The attorneys at Lowenthal & Abrams were top notch. When I was injured at work at my place of employment tried to claim it was a preexisting injury these attorneys made sure I was taken care of. 10/10 would recommend.

They do not Respect you as a Client /Customer . They do not return calls even after days and weeks of waiting patiently . They do not Respect you as a Client ! Both manager Jill Gazarano and Partner Michael Leh . I do not recomend this Law Firm . There are to many Others to choose from . I had to send a Registered letter to get a reply , Totally Unprofessional and Absurdly poor Response time !

Outstanding communication they are always in constant contact with you all the way through mr chacker was the best he explains what steps they are taking so even if you don't speak lawyer jargon you still understand. And shafia is great ???? she is always there to answer questions calls back when asked. The firm of gay and chacker great you like family I would recommend anyone looking for services they provide to not hesitate. Going through the repercussions of a motor vehicle accident is never fun, but working with him and their attorney, Rob Sachs, helped my wife and I get through this very difficult time. I had the opportunity to work with Allan Aigeldinger. Originally what I thought was a talented professional turned it to a complete headache. Throughout over a year and a half I consistently tried communicating with him and his staff but communication was horrible. Every time I would call to follow up I would be asked the same questions as if he was not performing as the professional he claims to be. DON’T WORK WIH ALLAN. Once he meets with you he going to put lots of pressure on you to get started but really he’s just rushing to get things started without any communication or follow up. I assume he focused his time elsewhere and works on what he think is priority. Allen next time dot your I’s and cross your Ts! ————————————————— In response to your last comment “Upon review of your file, it was determined that it was your choice not to pursue your case”.: This is false information. We’re not going to address this comment publicly but ALAN AIGELDINGER wasn’t confident with his lack of prep performance that includes poor communication. I would be happy to have a follow up conversation instead of Alan doing so with those who referred me because their unhappy with an honest review. Take this as an opportunity to do better for the next client.

Sadly I should not have wasted my time. My case wasn’t worth enough for them to pursue, which I understand however don’t drag me along for 6 months. Then when I ask for my files back right away you make me wait another 2 months then send them on a flash drive through the us mail in a white envelope not even discreetly only to be stolen or lost in the mail distribution center. When confronted Mr Schall while not taking any responsibility for their mishap tells me he can send my files to me online with Dropbox. Why didn't you do that in the first place. Not only did you not take my case, you sent all my personal information out there for anyone to hack or worse off steal my identity. Luckily I have life lock to protect my interests. Incompetent people working there. What a shame.

I was represented by Richard Jurewicz. He went far and beyond what I expected as a lawyer. He kept me well informed every step of the way. When it was time for me to go meet them in Philadelphia I met Elaine Sachs. She was great. I always felt they kept my best interest in mind. They laid out my options and help me understand the outcome of every situation that could or would happen. I never felt out of the loop at anytime i was always well treated and they understood my goal towards an outcome. Also my case was handled during the pandemic so everything was handled remotely if I ever had a question a facetime meeting was scheduled or a conference call. They were great. I highly recommend them and the firm to anyone in need.

The law firm of Galfand Berger was hands down the best law firm that I could have chosen. Rick Jerewicz was honest from the very beginning and thorough he made me feel that he was going to fight for me. Elaine Sacks was a blessing to the team after time made me feel like family and never left me in the dark. As my case continued all the paperwork and struggles that Rick encountered was above and beyond what any other law firm would have done period. There was never a time where I doubted them and always was being informed about new situations that came up. The effort they put in made me feel like I was there only client and got all their focus. In ending if you want a law firm like no other and fight for you,you need and recomend putting Galfand Berger in your corner. I came to Galfand Berger on a recommendation. After I had initially called the firm, one of the attorneys there responded shortly after I reached out to them. I was contacted by Mike McGurrin, he is on staff at the firm. My experience was great. Mike had us come in within a week of our first contact. The building is just steps away from the Suburban Station in center city Philadelphia. Their facility is so nice, with a professional staff that is very attentive. When we met with Mike he was very personable. His knowledge of the situation is vast. He does know the worker's compensation laws and procedures of these cases very well. Mike answered ALL of our questions and answered questions we did not know to ask. After our first meeting our stress level went way down. The "healing" had begun. Mike assured us that everything would work out for the better having representation in this matter. I would recommend Galfand Berger to workers anywhere. Their involvement in my case was key for us, as we have come to an agreement that has made life with my "new normal" livable and secure. Jim D
