My case been going on for over 2 1/2 years. I have not been able to reach any paralegal, they keep switching the people every so often. Mailboxes for voicemails are full and no one returns my emails when I do send it out. I’m getting billed from the doctors I’ve seen which is going in collections against my credit. It’s been a headache with this law firm and I did everything I had to do; paperwork signed and returned, saw doctors including their doctor at the last minute and still no response. I understand we are going through a pandemic but the least they can do is call, answer their phone or send an email stating what’s going on.
