Cary is the best lawyer iv had he did such a good job on a case where it wasn’t looking good he got in there fought for me like he actually cares bout you nothing better then a lawyer that gives you that he made this process which was a very stressful situation kept me calm when I was worried and told me to trust him and I did and he did get me through a situation that looked like I was a goner but he worked his magic. This was such a huge experience to learn from when I was working with Joseph Carey and Nancy. They handled my DUI case, where I was a first time offender. I was not sure how any of this works but Joseph ensured me that I have nothing to worry about and that I was in good hands. Seeing Mr. Trunnell's name on the 2021 poll list has prompted me to write a review of his service for me. I could have swore I've reviewed him once my case concluded, but I'm not seeing my original review. Anyhow, back in 2018 Mr. Trunnell helped me as my legal representative get through a very tough relationship legal issue (non-divorce related). He was empathetic the entire time, and I felt non-judgemental. It was an emotional time for me, and I remember calling him on his personal cell phone number at some odd hour in the night, and he answered me! I was in a crisis, thinking about doing something with legal reprimand against a family member in the moment that would have change my life forever. Mr. Trunnell did not tell me not to do it, but he did give me advice and guidance that helped me tremendously, I could tell he really cared about me as a person and a client. He really made me think on it, mentioning legal recourse, but also providing personal insight. He was very nice upon intake with me, providing personal experiences that shaped him as the man of law that he is today, as well as answering all my legal qustions and some personal ones. He truly has a lasting impact on my life to this day, and forever will. He concluded my legal case with optimal results that helped me personally, but also ultimately helped my spouse and I led to our reconciliation. He was understanding of my wishes during the trial and what I wanted in terms of a legal outcome, and a personal/marital one, and he was able to achieve both. Vote Trunnell on your 2021 poll, no one is better suited for the roll than him. We need a good law-man, and a good PERSON at the bench, and that is Richard all the way!

I wrote a review before, it obviously got deleted. Mr. Trunnell, is a very charismatic man, but he needs to be more open to possibilities if a parent is a concerned about a child getting hurt by the other parent, its not good to dismiss it especially if the child is mentally/emotionally effected. Also I found out he is a judge now strange coincidence, I hope if I get him as a judge he will have a different perspective of where I was coming from with my concerns and looks at my evidence as a possibility instead of pushing it to the side.

I found Trunnell Law in the internet I went there days after I had been arrested for an assault in second degree .Everything look bad, the pictures of the victim , the police statement . It was a case of self defense and Mr Trunnell developed an strategy for my case .The result : it was dropped after some 4 months. I felt in good hands since the first meeting with him .You can not go wrong in a criminal case with him.

Front desk receptionist is rude and short. Bad first impression! Should’ve used that as a red flag. This firm is incompetent and correspondence time is ridiculously long. They snap at you if you attempt to follow up. Look elsewhere. Everything I court was a mess!

I thank God that I was referred to Trunnell Law LLC from another highly respected attorney who was handling another case of mine. Rich Trunnell is an outstanding attorney who clearly knows his way around a courtroom. His almost three decades of experience is evident from the beginning and is a godsend when, and if, one has to go to court. Having Rich and his team on my side during many stressful and complicated court appearances is the best decision I ever made. Rich is well known and respected by the court system, and his reputation and track record prompt serious and meaningful resolution conversations with the opposing counsel. Rich is fair, knowledgeable and willing to compromise in the best interests of his client, but is also not afraid to go to court to uphold his client's rights and is not to be trifled with lightly. I can say that I am thankful that he was on my side of the case, as I would not want him to be on the opposing side - he is that formidable. There aren't enough words to express how wonderful and amazing it was to work with Ortega Law, specifically Josh (I didn't work with his wife, but I'm sure she's as impressive). Mr. Cochran answered his own phone (How about that!). Talked briefly with me and set up an interview immediately. I met with him...He was quick and to the point and told me not to give my case another thought. He called me to make sure I didn't forget about the court date and showed up on time . In the courtroom he was professional and took care of business quickly; the court ruling in my favor. No fuss no muss. I would recommend him for any criminal legal assistance that you can think of. Got a traffic ticket, paid it and somehow the MVA did not put it in their system. This little situation escalated into a nightmare. I was referred to Drew from another Attorney in town that didn't handle these cases. Called Drew and he got it dismissed before I had to walk in the courtroom. I have worked with Robert Siegle twice for different matters. He is a great attorney to represent you. His rates are very reasonable in comparison to begin with. The major reason to use Attorney Siegle is he provides very level headed honest informaiton to you. Several attorneys kind of brag how they know folks etc. and in reality they really do not just represent you based upon facts in court. Mr. Siegle did a lot of investigation into various laws to try and see different avenues. Very impressed with his handling of my issues in past.

My experience with The Law Offices of Gerstenfield & Demirji exceeded my expectations. Gary was truly wonderful. Gary Gerstenfield is an exceptional law professional; an impressive body of law knowledge and provides excellent counsel, guidance and sage advisory services. Gary and Robert both worked to have my criminal charge in Montgomery County, MD dropped completely. His office did all this w/o me having to appear in court at all except for the preliminary hearing. Gary's assistance, support and customer service is exemplary. FYI, a charge doesn't necessarily mean you committed the crime, in my case Gary Gerstenfield put in his time/effort to get my charge dropped, no prosecutor can have a chance against Gary. I can happily say that I didn't commit the crime i was accused of. My uncle introduced me to Gary since Gary had helped him dismiss a reckless driving charge We went to Gary's office in silver spring. We spoke in person briefly about my situation, he gave me a VERY fair price and he understood i was temporarily not working, and we discussed next steps. The day of my preliminary hearing, with me providing him with short notice of my hearing he still appeared on time, dressed professionally, comfortable with the entire process. At my next court date, Gary and Robert showed up in court and I got out of the court room very happy. I was so worried for weeks leading up to that date because this was my first court date, but was so relieved with the outcome. Gary and Robert were very courteous, easy to talk to, and they responded to emails very quickly. I highly recommend The Law Offices of Gerstenfield & Demirji and will be referring all of my friends, associates and family.

Last month I was completely blindsided after learning that someone close to me in my life had gotten themself in trouble. Unfortunately, I am now all caught up in that person's mess. In complete shock and dismay, I immediately began researching criminal defense attorneys and I came across Gerstenfield and Demirji. I called the office and spoke to the wonderful receptionist, and she got me in to see the team the same day. The office is in downtown Silver Spring in a nice well-kept building. They have a beautiful suite on the 3rd floor. I first met with Robert and then Gary. From the moment I began telling them my dilemma they immediately reassured me they would help me with my problem. GARY THAT'S YOUR MAN....TO GO TOO IF YOU WANNA GET YOUR WORK DONE! I was Involved in a case with ten charges against me and a bench warrant for the past nine years. When we came to know about Gary and his skills from a family member of mine who also was a prior client of Gary. We immediately approached and explained to him about my case .....the way Gary responded was Impeccable .....you gotta give it too this Guy. Once GARY started working on my case, what he said to us was .......NOW go and watch THE GOD FATHER parts I & II and I will take of your case.
