With Covid it was a real challenge to get a court date secured with Fairfax County. It was rescheduled a number of times. However, the McGlone law firm stayed in touch with me every step of the way for my reckless ticket charge. It may not sound like a lot to some, but to me it meant employment issues along with the other unpleasantness that goes along with it.. If you take your driving privilege as seriously as I do, you need someone who has been in this space for more than a few decades. They are well know and respected by judge's and prosecutors as well as law enforcement. I am very pleased with the outcome and the fair pricing from the McGlone firm... Would highly recommend!!

I fully recommend and endorse Mr. Tom Walsh. Mr. Walsh was recommended by my divorce lawyer. I had another criminal lawyer who didn't understand my situation and kept costing me money. I needed real help because I was wrongly accused. When I first met Mr. Walsh, he was straight forward to the point that I realized I could have done better during the incident. Even though I made apparent mistakes, he saw the truthfulness and he understood. I would definitely recommend Mark Petrovich to provide legal counsel and representation for criminal cases. I found myself in an odd set of circumstances that resulted in several felony charges. From the first conversation I had with Mark I felt confident that my case would be handled appropriately. While it definitely required some patience on my end, the end result was definitely worth it. Mark provided advice at the start of working together that ultimately resulted in helping all of the charges to be nolle prosequi during the preliminary hearing. Tom Walsh was the attorney I chose to represent us in a traffic violation. He and his staff were very friendly and responsive. Having never needing an attorney before I was a bit nervous about the process. Mr. Walsh put our fears to rest and answered all of the concerns that we had. Our case was lowered to a lesser violation/few points which is what we had hoped for. The retainer fee was reasonable. My son was informed that he was being investigated by Federal agents for a crime that could result in felony charges. Neither my son nor anyone in our family had ever dealt with criminal charges nor the legal proceedings associated. Thankfully, another professional highly recommended Peter Greenspun. From the first time we met with Peter, it was clear that he was knowledgeable, experienced, and that he cared about my son as a person and not just a client. He recommended positive actions my son could take to mitigate his situation in the event he was eventually arrested. Simply put I call MR. Greenspan a miracle worker in my opinion. I was facing multiple felony charges with a maximum sentence of 11 years. Mr Greenspan not only was able to work out a great deal for me but handled him self and this case in the court room like a true champion. He was the reason that my sentence was 17months. He fought for me and he never backs down from what he believes in. He will not give you false hope nor baby you. If your looking for a great lawyer that will keep it honest, real and most of all get you result he is your guy. His assistant Vanessa is awesome and great at communicating through Email in my experience with this firm Was worth every dollar. If your looking for sensitivity and sugar coating lawyer mr Greenspan is not your guy. He is a miracle worker in my eyes.

If you need help with a criminal charge this is the law firm to hire. Never in my life did I expect to be in such a horrible position in the criminal justice system. I was arrested and held without bond for a felony and misdemeanor charge. Within hours of my wife contacting Peter and Muhammad they began working on getting me released. They were successful in getting me released the next day. They worked very closely with me and listened to everything I had to tell them. Peter asked numerous questions and made me feel at ease during the entire process. At no time did I feel like I was just another client they were simply collecting money from. During every step they kept me informed of what was going on, the conversations they had with the prosecutor, email traffic, etc. Peter also set very real expectations and didn't promise anything, yet at the same time still ensured me that he would do everything in his power. Peter is well known throughout the NOVA area and his reputation is well known. One of the things I really appreciated about working with Peter is that he never tried to force me to do anything, take any deals or pleas that I wasn't comfortable with. He always gave me options and let me make the decision with pros and cons for each decision. With a plea agreement on the table I still elected to go to trial. Peter was prepared. There was a lot of back and forth immediately before the trial and Peter was never once hesitant in doing this. I was facing 10 years for the felony and some more time for the misdemeanor. Peter understood all of this and was more than comfortable going to trial, especially given the circumstances of what transpired. In the end within 5 minutes of the trial starting the trial was stopped and Peter and the prosecutor left the courtroom, came back 5 minutes later and the case was dismissed. The professionalism Peter and his firm displayed is top notch. I hope to never use them again but if for some reason I have to I won't take a millisecond to think about who I'm going to call. Thank you Peter and Muhammad for all you've done for me and my family. I am grateful for you and giving us our life back.

I had the pleasure of hiring Jessica Richardson for my attorney, who works under Patrick Anderson. Jessica was a great attorney she did everything in her power to make sure I had a great deal, had mini charges facing me and with the help of her and everyone at their office I was able to get a fantastic deal and way fewer charges than what I was anticipating. She was very responsive very determined and very motivated not to mention she was just a great person in general we would sometimes have off-topic conversations just because of how personal she can be and how much she can relate with her clients. Not to mention they have a great receptionist by the name of Gaynelle Who was always a bundle of joy every time I walked in the office or called the office phone. At first I thought Mr. Green was going to be a great choice for a lawyer. After quoting me what seemed to be an over fair price he never followed through. I called multiple times and went through their website to get a consultation and he kept telling me he’d have his assistant send a contract via email, again, nothing. My best guess is he quoted me too low and didn’t want to take the case after mistakenly doing so.

I was charged with a driving too fast for roadway conditions after recently moving to Virginia. After searching the internet I found a youtube video by Nichols & Green, PLLC talking about traffic law. I did not hesitate to give them a call. They took the time to explain what I was charged with and the consequence this could have on my future...I'm only 23. I quickly started collecting all the documents and sent them their way. Please inform me as to why, it took 6 months for you to get to the bank to deposit it? You were paid for your services in a promptly matter, so why did you fail to deposit the check? Why wait 180 days? Why wait 7 days before Christmas Eve to deposit it?

Man oh man where do I start with this law firm, before I got into detail take my word and contact them! They are patient, intelligent, friendly and make you feel like family. My case was a DWI with a car accident involved and a refusal to take a test and they literally got my charges down to a reckless driving! Now every situation is different but my situation was no where near the thought of that being a possibility and they made it happen. They were extremely patient with me and my situation and Bruce was amazing at keeping me informed and explaining everything that was going on. I am incredibly thankful to The Gordon Law Firm for representing me in my reckless driving case. There were about 20 cases that went before mine the day of my trial, only one of which had representation (not The Gordon Law Firm), all of them were found guilty and punished with a minimum of hefty fines, court cost, points on their license, and drivers license suspension. The one person that did have representation was also penalized with jail time. After seeing the results of the other cases I was pretty nervous when it was my turn. However, I would’ve been even more nervous had I not taken the pre-court actions Mr. Gordon recommend to lessen any potential punishment. Fortunately, Mr. Gordon worked his magic during the trial and got my case dropped. His experience in traffic court was apparent. He was knowledgeable, calm, and sure of his abilities, unlike the other attorney I saw that day. When I left the courthouse that day, there were no penalties of any kind. There is nothing on my record, I can still drive wherever and whenever I want (most importantly to work), my insurance won’t become more expensive, and I didn’t have to spend hard earned money on fines. I could not be happier with my experience working with Mr. Gordon and The Gordon Law Firm and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a lawyer for traffic court. I spoke with 2 other law firms regarding my case before reaching out to the Gordon Law Firm. The others were more interested in getting me to retain them and send my fees in. The GLF went over my options on for my defense and gave me every reasonable expectation of the case could be judged. What impressed me most was how they understood my concern about losing my DL. They didn't promise or guarantee anything, but I felt confident that if I did as they requested things would go positive. So with that being said, I gladly retained their services and never worried until I got a call on my trial date, I was given not 1, but 2 favorable decisions on how I wanted to end my case. Karin Porter faced an uphill battle with my case. I faced a third reckless ticket for going 94mph in a 65mph zone. Karin did a great job of being transparent and honest with expectations. Her advice and guidance kept me at ease, even though I was certain I’d be facing a suspended license and a high probability of jail time. My job would be jeopardized by such penalties. After completing two driving courses and completing many community service hours, Karin and I met at the Arlington county courthouse for my case.
