Kristen was recommended to me and now I am going to recommend her to everyone. She was my lawyer for my initial divorce and then for part two of that same divorce two years later when the ex suddenly stopped paying alimony. This situation was by far more difficult and complicated than the first round and involved a trial. Kristen is incredibly knowledgeable, which is critical because I was not prepared for a legal battle of this magnitude, but more than that, she is also kind and assuring. She has a great deal of confidence that blends well with her gentle demeanor. She practices with a "fair and friendly" approach which provides a great deal of calm in very uncertain circumstances. Taubman & Associates is by far the most professional law firm I've ever dealt with. From the time of the initial consultation and throughout the entire process Marc, Lon, and their staff were extremely competent. I did not have a good experience. My attorney did nothing more than process the divorce papers and follow the lead of my ex-husband's attorney. I felt no representation and communication was sparse. I would not recommend this business if you're looking for an effective divorce attorney.

I hired Dan Beeks from Bishop Law Office to represent me during my divorce. Dan (and the rest of his team - Jessica & Carolyn) did an excellent job representing me and always responded quickly to my questions. He was extremely helpful in representing me in the mediation I had with my ex-wife. His goal was always to represent me and my interests first, while also being considerate of keeping the costs down and also helped me reach a final settlement with my ex-wife without having to go back to mediation a second time. Let me start by saying that Maya is awesome. We engaged Maya to help with my naturalization application preparation and submission to USCIS. Maya was knowledgeable, thorough and highly responsive to our need. She answered all our queries and supported us even when the application went through a few rough patches. Ultimately, she guided and supported us through the long drawn process which takes (more than) a few months that resulted in a successful response from USCIS. I would wholeheartedly recommend Maya for her knowledge, attention to detail, and for the overall level of service she provides, and hope to engage her in the future for all our visa and naturalization needs.

This office is very good unprofessional, they are not all on the same page. I had to drive around for paperwork for the office, I was told one price then my husband an other. Over charging and they are no even that good. They always have turn over off staff, And if you want him to throw you under the bus once you and your contract with him then go right with him. He always knew the true of the circumstances in our case and ignored them and proceeded with the case. Once we decided to cut ties with this office and get a qualified lawyer he wrote to the immigration office and stated everything that I had put in an email that he ignored the whole time he still had our case. Very unprofessional and poor work ethic. I don’t recommend this office

Do not waste your money with this lawyer if you are a victim of domestic violence. My friend is a victim of domestic violence, this lawyer only took her money, made her drop charges against her husband who hit her and choked her and she had all the photos and police report. Her children continue to be around the abuser. He did not represent her well and did not show any of the evidence. She is now homeless and living in a shelter and will probably loose the custody of her children, even though she is the victim. I feel as though the lawyer sided with the perpetrator and this is just another example of how the system is broken and there is no justice for women who are victims of domestic violence.

I see a lot of mixed reviews and I will be transparent in mine. If I could, I'd give him a 4.5. Why? 5- Because he did a fabulous job and did it right. He was always honest with us and did not just tell us what we wanted to hear, which is what I feel people do not like. Sometimes cases cannot be beat and I believe his honesty is taken the wrong way. He also took care of everything and I KNEW we were in good hands. He always made sure we looked at paperwork and I appreciated the mock interview because it truly prepared us for what was to come. 4- The reason I took .5 off is due to the response time. Sometimes I had to call and email in order to hear back about any questions I had. Also, my moms interview was on a Friday, we met the Wednesday prior and it was then he told us she needed to redo her medical exams and with our luck, that Thursday was a holiday... it was a headache to find an immigration medical exam office with openings in time to get the results before her interview, I wish he would have informed us way in advance. However, I will say he did offer 2 medical places and followed up to ensure we were able to find a doctor. Overall, I do recommend him. He was able to get both of my parent's their residency AND I will definitely be back to work on my parent's citizenship!

Wendy is absolutely amazing when it comes to family law. She cares deeply for her clients and their families. Everyone that I've known that works with Wendy and her team feel genuinely cared for and that Wendy has their best interests in mind. If you can't afford to hire her she offers video tutorials on how you can represent yourself as well. Attorney's wouldn't have the stigma they do if more of them were like Wendy.

Hernandez Family Law is a very trust worthy firm. First of all she has passion for what she does. She listens to everything you say and understands how you are feeling. When you call upon a lawyer you are already highly emotional and she has a very calming effect on you. She is very thorough with your case, she will talk you through every step. So that when you step into court you are calm and trust that she will do her job. Now let me tell you how she does her job. You would think that the same calming effect would step into the court room with her. Which it does, but she can be he most amazing cross examiner you have ever seen. In a nutshell, Wendy genuinely cares! For me, that is the most important quality in a lawyer. In 11 years of escalating custody battle, I have been through 3 lawyers and numerous “Initial consultations”. Wendy was the first lawyer I met that I truly felt was about me, my children, and my case, not the money. The very 1st night after our first case review meeting, I had the best night’s sleep I have had in years. I do not believe my case could have gone better, and my children are happier and safer thanks to her.

Wendy completely changed my opinion of lawyers. I have never met an attorney who cares as much as Wendy. You can tell she has a passion for her work and the people she represents. She believes in the same thing I do; that moms and dad are BOTH so important. She is willing to try new things and gave me peace of mind when I needed it most. Stasy is hands down the best attorney you could ask for. This was the first time I have ever been to court and didnt know what to expect. Stasy took her time from day one explaining exactly what to expect and what we could hope for in my situation. She did exactly what she said she was going to do. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I would recommend her to anyone that is going threw a custody battle or divorce. Stasy and her staff (Stephanie) went out of there way numerous times to help me prepare for court or understand what was going on with my case. They are both extremely friendly and helpful. My daughter and I contacted Mr. Riebesehl on very short notice as she was going through her divorce. I was amazed at how quickly he responded to our concerns. He handled her case in a thorough and timely manner and accomplished a very favorable outcome in regard to the parenting plan. He also represented her in dismissing a subsequent petition filed by her ex-husband who was trying to modify the parenting plan. I highly recommend Mr. Riebesehl in dealing with family court matters. Family Law,Custody, Visitation, etc. All those things can be extremely stressful. I was recommended by a friend to Greg. ( who also had a very successful outcome). From day one I was set at ease. Angela Hallier represented me in a divorce case, however when her associate attorney moved out of state, she just ignored the case and let the opposing party clobber us. The associate attorneys handle the bulk of the work, so once that happened she just rolled over and took the path of least resistance to let the other party take over. The correct course of action would be to either catch up on the case, then represent me as an advocate, refund the money as the case was not finished, or appoint another associate attorney to handle the case after they get caught up on the details. She did none of the above. Angie is the owner of the firm, so even if she just relies on her associates, she should make sure things are appropriately delegated. She is very interested in deep pockets, and keeping up her appearance, but not interested in putting forth the effort to advocate for her clients. Very disappointed in this poor performance and level of caring for her clients. Pros: Will give a sense of professionalism when she first meets you. Very good at wooing you at first. Very good at deflecting questions or concerns from clients. Cons: Will get very defensive if you catch her in a mistake. Her facade will fade quickly once she is responsible for responding to the case, keeping up with details, very difficult to reach, uninterested in clients concerns. Has very little oversight into what is happening in the form, despite being the owner.
