Angela Hallier represented me in a divorce case, however when her associate attorney moved out of state, she just ignored the case and let the opposing party clobber us. The associate attorneys handle the bulk of the work, so once that happened she just rolled over and took the path of least resistance to let the other party take over. The correct course of action would be to either catch up on the case, then represent me as an advocate, refund the money as the case was not finished, or appoint another associate attorney to handle the case after they get caught up on the details. She did none of the above. Angie is the owner of the firm, so even if she just relies on her associates, she should make sure things are appropriately delegated. She is very interested in deep pockets, and keeping up her appearance, but not interested in putting forth the effort to advocate for her clients. Very disappointed in this poor performance and level of caring for her clients. Pros: Will give a sense of professionalism when she first meets you. Very good at wooing you at first. Very good at deflecting questions or concerns from clients. Cons: Will get very defensive if you catch her in a mistake. Her facade will fade quickly once she is responsible for responding to the case, keeping up with details, very difficult to reach, uninterested in clients concerns. Has very little oversight into what is happening in the form, despite being the owner.

I am so disappointed in the service I received from this firm. The attorney that was supposed to represent me would not respond for days or sometimes a week, he filed a motion incorrectly not highlighting critical points that I found out from other council are necessary after the motion got thrown out because it lacked information it needed that Mr. C**** said wasn’t necessary. Furthermore, he was VERY unprofessional in how he dealt with opposing council, making me look bad. All for no reason. In the end, I was several thousand dollars out and gained nothing. Fantastic: I meet with Joy Parker in reference to a very difficult and complex situation. I also was doing emotional guy things. I appreciated Miss.Parker upfrontness and her assistances. Having to use a family law lawyer is always not the best situation. You never want to experience divorce especially with children and sometimes even the aftermath of parenting plans you need help in adjusting those. I live out of state so it added a whole other level of stress finding the “right” lawyer. We came across this firm and had a consultation.
