Kristen was recommended to me and now I am going to recommend her to everyone. She was my lawyer for my initial divorce and then for part two of that same divorce two years later when the ex suddenly stopped paying alimony. This situation was by far more difficult and complicated than the first round and involved a trial. Kristen is incredibly knowledgeable, which is critical because I was not prepared for a legal battle of this magnitude, but more than that, she is also kind and assuring. She has a great deal of confidence that blends well with her gentle demeanor. She practices with a "fair and friendly" approach which provides a great deal of calm in very uncertain circumstances. Stasy is hands down the best attorney you could ask for. This was the first time I have ever been to court and didnt know what to expect. Stasy took her time from day one explaining exactly what to expect and what we could hope for in my situation. She did exactly what she said she was going to do. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I would recommend her to anyone that is going threw a custody battle or divorce. Stasy and her staff (Stephanie) went out of there way numerous times to help me prepare for court or understand what was going on with my case. They are both extremely friendly and helpful. I did not have a good experience. My attorney did nothing more than process the divorce papers and follow the lead of my ex-husband's attorney. I felt no representation and communication was sparse. I would not recommend this business if you're looking for an effective divorce attorney.

I hired Dan Beeks from Bishop Law Office to represent me during my divorce. Dan (and the rest of his team - Jessica & Carolyn) did an excellent job representing me and always responded quickly to my questions. He was extremely helpful in representing me in the mediation I had with my ex-wife. His goal was always to represent me and my interests first, while also being considerate of keeping the costs down and also helped me reach a final settlement with my ex-wife without having to go back to mediation a second time. Wendy is absolutely amazing when it comes to family law. She cares deeply for her clients and their families. Everyone that I've known that works with Wendy and her team feel genuinely cared for and that Wendy has their best interests in mind. If you can't afford to hire her she offers video tutorials on how you can represent yourself as well. Attorney's wouldn't have the stigma they do if more of them were like Wendy.

Hernandez Family Law is a very trust worthy firm. First of all she has passion for what she does. She listens to everything you say and understands how you are feeling. When you call upon a lawyer you are already highly emotional and she has a very calming effect on you. She is very thorough with your case, she will talk you through every step. So that when you step into court you are calm and trust that she will do her job. Now let me tell you how she does her job. You would think that the same calming effect would step into the court room with her. Which it does, but she can be he most amazing cross examiner you have ever seen. In a nutshell, Wendy genuinely cares! For me, that is the most important quality in a lawyer. In 11 years of escalating custody battle, I have been through 3 lawyers and numerous “Initial consultations”. Wendy was the first lawyer I met that I truly felt was about me, my children, and my case, not the money. The very 1st night after our first case review meeting, I had the best night’s sleep I have had in years. Wendy completely changed my opinion of lawyers. I have never met an attorney who cares as much as Wendy. You can tell she has a passion for her work and the people she represents. I highly recommend Mrs. Zofia Rawner's advocacy's skills. I can say this since I shared a case with her involving a child dependency case involving an Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) case. She did an outstanding job to ensure the parent was given "due process" as well as ensure "all facts" were presented before the presiding judge. She always completed her homework before the next court hearing to ensure all concerns areas are addressed. In this particular case, with her advocacy skills, the parent was able to regain custody of her children and move on with their lives. Mrs. Rawner is very knowledgeable of the ICWA of 1978 and the Placement Preference. I'm very grateful for her assistance. We need more attorneys like her especially on ICWA cases.
