Called to make an inquiry about a worker's comp case who was answered nicely by the receptionist but when transferred to attorney he was apathetic and seem only interested in big cases. Paul was hired when my spouse caught a case. Everything felt impossible, it got really dark for me. I thought this was it. Paul has been a beam of light to his family and myself. Thoroughly unimpressed with Jonathon Meltz representation. I had a simple traffic ticket that I needed taken care of and I reached out to this lawyer. He explained that he dealt with these cases many times before and most cases get thrown out without any penalty fees associated. Well I received an email stating that he went to court and the judge decided to apply a fine of $195. This amount was equivalent if not more than the original traffic ticket. When I try to reach out to gain more information from this lawyer he refuses to accept communication. This is a prime example of incompetent representation.

I hired mr. Tischler for my case. He was unreliable, not able to make it several times to my court dates and I had to practically defend myself.
