First hand experience I will say I was very impressed how professional and quick they were to answer my questions. Even during late hours I was about to talk to someone for advice. I do not know where I would be today if not for Ms. Medvin. I was faced with very serious charges and a high potential for jail time--my situation was not very optimistic starting out. She graciously took on my case while already working a full case load, and took time to fully address all of my questions and concerns. She worked with the prosecutor to secure a plea deal for me that resolved all the charges against me, and significantly reduced the amount of my fine.
