AMAZING! I can’t believe the outcome of my case ❤️ ! I’ve dealt with accident lawyers before, so I was okay with the original offer as it was more than any other lawyer ever got me even on a final offer. Dave wasn’t having it and told me he would made sure I was taken care of. This guy does not fool around- he means business and the insurance company knew it! They tried to low ball, he didn’t back down and filed! About a week or two later, almost triple their original offer! I also LOVED not having to call them, because they call me and periodically update me! My son referred me and told me not use anyone else and my son knows MANY law firms as he was a tow truck driver. All of our family and friends will only use Kwartler Manus since we have all had the same outstanding service, care and great outcomes Dave is like a family member who we trust and that we KNOW cares about us! I was represented by Richard Jurewicz. He went far and beyond what I expected as a lawyer. He kept me well informed every step of the way. When it was time for me to go meet them in Philadelphia I met Elaine Sachs. She was great. I always felt they kept my best interest in mind. The law firm of Galfand Berger was hands down the best law firm that I could have chosen. Rick Jerewicz was honest from the very beginning and thorough he made me feel that he was going to fight for me. Elaine Sacks was a blessing to the team after time made me feel like family and never left me in the dark. As my case continued all the paperwork and struggles that Rick encountered was above and beyond what any other law firm would have done period. I came to Galfand Berger on a recommendation. After I had initially called the firm, one of the attorneys there responded shortly after I reached out to them. I was contacted by Mike McGurrin, he is on staff at the firm. My experience was great. Mike had us come in within a week of our first contact. The building is just steps away from the Suburban Station in center city Philadelphia. Their facility is so nice, with a professional staff that is very attentive. When we met with Mike he was very personable. His knowledge of the situation is vast. He does know the worker's compensation laws and procedures of these cases very well. Mike answered ALL of our questions and answered questions we did not know to ask. After our first meeting our stress level went way down. The "healing" had begun. Mike assured us that everything would work out for the better having representation in this matter. I would recommend Galfand Berger to workers anywhere. The Beasley Firm took on my sons case after a well know Philadelphia Law Firm told me there was nothing they could do for me. I met Jim Beasley roughly five years back then I met Lou Tumolo roughly three years ago. I came to the Firm desperate for help I wanted to ensure I would be able to care for my son long term and they made sure of that it was Not easy but I stand by it being worth it I’ve loss a total of four jobs in the 4.5 years they were fighting for my son and it was always due to me not being able to work due to him either being hospitalized like he is right now at this moment we have been back-and-forth in the hospital for the past six weeks it started from Hip surgery to feeding intolerance severe anxiety the list goes on! I am reminded every-time I look at him that even if it hurts or your scared of the outcome as a parent we are obligated to make sure we do it in our power for our loved ones who have been done wrong & I am Forever grateful for the Beasley firm because I am now not in fear of losing my home due to me not being able to work due to the wrongdoing of others. We were able to purchase a home and get the home modified for my son who now has a heated pool which is perfect for his cerebral palsy a wheelchair assessable van which is beyond convenient being that he is in a wheelchair and has equipment that he hast to take with him everywhere on top he has helped me learn that I am stronger than I believed I was I thought I would not be able to go through it I didn’t want to hear what actually occurred but I got through it we got through it and money does not change my sons fight but it will make sure he is taken care of it will assure that during these long hospital stays I won’t be HOMELESS AFTER being here for my child. I am forever Grateful for all of those that were involved in my sons case. This is more then a Firm they are Family

I am not a client of Beasley, however I am giving them a 5-star review due to how they treated me. When I was trying to get an attorney for a case, and left a voicemail, they immediately called back, we discussed the case, and that day they told me they couldn't help me. I have contacted about 7 other attorneys, some of which were interested, however, the vast majority treat you as a number, and leave you in the dark. They say they are going to call back and don't. I was highly impressed.

After I broke my arm from a loose door handle that snapped off I didn't think I'd be able to work again. When I contacted the law firm they immediately jumped into action getting the store accountable for not fixing something for so long and letting it get to the point it hurt me. I had to take over 2 years of work but ultimately will not have to worry about working until I can recover and not have to worry about myself or family financially. After the doctors mistake I had medical bills piling up and it felt like no one was listening to me. As soon as I contacted the law firm they began investigating and within a few months the hospital was trying to offer me money to make it go away. After years of back and forth the lawyers were able to recover a lot more than the hospital said they owed me.

I broke my tailbone in a slip and fall accident at a major venue and tried to get help from Lundy Law. I was bedridden for over a month and continued to suffer pain for years afterwards. My first phone call with Lundy Law went okay, but after they reviewed my case and called me back I was shocked by how rude they were. The guy belittled me and mocked my accident and pain, saying things like "it must not be that bad". He even talked to me as though he knew more about my injury and symptoms then my doctor. I'm glad I didn't use these guys because I ended up winning a settlement from the venue without any help from a lawyer.
