I am so disappointed in the service I received from this firm. The attorney that was supposed to represent me would not respond for days or sometimes a week, he filed a motion incorrectly not highlighting critical points that I found out from other council are necessary after the motion got thrown out because it lacked information it needed that Mr. C**** said wasn’t necessary. Furthermore, he was VERY unprofessional in how he dealt with opposing council, making me look bad. All for no reason. In the end, I was several thousand dollars out and gained nothing. I just wanted help, and got the worst possible alleged representation. I am shocked to see so many good reviews for this firm. I am assuming that this is not the norm????

Fantastic: I meet with Joy Parker in reference to a very difficult and complex situation. I also was doing emotional guy things. I appreciated Miss.Parker upfrontness and her assistances. We spent the entire morning in Court and then had quite the rodeo due to the complex nature of my case. However, Miss.Parker was there for me and did not run out after court. She took the extra mile of making sure we had our ducks in a row. We had to combined our different knowledges of the systems to finish the job just due to the complex nature of the situation. We did it and I would not without a doubt hesitate to tell someone to contact Miss.Parker in legal matter or ask her for referral. Again, knowledgeable, confident and just good people and stellar customer service skills.

Having to use a family law lawyer is always not the best situation. You never want to experience divorce especially with children and sometimes even the aftermath of parenting plans you need help in adjusting those. I live out of state so it added a whole other level of stress finding the “right” lawyer. We came across this firm and had a consultation. From the first interaction i just felt extremely blessed to find them. It was a consistent fight with the ex and I prayed for the right lawyer and we came across this law firm. Shawnna, Amanda and maya all worked with us (mostly maya) and man they are amazing. Their knowledge of the law is superior, they are very responsive to emails and questions and most importantly they are not just lawyers that take your money. I felt they were very very honest in their opinions and guidance. I’m just very happy with their work and how much they helped us. Especially since my ex’s counsel is nothing but ruthless and about the “win” not the best welfare for the children. This law firm is exceptional, knowledgeable and professional and truly has the kids best interest at heart, which is what we should all want in hard times. I cannot say enough good things about this firm. Thank you for everything!

Let me start by saying that Maya is awesome. We engaged Maya to help with my naturalization application preparation and submission to USCIS. Maya was knowledgeable, thorough and highly responsive to our need. She answered all our queries and supported us even when the application went through a few rough patches. Ultimately, she guided and supported us through the long drawn process which takes (more than) a few months that resulted in a successful response from USCIS. I would wholeheartedly recommend Maya for her knowledge, attention to detail, and for the overall level of service she provides, and hope to engage her in the future for all our visa and naturalization needs.

I did not have a good experience. My attorney did nothing more than process the divorce papers and follow the lead of my ex-husband's attorney. I felt no representation and communication was sparse. I would not recommend this business if you're looking for an effective divorce attorney.

I hired Dan Beeks from Bishop Law Office to represent me during my divorce. Dan (and the rest of his team - Jessica & Carolyn) did an excellent job representing me and always responded quickly to my questions. He was extremely helpful in representing me in the mediation I had with my ex-wife. His goal was always to represent me and my interests first, while also being considerate of keeping the costs down and also helped me reach a final settlement with my ex-wife without having to go back to mediation a second time. My daughter and I contacted Mr. Riebesehl on very short notice as she was going through her divorce. I was amazed at how quickly he responded to our concerns. He handled her case in a thorough and timely manner and accomplished a very favorable outcome in regard to the parenting plan. He also represented her in dismissing a subsequent petition filed by her ex-husband who was trying to modify the parenting plan. I highly recommend Mr. Riebesehl in dealing with family court matters. Family Law,Custody, Visitation, etc. All those things can be extremely stressful. I was recommended by a friend to Greg. ( who also had a very successful outcome). From day one I was set at ease. I highly recommend Stewart Law Group Colin Bell. He was helping my son under 18-year-old to get through a very emotional family legal matter. After hiring another attorney and not getting what I needed, I did a little more checking and found and hired Mr. David White. He was great from the start and did what he said he would do. Our ultimate goal was a case dismissal but would be hard to accomplish. We stayed patient through Covid but he was persistent and persuasive as well. I am so proud of him! We got the case dismissed, well he did with only a little help on my part. Great job David! He is a class act and well respected in the courts.

There are not enough words to say how much of an amazing and outstanding job Mr. White did. He represented my husband in an ugly court battle for 6 months. David became very personal to us and we knew he was the perfect decision. David is an absolute hound on getting the best decision for the children and also his clients. My wife needed a family law attorney for a custody dispute. I had a list of attorney's I was considering. I interviewed David and immediately knew he was the one I wanted representing her. I knew what I wanted in a Family Law attorney. I've spent over 2 decades negotiating contracts in my career, and I wanted a negotiator. David is sharp, wise and has decades of experience. David's philosophy is the child and the childs' interests come first. But a close second, is making sure he represents and negotiates to the best of his abilities on behalf of his clients. He is not the least expensive. But he doesn't nickel and dime you with fees, and he does everything he can to keep your costs to a minimum. He also isn't an attorney mill.....employing many new and inexperienced, attorneys to maximize company profits. He is a small boutique outfit and does all he can to keep your fees down. His staff is great! They are caring, compassionate and are very good at what they do. If you are interviewing Family Law attorneys, it would be in your best interest to call David.

David helped me in an ugly divorce. He was an absolute bulldog who easily won the case. I was only going for 3 days a week. David got me 50/50 custody with so much more. He is awesome and absolutely worth every penny. My advice is not to let your ex bully you. You are worth it, and will win with David. I have him on retainer and will absolutely use him for any family issues.

Wendy is absolutely amazing when it comes to family law. She cares deeply for her clients and their families. Everyone that I've known that works with Wendy and her team feel genuinely cared for and that Wendy has their best interests in mind. If you can't afford to hire her she offers video tutorials on how you can represent yourself as well. Attorney's wouldn't have the stigma they do if more of them were like Wendy.

Hernandez Family Law is a very trust worthy firm. First of all she has passion for what she does. She listens to everything you say and understands how you are feeling. When you call upon a lawyer you are already highly emotional and she has a very calming effect on you. She is very thorough with your case, she will talk you through every step. So that when you step into court you are calm and trust that she will do her job. Now let me tell you how she does her job. You would think that the same calming effect would step into the court room with her. Which it does, but she can be he most amazing cross examiner you have ever seen. In a nutshell, Wendy genuinely cares! For me, that is the most important quality in a lawyer. In 11 years of escalating custody battle, I have been through 3 lawyers and numerous “Initial consultations”. Wendy was the first lawyer I met that I truly felt was about me, my children, and my case, not the money. The very 1st night after our first case review meeting, I had the best night’s sleep I have had in years. I do not believe my case could have gone better, and my children are happier and safer thanks to her.

Wendy completely changed my opinion of lawyers. I have never met an attorney who cares as much as Wendy. You can tell she has a passion for her work and the people she represents. She believes in the same thing I do; that moms and dad are BOTH so important. She is willing to try new things and gave me peace of mind when I needed it most. Angela Hallier represented me in a divorce case, however when her associate attorney moved out of state, she just ignored the case and let the opposing party clobber us. The associate attorneys handle the bulk of the work, so once that happened she just rolled over and took the path of least resistance to let the other party take over. The correct course of action would be to either catch up on the case, then represent me as an advocate, refund the money as the case was not finished, or appoint another associate attorney to handle the case after they get caught up on the details. She did none of the above. Angie is the owner of the firm, so even if she just relies on her associates, she should make sure things are appropriately delegated. She is very interested in deep pockets, and keeping up her appearance, but not interested in putting forth the effort to advocate for her clients. Very disappointed in this poor performance and level of caring for her clients. Pros: Will give a sense of professionalism when she first meets you. Very good at wooing you at first. Very good at deflecting questions or concerns from clients. Cons: Will get very defensive if you catch her in a mistake. Her facade will fade quickly once she is responsible for responding to the case, keeping up with details, very difficult to reach, uninterested in clients concerns. Has very little oversight into what is happening in the form, despite being the owner.
