First hand experience I will say I was very impressed how professional and quick they were to answer my questions. Even during late hours I was about to talk to someone for advice. I do not know where I would be today if not for Ms. Medvin. I was faced with very serious charges and a high potential for jail time--my situation was not very optimistic starting out. She graciously took on my case while already working a full case load, and took time to fully address all of my questions and concerns. She worked with the prosecutor to secure a plea deal for me that resolved all the charges against me, and significantly reduced the amount of my fine. She also worked with me to create an aftercare plan that met all the court's requirements. I seriously cannot thank her enough for the help she's provided me. Ms. Medvin is beyond excellent

My son was informed that he was being investigated by Federal agents for a crime that could result in felony charges. Neither my son nor anyone in our family had ever dealt with criminal charges nor the legal proceedings associated. Thankfully, another professional highly recommended Peter Greenspun. From the first time we met with Peter, it was clear that he was knowledgeable, experienced, and that he cared about my son as a person and not just a client. He recommended positive actions my son could take to mitigate his situation in the event he was eventually arrested. Although my son was ultimately arrested on two felony charges, and the prosecution was clearly determined to not only have him sentenced on both charges, but to have him serve the maximum amount of time possible, he was convicted of only the lesser of the two charges. Thanks to Peter, who fought relentlessly on my son’s behalf, my son is serving a much shorter amount of time than he could have been, in a low security facility that is not as restrictive as we anticipated. Simply put I call MR. Greenspan a miracle worker in my opinion. I was facing multiple felony charges with a maximum sentence of 11 years. Mr Greenspan not only was able to work out a great deal for me but handled him self and this case in the court room like a true champion. He was the reason that my sentence was 17months. He fought for me and he never backs down from what he believes in. He will not give you false hope nor baby you. If your looking for a great lawyer that will keep it honest, real and most of all get you result he is your guy. His assistant Vanessa is awesome and great at communicating through Email in my experience with this firm Was worth every dollar. If your looking for sensitivity and sugar coating lawyer mr Greenspan is not your guy. He is a miracle worker in my eyes.

last December, an unexpected accusation and a subsequent overzealous investigation turned my life upside down, trampling on my hard-earned career and reputation. If you need help with a criminal charge this is the law firm to hire. Never in my life did I expect to be in such a horrible position in the criminal justice system. I was arrested and held without bond for a felony and misdemeanor charge. Within hours of my wife contacting Peter and Muhammad they began working on getting me released. They were successful in getting me released the next day. They worked very closely with me and listened to everything I had to tell them. Peter asked numerous questions and made me feel at ease during the entire process. At no time did I feel like I was just another client they were simply collecting money from. During every step they kept me informed of what was going on, the conversations they had with the prosecutor, email traffic, etc. Peter also set very real expectations and didn't promise anything, yet at the same time still ensured me that he would do everything in his power. Peter is well known throughout the NOVA area and his reputation is well known. One of the things I really appreciated about working with Peter is that he never tried to force me to do anything, take any deals or pleas that I wasn't comfortable with. He always gave me options and let me make the decision with pros and cons for each decision. With a plea agreement on the table I still elected to go to trial. Peter was prepared. There was a lot of back and forth immediately before the trial and Peter was never once hesitant in doing this. I was facing 10 years for the felony and some more time for the misdemeanor. Peter understood all of this and was more than comfortable going to trial, especially given the circumstances of what transpired. In the end within 5 minutes of the trial starting the trial was stopped and Peter and the prosecutor left the courtroom, came back 5 minutes later and the case was dismissed. The professionalism Peter and his firm displayed is top notch. I hope to never use them again but if for some reason I have to I won't take a millisecond to think about who I'm going to call. Thank you Peter and Muhammad for all you've done for me and my family. I am grateful for you and giving us our life back.

I had the pleasure of hiring Jessica Richardson for my attorney, who works under Patrick Anderson. Jessica was a great attorney she did everything in her power to make sure I had a great deal, had mini charges facing me and with the help of her and everyone at their office I was able to get a fantastic deal and way fewer charges than what I was anticipating. She was very responsive very determined and very motivated not to mention she was just a great person in general we would sometimes have off-topic conversations just because of how personal she can be and how much she can relate with her clients. Not to mention they have a great receptionist by the name of Gaynelle Who was always a bundle of joy every time I walked in the office or called the office phone. Don't speed in Virginia. But if you do, I *highly* recommend the S&R law firm. Thanks to attorney David Lloyd, I got an 83/55 Reckless Driving Misdemeanor charge reduced to a $200 speeding ticket.
