I highly recommend Mrs. Zofia Rawner's advocacy's skills. I can say this since I shared a case with her involving a child dependency case involving an Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) case. She did an outstanding job to ensure the parent was given "due process" as well as ensure "all facts" were presented before the presiding judge. She always completed her homework before the next court hearing to ensure all concerns areas are addressed. In this particular case, with her advocacy skills, the parent was able to regain custody of her children and move on with their lives. Mrs. Rawner is very knowledgeable of the ICWA of 1978 and the Placement Preference. I'm very grateful for her assistance. We need more attorneys like her especially on ICWA cases. This office is very good unprofessional, they are not all on the same page. I had to drive around for paperwork for the office, I was told one price then my husband an other. Over charging and they are no even that good. They always have turn over off staff, And if you want him to throw you under the bus once you and your contract with him then go right with him. He always knew the true of the circumstances in our case and ignored them and proceeded with the case. Once we decided to cut ties with this office and get a qualified lawyer he wrote to the immigration office and stated everything that I had put in an email that he ignored the whole time he still had our case. Very unprofessional and poor work ethic. I don’t recommend this office

Do not waste your money with this lawyer if you are a victim of domestic violence. My friend is a victim of domestic violence, this lawyer only took her money, made her drop charges against her husband who hit her and choked her and she had all the photos and police report. Her children continue to be around the abuser. He did not represent her well and did not show any of the evidence. She is now homeless and living in a shelter and will probably loose the custody of her children, even though she is the victim. I feel as though the lawyer sided with the perpetrator and this is just another example of how the system is broken and there is no justice for women who are victims of domestic violence.

I see a lot of mixed reviews and I will be transparent in mine. If I could, I'd give him a 4.5. Why? 5- Because he did a fabulous job and did it right. He was always honest with us and did not just tell us what we wanted to hear, which is what I feel people do not like. Sometimes cases cannot be beat and I believe his honesty is taken the wrong way. He also took care of everything and I KNEW we were in good hands. He always made sure we looked at paperwork and I appreciated the mock interview because it truly prepared us for what was to come. 4- The reason I took .5 off is due to the response time. Sometimes I had to call and email in order to hear back about any questions I had. Also, my moms interview was on a Friday, we met the Wednesday prior and it was then he told us she needed to redo her medical exams and with our luck, that Thursday was a holiday... it was a headache to find an immigration medical exam office with openings in time to get the results before her interview, I wish he would have informed us way in advance. However, I will say he did offer 2 medical places and followed up to ensure we were able to find a doctor. Overall, I do recommend him. He was able to get both of my parent's their residency AND I will definitely be back to work on my parent's citizenship!

Stasy is hands down the best attorney you could ask for. This was the first time I have ever been to court and didnt know what to expect. Stasy took her time from day one explaining exactly what to expect and what we could hope for in my situation. She did exactly what she said she was going to do. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I would recommend her to anyone that is going threw a custody battle or divorce. Stasy and her staff (Stephanie) went out of there way numerous times to help me prepare for court or understand what was going on with my case. They are both extremely friendly and helpful. In court Stasy is firm and doesn't take any nonsense from the other partys, she will fight for you. I will be forever grateful to Stasy for bringing my daughter and I back together.

Angela Hallier represented me in a divorce case, however when her associate attorney moved out of state, she just ignored the case and let the opposing party clobber us. The associate attorneys handle the bulk of the work, so once that happened she just rolled over and took the path of least resistance to let the other party take over. The correct course of action would be to either catch up on the case, then represent me as an advocate, refund the money as the case was not finished, or appoint another associate attorney to handle the case after they get caught up on the details. She did none of the above. Angie is the owner of the firm, so even if she just relies on her associates, she should make sure things are appropriately delegated. She is very interested in deep pockets, and keeping up her appearance, but not interested in putting forth the effort to advocate for her clients. Very disappointed in this poor performance and level of caring for her clients. Pros: Will give a sense of professionalism when she first meets you. Very good at wooing you at first. Very good at deflecting questions or concerns from clients. Cons: Will get very defensive if you catch her in a mistake. Her facade will fade quickly once she is responsible for responding to the case, keeping up with details, very difficult to reach, uninterested in clients concerns. Has very little oversight into what is happening in the form, despite being the owner.

My daughter and I contacted Mr. Riebesehl on very short notice as she was going through her divorce. I was amazed at how quickly he responded to our concerns. He handled her case in a thorough and timely manner and accomplished a very favorable outcome in regard to the parenting plan. Family Law,Custody, Visitation, etc. All those things can be extremely stressful. I was recommended by a friend to Greg. ( who also had a very successful outcome). From day one I was set at ease.
