I spent 3 years in court trying to do for myself things that I thought would be easy. I finally gave in and asked for help. Shana Theiler was in front of a judge for an hour and our case was finally resolved. Trying to do it without her cost way more than a retainer.

I also tried to make an appointment with Ms Roston to review a QDRO that I had from a previous divorce. I also was told by the person who answered the phone that I would have better results contacting through email. I did and received a response fairly quickly telling me that she would be available between 2pm and 4pm on the following thursday and asked me to let her know if that was acceptable. I emailed her back and said that yes that would be ok with me and I asked if I should call her or if she would call me. NEVER got a response. I emailed the day before asking the same question....nothing. I emailed the day of....nothing! Called the office and asked to speak with her thinking that I was perhaps supposed to initiate the call myself. Lady who answered said no I cannot speak with her that she was busy. I explained that I was under the impression that we had an appointment albeit by phone. Was told to email her, that was the only way to contact her....period! Will now look again for another attorney to help me out! FYI I was even willing to pay for the phone call time, I don't expect something for nothing. Hope this helps someone else out especially if it's important that you receive the info you ask about.

Finding the right divorce lawyer is hard enough, but look no further as I would highly recommend Peg Roston for your divorce/child custody Lawyer! Peg was my Lawyer back in 1990. It took over a year to get our case settled. She fought for me every step, she listened to my needs, she is detail oriented, compassionate and caring. She is a pro in her field of expertise. Every time something came up, she was on it immediately and the paperwork was filed well before any deadline. I called twice and spoke to a receptionist, requesting an appointment. She took my information and said that Peggy respondes "quicker" through email. I sent 2 separate emails and never got a response. I attempted 2 more times to leave a message with the receptionist for an initial appt. visit/consult. After trying for more than month with zero response, just to make an appointment I am left frustrated and utterly unimpressed. If you're on vacation, say so. If it's 6 month's out to schedule, say so. But, it is extremely dismissive to not respond at all to someone seeking to schedule an initial appt. for a consult. Do not waste your time on all the good reviews you read here!

Brogan was the best attorney I could’ve asked for! Kind, level headed when I was not, he was available whenever I needed had questions or felt things were just too much to handle. Going through a divorce even though it was my decision is an extremely emotional experience and you want someone that knows the laws and will always work in your best interest, not just their own wallet. I got this with Brogan and his team Erin and Bryan. They were all wonderful to work with and made the situation much more manageable and even before it was finalized I truly trusted them all to say if I wasn’t sure on something to do whatever you think is the best option but they always consulted me always before any decisions were made even though I gave my permission and I’m grateful they did. I’m eternally grateful to them for all they’ve done.... I appreciate their time and hard work!

Very poor customer service! I had to call three days in a row to finally be emailed paperwork to show consent to withdraw after Judge Miller ruled on my case. Between last week and this week, I’ve called three times to ask for a status on a check for the balance of my retainer. Each time I’ve been told the message would be relayed and I would get a call back which doesn’t happen.

We hired Blake and his team about 2 years ago and they were amazing. Samantha Fleming and Holly Smith make an amazing team. The amount of professionalism, organization, care, and involvement we received from them were out of this world. They were always quick to answer any questions we had and were always more than willing to help with situations we were unfamiliar with. They listened to our concerns and made sure they were addressed. They always provided us with helpful advice and made us feel as comfortable as possible throughout our process. If we could put more stars than just 5, we would. 10/10 we will definitely recommend using to others and we would personally use again if needed. Blake took on my divorce case: he did everything he could but unfortunately the odds were stacked against me. We both knew this going in. He worked hard and represented me well. My case was very long and drawn out. He was honest enough with me when I decided to represent myself. He respected my decision and guided me through my case . In other words he won’t take advantage of anyone, tells it like it is and he’s not greedy.. He’s an amazing lawyer and overall a good person. I still maintain contact with him to this day.
