I recently used Albers and Associates for a legal matter and I can say I am happy with the results. It was not the most complex case, but they matched me with an experienced attorney that could answer any questions and followed though to achieve results. Any legal matter can be scary and confusing so its important to have the right guidance. They have several offices but they have a local location so I could just stop by and pickup or drop off with papers with ease. I could easily pay online with a credit card. They are not the cheapest but worth the money if you are dealing with an important matter in your life. You get what you pay for. This firm and their team are true professionals.

I needed the consult of a lawyer and did what most people do- I used Google to connect to a law group, because I have zero idea about court/court proceedings. From there I was referred to Oleg. Rather, Oleg was referred to me through said group. While he made the entire process effortless and infinitely less intimidating- he is also incredibly down to Earth and answers every question in terms the average person can understand. He truly does go above and beyond when acting as your counsel and I appreciate everything he did to assist me when I needed it most. Seth Okin was an outstanding attorney from start to finish. I reached out to his law office last minute and he jumped right on to my traffic court case. He explained to me in thorough detail exactly what he could do for me and exactly what I needed to do in order to improve our chances of a good outcome. In the end, the outcome was better than good, it was great! I was found not guilty! No points, no fines, nothing! Seth was amazing! In addition, his office allowed me to do a payment plan, and although his rates are pretty reasonable, this was a big plus for me as a recent college grad. Seth never once brought up payments to me, and when I brought it up to him he told me that he “takes care of people, not money; that’s accountings job.” That’s how I knew that I was in good hands. He truly cares about his clients.

Allan Rombro is professionally outstanding and so well connected with the legal system and it's challenges. He represented our son twice within 18 months. The first time he was able to resolve a very difficult case involving multiple felony charges by securing a reasonable and fair probation. He is so understanding, patient and caring that I grew to trust him and always count on him to field my numerous anxiety calls during the process. I felt he was always one step ahead of my questions to provide detailed explanations for everything that was happening. His confident assurance made me feel less anxious and blessed to have him working for us. The second time involved breaking probation with criminal issues in another state. We contacted Allan immediately and he was ready and willing to represent our son again knowing it was going to be even more difficult to resolve. Even before his extradition back to MD, Allan already had his plan together and everything he said would happen actually happen only much better that we expected. At the bail hearing he was able get the judge to allow him to be placed in a 30 day inpatient rehab program. Six weeks later at the final probation violation trial, he was told he could receive 18 months incarceration. Amazingly, Allan Rombro was able to convince the judge that incarceration was not going to be the right thing for permanent recovery. I believe his reputation as a fair and honest lawyer within the legal community helped the judge take his recommendations. Having received a perfect record from the rehab facility, Allan was able to position this achievement with the judge so she would rule in favor of him being released. The outcome was beyond our expectations because he was released! He is currently living at an extension of the rehab facility. He choose to start his life over with good accountability, attending meetings, working 2 jobs and going to church. He even has plans to work as a rehab counselor. None of this would have happened without Allan being so successful and inspirational. I went into this much detail because I wanted everyone to know that what Allan did was so much more then we ever believed possible. No matter how difficult the case, Allan Rombro should be your first choice. He is simply the best !!

If you are not wealthy, RUN. DO NOT hire this firm. My wife and I hired them to help get custody of my daughter. We paid them ALL the money we had saved for a down payment on a house and they took it and spent it all within the first month. They told us we had all the control, but then filed motion after motion (most of which were denied) without talking to us first. They let us switch to a “cheaper” lawyer (he was not cheaper). We spent nearly $15,000 in 6 months, just to have them tell us they were dropping us because we couldn’t get caught up, we owed three grand and were paying them $800 a month! We were honest from the start, before we signed anything, they knew our income situation. Despite telling them CONSTANTLY throughout the process that we don’t earn much and that we just needed someone who would fight for us and believe in us, they called EVERY month asking for more money. We made an agreement to pay them $200 per week and any commission we get at work (which is not guaranteed) and this was a stretch for us. They still called every chance they could to see when we were going to have more money to give them. I kept telling them that any extra money we get, we give them, but it just wasn’t enough. We are now being billed for the work they are putting in to drop us. The first attorney, Francis has an extremely off-putting personality. He actually called me to complain about another client and then billed us for that conversation. He would go on what we called “freak out rants” where he’d call to tell us the judge is an idiot, etc. Then we got moved to Tim who was supposedly cheaper and would allow us to work with the attorney’s-in-training to save some money (also NEVER happened). We always spoke to and dealt with Tim and only Tim. His assistant only seemed to be able to communicate via email and even then couldn’t answer questions. Anytime we had ANY questions, we’d have to reach out 2-3 times before getting any kind of response. This was our first experience with a lawyer & unfortunately I don’t anticipate ever hiring one again if it can be avoided. These people are money hungry. Not sure why, lawyers aren’t exactly going hungry… They failed to do the ONE thing we asked and that was to believe in us and that as long as they did that, we would pay the debt we owed them. We pleaded with them not to drop us and they sent us the notice that they were, right before we were set to go to court. So thank you James Crawford and ALL your employees for essentially robbing us of our savings and just focusing on what was obviously important to you. Not protecting an innocent child from the sexual abuse our child’s stepfather committed against her, not the rodent-infested house she was living in, but the money that you were oh-so-desperately in need of…

Had a legal problem with my ex-wife accusing me of abusing our two daughters. Report went to CPS and they found me guilty. I lost my job, my home, my career, my children, had no contact with them for close to two years while trying to appeal the Child Protective Services finding. David Martella was fantastic about walking me through the process, helping me understand what was happening and why. David and his team were extremely supportive and saw that my ex-wife had manipulated the system and CPS represented me in my appeal. Due to the Coronavirus there were considerable delays, but David kept me sane and helped me move forward through the long and arduous process. Finally we had the appeal hearing and his expert knowledge and experience helped the judge understand the entire situation and the result was a complete exoneration. All I can say is that if you have any legal issues, David Martella and his team are up to the task. If you need representation, help with the process, and want a fair application of the law give them a call. You will not regret it. They are simply amazing in all respects.

I would not be here today posting this review if it wasn't for the good lord and Barry Helfand and David Martella's help in 2013. While I was pregnant in a domestically abusive relationship with my spiteful ex; he had dimed me out for a bank robbery i didn't commit in 2008 they (Montgomery County police/a particular detective who had a vendetta against me) reopened the case based on this tip.At over 6 months pregnant with my son I was harshly interrogated harrassed and wrongfully arrested at the hands of that detective who had it out for me which also caused me and child severe trauma/contribution to the post traumatic stress suffering additionally to the abuse endured by my ex. They(Ex& former Detective) didn't think the good lord would have my back but he did. Arora is by far the best attorney I've ever contracted. He is straight up, responds quickly, walks you through everything with patients and detail. He has been my attorney on 2 separate case and both times he has exceeded my expectations. I was looking at my 2nd DUI and with easy and his guidance, he was able to get it reduced to a misdemeanor dwi, my fine was only $75, no jail time, 40 hours of community service, which was an incredible job. If you need representation look no further, Arora is your man. I'm truly grateful for his professionalism and knowledge.

Mr. Arora deserves ten stars. His prices are reasonable.. My ex was bitter over a breakup. Long story short I was facing assault charges. I am a front line worker so this can be an issue in my line of work. He got everything dismissed before we even went to court. He acted as my therapist as well when I was feeling down. He is real respected and even went the extra mile to communicate with my employer. He never pushed me off to someone else to speak to. It was always him and never took more than an hour to respond to me. He was the best and he is worth every penny!!!

I would not recommend Attorney Audrey Creighton. I paid Audrey Creighton the $850 that she requested about 2 months ahead of time to represent me for a car accident that I got into. About 2 weeks before the court hearing, I called her and she said that everything was all set and we both agreed that we would meet at the specified court room at the specified time. On the day of the hearing, I tried to call her an hour before the hearing and 10 minutes before the hearing but she did not answer for either of the 2 times that I called her. She missed my entire court hearing and showed up 30 minutes late. She told me afterward that she forgot what my phone number was (that was the reason why she did not answer my call an hour before the hearing). And the reason she said why she did not answer my call 10 minutes before my hearing and the reason why she missed my hearing was because she was in the court room next door to represent someone else that she had scheduled for the same time as my court hearing. However, she did say that she would refund me the $850 which I received 2 days after the court hearing.
