ali 10 stars if I could as she is beyond impressive, so professional and yet very kick a$$ (in a good way). I was a passenger in a third-party vehicle when we were hit by an uninsured driver (but insured car) running a red light. I'm so grateful to Lindsay of the Keller Woods &Thompson law firm for her humorous , professional and great customer service she provided me during my case. I had a accident in 2019 and my friend recommended me to the Gonko law firm where they don't care about their clients but rather themselves. They lack customer service and don't know how to talk to their clients. They wouldn't communicate with me anything pertaining to my case even if they get information from the defendants except I called them before they can give me any updates. Chris and his associates was so aggressive to me . Instead of them pleading for me they were pleading against me which broke me down so many times. I was always depressed every time Chris or his associates talk to me about my case because they will not allow me to talk but rather yelling at me and telling me to keep quiet even if I had a point or suggestion to make. This went on and on till I got fed up and decided that I don't want to go through this with them anymore and told them to close my case. This was a very hard decision for me because at that point no other attorney was willing to take my case because no one wanted to split the attorney fees with the Gonko law firm . I was frustrated because I have used my own money to repair my damaged car, pay for rental vehicle and other stuff from my pocket due to this accident till one of my friends recommended and give me Lindsay of Keller Woods & Thompson law firm phone numbers. I called Lindsay and didn't get her so I left her a brief message. Within less than an hour I received a call from Lindsay so I explained to her the problem with my case and right away she assured me that she was going to take my case. I couldn't believe it. She was able to contact the Gonko law firm to turn my files over to them and then after reviewing everything she got to know that Chris had already kinda finalized my case without me knowing so she told me not to worry, she's was going to get me everything that was entitled to me without cost. Lindsay did this very professionally and always kept me updated with every information that she gets pertaining to my case and also explain to whenever I had any questions which I appreciate her a lot for. Finally Lindsay was able to get me my check and charged me nothing for cost. I highly recommend Dan Guerrero as a criminal defense attorney. Very knowledgeable, honest, and confident. Dan is every prosecutor’s worst nightmare. He knows when to engage them in discussion and when not to. My case lasted a little over a year and a half. Throughout the case, I have emailed Dan over 200 times; asking questions about my case, and he had replied in a timely manner, every single time. He never complained about my questions. Dan also went out of his way to help me with my wife’s immigration case, in which he dedicated time to write a letter to USCIS. Pay for a competent lawyer and save yourself the headache! Should I need future services, Dan will be my only go-to attorney.

My son suffered a significant birth injury that requires life long treatment and care. I felt that this was due to negligence and decided to seek a lawyer. In the beginning, Rachel lacked the ability to communicate the process. I ended up being ghosted by her, so decided to leave a review. After the review had been seen, I was contacted by her. They finally got a move on it and asked that I remove my review. After an entire YEAR of waiting on them (and again, a serious lack of communication on Rachel’s part) and their “expert opinion” I was called only to be told that they don’t want to take the case, but that maybe another lawyer at a different firm might. Valuable time was wasted, where we could have taken a different approach to help my son had they been upfront in the beginning. This was an incredibly unprofessional experience and a years waste of time. I can’t help but feel it was intentional to drag this out, because she didn’t like my original review. Typical fishy, money hungry lawyer.

Rachel Smith and Josh Tuchscherer were a amazing team!! They fought for me and were kind, caring, professional but most important understanding and made sure my needs were meet. I found myself in serious trouble with the law 15 years ago facing some real time in the states facilities. I was able to hire Steve and his team to defend me. They are not cheap, but I whole heartily believe you get what you pay for. If I did not hire this team I would have done a year or two or more for sure.
