Im not big into online reviews but I’m very surprised to see I never posted a review for Tom being as my experience with him as my attorney was absolutely outstanding. Tom is so knowledgeable, professional and tenacious in getting the best possible outcome for his client. I had been charged with my third dui in bucks county while I was on probation in Delaware county. While sitting in jail awaiting a gag hearing, my bucks county lawyer recommend me to Dan Mcgarrigle for representation. Dan almost immediately took the time to contact my family and put together a case pitching my good character to the judge. The probation office was pushing for a state sentence for the violation but after a rather intense hearing, the judge decided to sentence me to only ten weekends in jail and terminate my probation after the weekends thanks to Dan's hard work. Very helpful and understanding guy, and most importantly he knows what he's doing in Delaware county. Would recommend him to anyone????

In the past 6 months I have been toyed tormented robbed and left 4 Dead by a series of prosecutors failed defense attorneys and judges. In that process I would watch my bail be increased twice, placed on monitoring, and effectively leave me absent of any confidence whatsoever that at any given time I wouldn't end up in jail. To make matters worse each and every time I made an appearance in the courtroom I would watch the attorneys I had spent serious money on fold to the wits or aggressive action by this prosecutor. Several weeks ago I knew without doubt my intuition was too strong I couldn't do it and I fired the defense attorney I had in the middle of a hearing. This after just handing him $5,000 to get me through that stage. What I did not understand or consider was they would put me on the spot with a threatening 10 days to require new representation. This was important I had watched the judge maim not only my attorneys but the vast number of attorneys I watched act in front of him during this process. And those who had not been attacked by the judge were certainly not celebrated.. What was concerning shocking and extremely terrifying was finding that practically all the regular names in Media showed no interest in the case because of its unique nature and stage. I did think I found one in the area but within two days he showed inconsistencies in his statements, something that I just can't deal with and I called him out. I don't think he took it well however he withdrew his willingness and told me that there was a better person for me that would be calling me. This was less than 24 hours before a hearing. That call came from Dan mcgarrigle Shockingly immediately I was offered Peace of mind by his confidence. We arranged to get together well in advance of the hearing so he could diagnose his mind to understanding the particulars associated with my circumstance. This is the only attorney out of 15 who wished to do so. Once he was confident we set off for the courtroom. Immediately upon entry the state's attorney began setting up the same sequence that I had watched disintegrate two previous lawyers and countless lawyers representing other people .I built my mind in preparation it may happen. It did not. This Superior level of attorney Sir Daniel mcgarrigle immediately established dominance aggressively and confidently commanding respect not just from the prosecutor but the judge himself. What shocked me was that he was handed everything He requested, followed by a statement from this monotone baseline unenthusiastic judge to accredit unprovoked that Dan is next level Superior defense lawyer. in a matter of minutes he turn the tides of my case to that which is now very very much under a different perspective from that judge. I'm as confident as I've ever been and I assure you I've never seen a better lawyer in my entire life. Dan mcgarrigle is an absolute GAT. ALL ATTORNEYS COST MONEY BUT DAN MCGARRIGLE DOESN'T CHARGE ENOUGH HE IS A SUPERIOR FORCE BY CONSIDERATION TOWARDS HIS EQUALS IN MEDIA. I had a case that was from about 4 years ago for driving under a DUI suspended license. That charge comes with a 90 day jail sentence and license suspension. I just let it go for so long because I didn’t know the penalties it carried and I didn’t have a car anyway, so I didn’t care. When I went to get a car finally, it came back up and I was lost.. had no idea what to do. I was in panic mode and I had a warrant out for me. I called Mr. McGarrigle and he got back to me within a couple hours, and was about as clear and thorough as anyone could be over the phone. He promptly sent a letter to the judge to set up a new court date for me and we waited until the day. The day finally came and I expected the worst. Little did I know, I had the best lawyer in America. That man, not ONLY kept me out of jail, he got them to let me keep my license, AND get rid of the whole case based on the age of it. I didn’t have to pay anything in fines... NOTHING. You get what you pay for in life, and Daniel McGarrigle is worth every cent. I couldn’t be happier and i’m so glad to be able to just put this behind me, and its thanks to that man. 100% gets a glistening recommendation from me.
