This Law Practice is incredibly professional and very caring. Mr. Anderson and his assistant Kim made sure I was kept in the loop. They always addressed my worries and took my thoughts into consideration. Mr. Anderson being a former prosecutor knew all the laws and all the "strategies" of the prosecution. He ran all scenarios by me and went over all possible outcomes with me. In the end he got everything dismissed and made sure I understood the legal talk and legal codes. I am very satisfied by the representation I received. I could tell they believed in me and knew I was innocent from the beginning. I was hesitant to hire an attorney to represent me in my DUI charge. The case seemed straightforward, so why not just plead guilty and save the attorney fee. Fortunately, I did hire Mr Anderson. Things happened, technicalities appeared. Mr. Anderson then proceeded to negotiate my conviction down from a 2nd DUI, to a reckless driving conviction, This result was hugely more favorable for me. I hired Robert D Anderson to defend my child against some adolescent crimes. Robert is a true professional and gave us a true expectation of what to expect. While other attorneys promise the world, Robert promised he would do it best. I quickly learned that his best was better than all of the other attorneys. Man oh man where do I start with this law firm, before I got into detail take my word and contact them! They are patient, intelligent, friendly and make you feel like family. My case was a DWI with a car accident involved and a refusal to take a test and they literally got my charges down to a reckless driving! Now every situation is different but my situation was no where near the thought of that being a possibility and they made it happen. They were extremely patient with me and my situation and Bruce was amazing at keeping me informed and explaining everything that was going on. I absolutely owe the fact that my 'reckless driving' ticket was reduced to Speeding to Steve Duckett and Price Benowitz. They were professional, thorough, available, and ultimately successful. They have my 110% recommendation. When I spoke to Steve initially I could tell right away he was the right lawyer for me. He is a straight shooter and was knowledgeable, interested in not just the facts but me personally, and he did NOT sugar coat when he reviewed the possible tough outcomes as well as the difficult but eventually crucial steps I should take before trial to give me the best chance of a positive outcome. He did not promise any easy verdict but he did promise his very best. He and the firm gave me utterly crucial guidance and hope for a positive outcome despite ultimately being up to the courts- BEWARE anyone who claims otherwise. He and Price Benowitz earned being my counsel by the way they responded to my situation. Again, the fact he did not just "say anything" to gain my representation made all the difference. But he also gave me the feeling of someone very intent on helping me to the best outcome possible AND who without having to say it directly, it was evident to me he fully intended to do right by me and believed he would be successful. He exuded calm, spoke to truth, clearly knew the nature of the charges and people involved in Prince William Cty on every end of things - though I am sure his scope of ability extends beyond that jurisdiction alone, I recommend him especially if you get such a ticket here. I chose to go with him because he was honest, easy to talk to, clearly experienced, intelligent and covered every angle very directly. The firm, Price Benowitz, kept me informed, was able to secure me an immediate continuance (later court date) to give me time to take Driver Improvement classes and such to help my case, and deserves kudos as well. After 6 months of stress, for a 9am court date before even going into the proceedings at 915am, within 15 minutes and before even entering the court room, though he'd been working on everything well ahead of this, Steve met me and walked off and when he returned he had worked out an agreement to reduce my Reckless to speeding (a possible 6 month license suspension with NO work pass limits was avoided, a 2500 fine became 200 dollars, and most importantly what would have been my first and only Misdemeanor of my life was avoided and will never be on my record - oh yeah or a couple nights in jail- all absolutely legitimate possibilities). If you get the wrong cop, prosecutor, judge or lawyer, you will likely not have the same good fortune I had. I owe that to Steve Duckett and Price Benowitz. If you get a reckless do NOT take it lightly and show up at court without a lawyer in jeans and a sweater. I learned a lot about how serious a 'Reckless' charge is once I got it after 29 years of driving never having to face one. A Class 1 Misdemeanor is no joke. If Steve did not have the connections, experience, aptitude and quick thinking, my result and life as I know it right now could easily be a complete nightmare. If I can't drive to work I'd lose my job. I owe this to Mr. Duckett. The bottom line is he is a serious Professional and yet wasn't there to just put his time in- he was fighting to help me personally. And that trumps all the experience in the world and is why I give Steve Duckett and Price Benowitz 5 Stars and hope one day to run into him in Old Town Manassas or Woodbridge to buy him a thank you dinner- but I definitely hope we don't meet again for legal reasons! But if I need someone for who knows what, I wouldn't think twice about calling him and his firm right back. My eternal gratitude and highest recommendation to you Steve.

I would highly recommend Att. Andrew Lindsey for all your needs. I’ve been in law enforcement in one capacity or another since 1976. I was recently retired and headed home from our first season in Florida when I was given a ticket for over 20 MPH on a major highway. To my surprise when I looked closely at my citation it said Reckless. I was never informed by the trooper of the charge of Reckless as is the norm after researching Virginia laws and it’s practices. I immediately looked on line and found Andrew. I do admit to speeding but there was nothing Reckless about a clear day with No traffic on a straight highway. If you’ve found yourself in such a situation in Virginia get a lawyer. Very pleased with Andrew in every way. It was a costly experience that law abiding travelers should not have to experience. The end result was a plead of 9 MPH over the speed limit and a fine of 579.00 including court costs. The judge decided to double my fine because in was in a high accident zone. Lesson learned and couldn’t have done it without Andrew and his representation.

Steve Duckett took my reckless driving case last minute and took the time to explain everything I needed to do. I was charged with doing 52 in a 25. He answered all my questions and someone was available to answer my calls even on the weekend. The charge was lessened and fines totaled to $177. His services was worth the money. Ronald Smith was able to get my case traffic case dismissed by placing a well planned continuance with objection after he discovered an officer had a tendency to miss court. The judge originally wanted to continue again due to the missing officer but chose not to thanks to Ronald Smiths quick thinking and planning by placing an objection and giving me the recommendation to complete community service and driving school. By placing the objection on the first continuance and highlighting my 177 hours of community service the Judge dismissed my case due to lack of witness. Ronald Smith showed he is a great lawyer and never charged for the the continuance as some lawyers would showing he is honest and hard working. Cannot recommend enough.

At first I thought Mr. Green was going to be a great choice for a lawyer. After quoting me what seemed to be an over fair price he never followed through. I called multiple times and went through their website to get a consultation and he kept telling me he’d have his assistant send a contract via email, again, nothing. My best guess is he quoted me too low and didn’t want to take the case after mistakenly doing so.

I was charged with a driving too fast for roadway conditions after recently moving to Virginia. I fully recommend and endorse Mr. Tom Walsh. Mr. Walsh was recommended by my divorce lawyer. I had another criminal lawyer who didn't understand my situation and kept costing me money. I needed real help because I was wrongly accused. When I first met Mr. Walsh, he was straight forward to the point that I realized I could have done better during the incident. I would definitely recommend Mark Petrovich to provide legal counsel and representation for criminal cases. I found myself in an odd set of circumstances that resulted in several felony charges. From the first conversation I had with Mark I felt confident that my case would be handled appropriately. While it definitely required some patience on my end, the end result was definitely worth it. Mark provided advice at the start of working together that ultimately resulted in helping all of the charges to be nolle prosequi during the preliminary hearing. Tom Walsh was the attorney I chose to represent us in a traffic violation. He and his staff were very friendly and responsive. Having never needing an attorney before I was a bit nervous about the process. Mr. Walsh put our fears to rest and answered all of the concerns that we had. Our case was lowered to a lesser violation/few points which is what we had hoped for. The retainer fee was reasonable. My son was informed that he was being investigated by Federal agents for a crime that could result in felony charges. Neither my son nor anyone in our family had ever dealt with criminal charges nor the legal proceedings associated. Thankfully, another professional highly recommended Peter Greenspun. From the first time we met with Peter, it was clear that he was knowledgeable, experienced, and that he cared about my son as a person and not just a client. He recommended positive actions my son could take to mitigate his situation in the event he was eventually arrested. Although my son was ultimately arrested on two felony charges, and the prosecution was clearly determined to not only have him sentenced on both charges, but to have him serve the maximum amount of time possible, he was convicted of only the lesser of the two charges. Simply put I call MR. Greenspan a miracle worker in my opinion. I was facing multiple felony charges with a maximum sentence of 11 years. Mr Greenspan not only was able to work out a great deal for me but handled him self and this case in the court room like a true champion. He was the reason that my sentence was 17months. He fought for me and he never backs down from what he believes in. He will not give you false hope nor baby you. If your looking for a great lawyer that will keep it honest, real and most of all get you result he is your guy. His assistant Vanessa is awesome and great at communicating through Email in my experience with this firm Was worth every dollar. If your looking for sensitivity and sugar coating lawyer mr Greenspan is not your guy. He is a miracle worker in my eyes.

If you need help with a criminal charge this is the law firm to hire. Never in my life did I expect to be in such a horrible position in the criminal justice system. I was arrested and held without bond for a felony and misdemeanor charge. Within hours of my wife contacting Peter and Muhammad they began working on getting me released. They were successful in getting me released the next day. They worked very closely with me and listened to everything I had to tell them. Peter asked numerous questions and made me feel at ease during the entire process. At no time did I feel like I was just another client they were simply collecting money from. During every step they kept me informed of what was going on, the conversations they had with the prosecutor, email traffic, etc. Peter also set very real expectations and didn't promise anything, yet at the same time still ensured me that he would do everything in his power. Peter is well known throughout the NOVA area and his reputation is well known. One of the things I really appreciated about working with Peter is that he never tried to force me to do anything, take any deals or pleas that I wasn't comfortable with. He always gave me options and let me make the decision with pros and cons for each decision. With a plea agreement on the table I still elected to go to trial. Peter was prepared. There was a lot of back and forth immediately before the trial and Peter was never once hesitant in doing this. I was facing 10 years for the felony and some more time for the misdemeanor. Peter understood all of this and was more than comfortable going to trial, especially given the circumstances of what transpired. In the end within 5 minutes of the trial starting the trial was stopped and Peter and the prosecutor left the courtroom, came back 5 minutes later and the case was dismissed. The professionalism Peter and his firm displayed is top notch. I hope to never use them again but if for some reason I have to I won't take a millisecond to think about who I'm going to call. With Covid it was a real challenge to get a court date secured with Fairfax County. It was rescheduled a number of times. However, the McGlone law firm stayed in touch with me every step of the way for my reckless ticket charge. It may not sound like a lot to some, but to me it meant employment issues along with the other unpleasantness that goes along with it.. If you take your driving privilege as seriously as I do, you need someone who has been in this space for more than a few decades.
