Vanessa at the Goodyear office recently helped us with estate planning and establishing a trust. Although this is a subject that is not pleasant to discuss, Vanessa's knowledge and personable nature helped put us at ease and guide us throughout the process. I had a horrible custody battle with my ex husband, even after a lawyer turned down my case, Mr. Luccitti had no fear taking it on. Mr. Luccitti fought hard in my case and was fantastic in the courtroom. I tell everyone he went "Brooklyn" in the courtroom. He had my ex on the ropes. I am very appreciative to his time and efforts in my case. My son stayed in his private school, in my home, and is excelling.

Absolutely the worst representation in family court that I have ever witnessed! Initially, I thought Warren could handle the family case, which should never have made it to the judges desk. Lawyer Luccitti seized his opportunity to file a response that the case was in fact frivolous since the "supposed child" had turned 18 and graduated high school.Mom wanted child support/visitation modification for her adult child!!! However, upon appearance in front of the judge Warren WILTED. I seriously question his ethics as he created and perpetuated a conflict of interest between the parties involved. Warren Luccitti has cost our family unnecessary monetary strain, and irreparable emotional and long term relationship damage.

No one wants to file bankruptcy, but in my situation, it was the best road to take. Mr. Luccitti was very professional, and to the point. He made sure all of the correct documents were filed, and went to court with me when I had to appear. Mr. Luccitti made the whole bankruptcy process a lot easier than I thought it would be.

After hiring another attorney and not getting what I needed, I did a little more checking and found and hired Mr. David White. He was great from the start and did what he said he would do. Our ultimate goal was a case dismissal but would be hard to accomplish. We stayed patient through Covid but he was persistent and persuasive as well. I am so proud of him! We got the case dismissed, well he did with only a little help on my part. Great job David! He is a class act and well respected in the courts.

There are not enough words to say how much of an amazing and outstanding job Mr. White did. He represented my husband in an ugly court battle for 6 months. David became very personal to us and we knew he was the perfect decision. David is an absolute hound on getting the best decision for the children and also his clients. My wife needed a family law attorney for a custody dispute. I had a list of attorney's I was considering. I interviewed David and immediately knew he was the one I wanted representing her. I knew what I wanted in a Family Law attorney. I've spent over 2 decades negotiating contracts in my career, and I wanted a negotiator. David is sharp, wise and has decades of experience. David's philosophy is the child and the childs' interests come first. But a close second, is making sure he represents and negotiates to the best of his abilities on behalf of his clients. He is not the least expensive. But he doesn't nickel and dime you with fees, and he does everything he can to keep your costs to a minimum. He also isn't an attorney mill.....employing many new and inexperienced, attorneys to maximize company profits. He is a small boutique outfit and does all he can to keep your fees down. His staff is great! They are caring, compassionate and are very good at what they do. If you are interviewing Family Law attorneys, it would be in your best interest to call David.

David helped me in an ugly divorce. He was an absolute bulldog who easily won the case. I was only going for 3 days a week. David got me 50/50 custody with so much more. He is awesome and absolutely worth every penny. My advice is not to let your ex bully you. You are worth it, and will win with David. I have him on retainer and will absolutely use him for any family issues.

Where do I begin to rate my experience with Todd Simpson? First I met him in 2019 when I began interviewing attorneys. I was apprehensive because in my first divorce (1993) my attorney did not fight for me and I gave up everything. Todd is honest, affable and above all a good human being. He handled everything with my divorce and after I was assaulted he handled all the paperwork associated with filing a restraining order. He was understanding and patient when I went through the grief phase of not being sure if I wanted to divorce. My divorce was a very complicated and took 1.5 years. Todd's fees were more than reasonable and he listened to what I wanted but also gave me honest feedback in what the best options were. Even though my divorce is over there are some loose ends still needing to be wrapped up and he continues to keep me in the loop with the next steps. I would not hesitate to recommend Todd to anyone divorcing or needing any type of legal matter addressed. For me -- I needed an attorney who would fight for me and my son, but also someone who was a good human being -- Todd is and was both.

I hired Heather, from Bishop Law Office, last March. Heather, and her paralegal Kim, are extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and helped me manage through a challenging divorce without missing a beat. She was ALWAYS available, regardless of time/day to discuss and review my case. She also was very cognizant of the spend to help keep fees down. I cannot say enough good things about the Bishop Law Office. Our attorney, Heather Stewart, was the greatest to work with. She was very knowledgeable, always accessible, fearless in court and a joy to work with. Our paralegal, Kimberly Steed, was equally amazing and was very responsive, even when under tremendous pressure. The office manager, Carolyn Keech, was very professional and worked hard to be as flexible as possible regarding the financial side of it all. Between those three people, they made a very difficult family court matter much more bearable. Not sure what we would have done without them. Not very pleased with this law firm. My divorce with no children began 12/19. This firms attorney has not once made a move, she waits for the opposing party to make the next move. Would not recommend!!

I was referred to this office by another out of Albuquerque, I should have called around myself. I think I could have done much better. 1. I now know what an ATLAS # is, as I had to figure that out, lawyer never informed me nor called me back after I left messages for her. 2. I was never told I was a risk or whatever I was considered, so the state is doing auto deductions from my pay after I was told and given instructions for the Clearing House there in the state. Never informed by my lawyer again. 3. I still can’t pay the support I owe to support my daughter (which I don’t have a problem doing), because my SSN was either, not correct from the county or simply never submitted. 4. I believe a call back from the attorney I used through this firm could have assisted by simply returning my call. I personally wouldn’t recommend this firm, but that’s my experience with them. I would hope that someone else would have a better one.

This office is very good unprofessional, they are not all on the same page. I had to drive around for paperwork for the office, I was told one price then my husband an other. Over charging and they are no even that good. They always have turn over off staff, And if you want him to throw you under the bus once you and your contract with him then go right with him. He always knew the true of the circumstances in our case and ignored them and proceeded with the case. Once we decided to cut ties with this office and get a qualified lawyer he wrote to the immigration office and stated everything that I had put in an email that he ignored the whole time he still had our case. Very unprofessional and poor work ethic. I don’t recommend this office

Do not waste your money with this lawyer if you are a victim of domestic violence. My friend is a victim of domestic violence, this lawyer only took her money, made her drop charges against her husband who hit her and choked her and she had all the photos and police report. Her children continue to be around the abuser. He did not represent her well and did not show any of the evidence. She is now homeless and living in a shelter and will probably loose the custody of her children, even though she is the victim. I feel as though the lawyer sided with the perpetrator and this is just another example of how the system is broken and there is no justice for women who are victims of domestic violence.

I see a lot of mixed reviews and I will be transparent in mine. If I could, I'd give him a 4.5. Why? 5- Because he did a fabulous job and did it right. He was always honest with us and did not just tell us what we wanted to hear, which is what I feel people do not like. Sometimes cases cannot be beat and I believe his honesty is taken the wrong way. He also took care of everything and I KNEW we were in good hands. He always made sure we looked at paperwork and I appreciated the mock interview because it truly prepared us for what was to come. 4- The reason I took .5 off is due to the response time. Sometimes I had to call and email in order to hear back about any questions I had. Also, my moms interview was on a Friday, we met the Wednesday prior and it was then he told us she needed to redo her medical exams and with our luck, that Thursday was a holiday... it was a headache to find an immigration medical exam office with openings in time to get the results before her interview, I wish he would have informed us way in advance. However, I will say he did offer 2 medical places and followed up to ensure we were able to find a doctor. Overall, I do recommend him. He was able to get both of my parent's their residency AND I will definitely be back to work on my parent's citizenship!

I am so disappointed in the service I received from this firm. The attorney that was supposed to represent me would not respond for days or sometimes a week, he filed a motion incorrectly not highlighting critical points that I found out from other council are necessary after the motion got thrown out because it lacked information it needed that Mr. C**** said wasn’t necessary. Furthermore, he was VERY unprofessional in how he dealt with opposing council, making me look bad. All for no reason. In the end, I was several thousand dollars out and gained nothing. I just wanted help, and got the worst possible alleged representation. I am shocked to see so many good reviews for this firm. I am assuming that this is not the norm????

Fantastic: I meet with Joy Parker in reference to a very difficult and complex situation. I also was doing emotional guy things. I appreciated Miss.Parker upfrontness and her assistances. We spent the entire morning in Court and then had quite the rodeo due to the complex nature of my case. However, Miss.Parker was there for me and did not run out after court. She took the extra mile of making sure we had our ducks in a row. We had to combined our different knowledges of the systems to finish the job just due to the complex nature of the situation. We did it and I would not without a doubt hesitate to tell someone to contact Miss.Parker in legal matter or ask her for referral. Again, knowledgeable, confident and just good people and stellar customer service skills.

Having to use a family law lawyer is always not the best situation. You never want to experience divorce especially with children and sometimes even the aftermath of parenting plans you need help in adjusting those. I live out of state so it added a whole other level of stress finding the “right” lawyer. We came across this firm and had a consultation. From the first interaction i just felt extremely blessed to find them. It was a consistent fight with the ex and I prayed for the right lawyer and we came across this law firm. Shawnna, Amanda and maya all worked with us (mostly maya) and man they are amazing. Their knowledge of the law is superior, they are very responsive to emails and questions and most importantly they are not just lawyers that take your money. I felt they were very very honest in their opinions and guidance. I’m just very happy with their work and how much they helped us. Especially since my ex’s counsel is nothing but ruthless and about the “win” not the best welfare for the children. This law firm is exceptional, knowledgeable and professional and truly has the kids best interest at heart, which is what we should all want in hard times. 5 stars is not even enough for everything that Atty. Amy Dohrendorf and Stewart Law Group has done for my family and I. What seemed like impossible, Atty. Amy and her team have made it all possible. My daughter and I are living examples. Almost a year ago, I started my journey through a very difficult divorce and custody battle. Initially, and before Atty. Amy even came into the picture, it seemed as if my ex won sole legal decision making of my then 5 months old daughter. During these times, it felt as if the world crumbled on me. It was probably the lowest point in my life. Then we met Atty. Amy with Stewart Law Group. I will never forget what Atty. Amy said, "we may have lost the battle, but we will win this war." Fast forward to today, we indeed won. We won every aspect of this legal case. One of these is permanent relocation to my family here in Ohio for my daughter and I. It's worth noting that relocation is difficult to obtain. But guess what, for Atty. Amy and her team, it was not impossible. Yes, she will give you all the reality checks for your case but don't be dismay, she is working tirelessly in the background to achieve the impossible and turn it into reality. I don't know how she does it, but she truly is a heaven sent. Now being in Ohio, it will be hard to find anyone like Atty. Amy and Stewart Law Group. I just hope I would not need any legal service for the next 18 years. Even then, I would still continually seek Atty. Amy's trusted advice.
