Called to make an inquiry about a worker's comp case who was answered nicely by the receptionist but when transferred to attorney he was apathetic and seem only interested in big cases. I was surprised to be cut off halfway after explaining a traumatic case for me and bluntly said to me "I'm not interested". Paul was hired when my spouse caught a case. Everything felt impossible, it got really dark for me. I thought this was it. Paul has been a beam of light to his family and myself. I spoke with Julian twice a few months back and he was very nice and knew what he was talking about. I sent him the information he requested and I never received a follow up call pertaining to the information I sent. I called so many times spoke with the same person and she gave me all of these excuses on why he didn’t call me back. She received the email and never placed me on Julian’s calendar to call me. I wish I could give Julian 5 stars because he was nice and wanted to help me, but it seems like he’s too busy and I could never get in contact with him after I sent him the document. I do not know what’s going on with the staff not informing him that I called and sent in my information, but I rather find someone who is willing to help.
