Carrie and her staff are amazing. Our family has hired Carrie for several different needs. She is up front and honest and tells you how thing will go and it is pretty much how things go. With all the issues have had, Carrie has been there and has responded whenever we have had questions or concerns. She is definitely a go getter. We all would recommend her to anyone.

Waste of money and poor representation! Carrie didn't do much of anything. Some questionable practices by Amanda who kept vital information from me, while pushing trial. I would have done better representing myself in court. I had to follow up several times to remind them to do their jobs and they did nothing productive for my case but run around in circles and bill for it. Worst decision!

My daughter and I contacted Mr. Riebesehl on very short notice as she was going through her divorce. I was amazed at how quickly he responded to our concerns. He handled her case in a thorough and timely manner and accomplished a very favorable outcome in regard to the parenting plan. He also represented her in dismissing a subsequent petition filed by her ex-husband who was trying to modify the parenting plan. I highly recommend Mr. Riebesehl in dealing with family court matters. He is very aggressive in protecting his clients' interests and his fees are very reasonable.

Family Law,Custody, Visitation, etc. All those things can be extremely stressful. I was recommended by a friend to Greg. ( who also had a very successful outcome). From day one I was set at ease. I realized quickly that working with Greg I was going to get straight ahead answers and nothing but. I shared with him my thoughts and wants. Greg let me know what was reasonable and what was likely. Angela Hallier represented me in a divorce case, however when her associate attorney moved out of state, she just ignored the case and let the opposing party clobber us. The associate attorneys handle the bulk of the work, so once that happened she just rolled over and took the path of least resistance to let the other party take over. The correct course of action would be to either catch up on the case, then represent me as an advocate, refund the money as the case was not finished, or appoint another associate attorney to handle the case after they get caught up on the details. She did none of the above. Angie is the owner of the firm, so even if she just relies on her associates, she should make sure things are appropriately delegated. She is very interested in deep pockets, and keeping up her appearance, but not interested in putting forth the effort to advocate for her clients. Very disappointed in this poor performance and level of caring for her clients. Pros: Will give a sense of professionalism when she first meets you. Very good at wooing you at first. Very good at deflecting questions or concerns from clients. Cons: Will get very defensive if you catch her in a mistake. Her facade will fade quickly once she is responsible for responding to the case, keeping up with details, very difficult to reach, uninterested in clients concerns. Has very little oversight into what is happening in the form, despite being the owner.

After hiring another attorney and not getting what I needed, I did a little more checking and found and hired Mr. David White. He was great from the start and did what he said he would do. Our ultimate goal was a case dismissal but would be hard to accomplish. We stayed patient through Covid but he was persistent and persuasive as well. I am so proud of him! We got the case dismissed, well he did with only a little help on my part. Great job David! He is a class act and well respected in the courts.

There are not enough words to say how much of an amazing and outstanding job Mr. White did. He represented my husband in an ugly court battle for 6 months. David became very personal to us and we knew he was the perfect decision. David is an absolute hound on getting the best decision for the children and also his clients. David believes in the children coming first. His knowledge, expertise, and cleverness make him a sharp attorney. He does not charge you for every little time you communicate. My wife needed a family law attorney for a custody dispute. I had a list of attorney's I was considering. I interviewed David and immediately knew he was the one I wanted representing her. I knew what I wanted in a Family Law attorney. I've spent over 2 decades negotiating contracts in my career, and I wanted a negotiator. David is sharp, wise and has decades of experience. David's philosophy is the child and the childs' interests come first. But a close second, is making sure he represents and negotiates to the best of his abilities on behalf of his clients. He is not the least expensive. But he doesn't nickel and dime you with fees, and he does everything he can to keep your costs to a minimum. He also isn't an attorney mill.....employing many new and inexperienced, attorneys to maximize company profits. He is a small boutique outfit and does all he can to keep your fees down. His staff is great! They are caring, compassionate and are very good at what they do. If you are interviewing Family Law attorneys, it would be in your best interest to call David.

David helped me in an ugly divorce. He was an absolute bulldog who easily won the case. I was only going for 3 days a week. David got me 50/50 custody with so much more. He is awesome and absolutely worth every penny. My advice is not to let your ex bully you. You are worth it, and will win with David. I have him on retainer and will absolutely use him for any family issues.

This office is very good unprofessional, they are not all on the same page. I had to drive around for paperwork for the office, I was told one price then my husband an other. Over charging and they are no even that good. They always have turn over off staff, And if you want him to throw you under the bus once you and your contract with him then go right with him. He always knew the true of the circumstances in our case and ignored them and proceeded with the case. Once we decided to cut ties with this office and get a qualified lawyer he wrote to the immigration office and stated everything that I had put in an email that he ignored the whole time he still had our case. Very unprofessional and poor work ethic. I don’t recommend this office

Do not waste your money with this lawyer if you are a victim of domestic violence. My friend is a victim of domestic violence, this lawyer only took her money, made her drop charges against her husband who hit her and choked her and she had all the photos and police report. Her children continue to be around the abuser. He did not represent her well and did not show any of the evidence. She is now homeless and living in a shelter and will probably loose the custody of her children, even though she is the victim. I feel as though the lawyer sided with the perpetrator and this is just another example of how the system is broken and there is no justice for women who are victims of domestic violence.

I see a lot of mixed reviews and I will be transparent in mine. If I could, I'd give him a 4.5. Why? 5- Because he did a fabulous job and did it right. He was always honest with us and did not just tell us what we wanted to hear, which is what I feel people do not like. Sometimes cases cannot be beat and I believe his honesty is taken the wrong way. He also took care of everything and I KNEW we were in good hands. He always made sure we looked at paperwork and I appreciated the mock interview because it truly prepared us for what was to come. 4- The reason I took .5 off is due to the response time. Sometimes I had to call and email in order to hear back about any questions I had. Also, my moms interview was on a Friday, we met the Wednesday prior and it was then he told us she needed to redo her medical exams and with our luck, that Thursday was a holiday... it was a headache to find an immigration medical exam office with openings in time to get the results before her interview, I wish he would have informed us way in advance. However, I will say he did offer 2 medical places and followed up to ensure we were able to find a doctor. Overall, I do recommend him. He was able to get both of my parent's their residency AND I will definitely be back to work on my parent's citizenship!

Kristen was recommended to me and now I am going to recommend her to everyone. She was my lawyer for my initial divorce and then for part two of that same divorce two years later when the ex suddenly stopped paying alimony. This situation was by far more difficult and complicated than the first round and involved a trial. Kristen is incredibly knowledgeable, which is critical because I was not prepared for a legal battle of this magnitude, but more than that, she is also kind and assuring. She has a great deal of confidence that blends well with her gentle demeanor. She practices with a "fair and friendly" approach which provides a great deal of calm in very uncertain circumstances. I highly recommend Kristen for your legal needs.

Let me start by saying that Maya is awesome. We engaged Maya to help with my naturalization application preparation and submission to USCIS. Maya was knowledgeable, thorough and highly responsive to our need. She answered all our queries and supported us even when the application went through a few rough patches. Ultimately, she guided and supported us through the long drawn process which takes (more than) a few months that resulted in a successful response from USCIS.
