Working with Kathleen Smith and Rachel Veloz was smooth and successful. We communicated once a month even if there were no updates and the process was explain from the beginning in a manner easily understood. Glad I made the call after my accident, it provided a peace of mind I otherwise would not have had in the almost year and a half process.

I worked with Bradley Kent and Tierra. They were wonderful and pretty easy to work with. I Always knew what was going on with my case. They responded quickly to any messages or emails. They did get a pretty good settlement for my case as well. If you’re injured and need even think you may need an Attorney.... call them!

The receptionist Jackie or whoever keeps giving us wrong information, our lawyer is named Chris i believe he dose not communicate well, we have been with them since September and nothing is moving forward. we were told not to file our own case because if we do then they cant help us.But Chis has done nothing since September they keep saying they are waiting on more paperwork. I Will not be working with them again once my case is settled and I would not recommend this company to anyone in the future.

Thank you Chuck [and staff] we brought you a challenging case. I got the call at work no wife wants to get, “your husband has been in a motorcycle accident and he’s being airlifted to Fairfax”. My world stopped. Next came my introduction to insurance companies and I knew quickly we needed an expert. Our case fell into that 0.1% of rear-end collisions where the car in front was the wrongdoer. Chuck came to Court with us, he made sure we knew our rights. The driver in front thought he did nothing wrong even though he received a ticket at the scene and was later convicted at trial on the traffic ticket. The driver’s insurance company would not admit wrongdoing on their insured’s part. Mr. Roberts made sure all the necessary witness testimony was captured. He negotiated vigorously on our behalf. I think the insurance company was hoping we would wear out and go away with less, they apparently underestimated Mr. Roberts. Any attorney can negotiate from the comfort of us his Office but Mr. Roberts made sure he was there in Court with us even from the traffic ticket stage; that takes dedication and tenacity - qualities you want in an attorney handling your case. Mr. Roberts was brilliant in the handling of our case and we are very thankful to have had his expertise working for us. I’m not sure another attorney could have achieved the same settlement figure with the same set of facts.

Extremely competent and knowledgeable attorney. If you want to win your personal injury case - look no further. He will grill you on the details of your case and make a decision on whether the potential is worth your or his time (as any good attorney should), but once he decides to take it - you are in good hands. Over the course of two years, he diligently and expertly worked my three-year old son's injury case until receiving a settlement offer that was far more than I ever expected. I contacted Mr. Roberts regarding an injury that I sustained during a car accident. Mr. Roberts and his staff did everything right from the time I stepped into his office until the time I received my settlement. I was always kept in the loop from contacting Medical providers to negotiating the settlement.
