My prior attorney was trying to convince me to agree to a 50/50 custody time share which was not good for the children. If I could give zero stars to this business I would. He told me my case was going to be very simple. Here I am still waiting after 1.5 years of absolutely nothing. He’s unorganized, unprofessional. Almost doesn’t know what he is doing for a basic case. He doesn’t communicate, stay in touch and or they don’t have an open door policy. If you go to their office, the door is always locked which now I understand is a red flag. He tells you he’ll call, he won’t. He didn’t show up to court on my hearing date and didn’t even let me know that he didn’t go. His assistance is the same mess as well. I’m still having to chase him to give me a response or an update about my case, he doesn’t give me copies of whatever he gets from the court. if I have to check my case on the court’s website why did I pay this guy as my lawyer. He got me out of money, he doesn’t look out for my good and he keeps leaving me hanging. I do not recommend his business to anyone, take your money and business to someone else.

If you are reading this I’m sorry you have to hire an attorney but I am begging you to not hire this one. He may be cheap compared to other attorneys in California. But I repeat DO NOT HIRE HIM. I paid him 3,500 as a retainer for my divorce and that was a year ago and I’ve only been married for 2 years. There were court hearings that he didn’t even tell me about. There were court hearings were he didn’t even show up and sent a woman I have never met or seen before. It was actually very embarrassing when we went in for court and the attorney didn’t have a clue about my case. My divorce could have BEEN over had he adequately fought for me, showed up to court hearings and answered my phone calls and emails. I damn near had to harass him for information about my case.. if you do decide to hire him just pay attention to how messy and disorganized his office is

A voice of reason, a teacher, and an amazing teammate! Not exactly the first thing you expect to hear from a divorce lawyer… “I know this is bad for business, but have you tried marriage counseling?” Mr. Bigler came highly recommended, but I was certainly caught off guard when he asked me this during the first meeting! I tell you this for two reasons: it shows that he wants what is best for the people involved, and he is not afraid to tell you the truth, even if it is not what you want to hear. (…and yes, we had years of marriage counseling.) Following that meeting was the initial divorce, followed by another custody case over a year later. Mr. Bigler defended me and my children against multiple false accusations. He stood up for our best interests. He taught me how to have the courage necessary to handle life as a single mom, and that I’m intelligent enough and have every right to defend myself and my children against lies. His sound advice is still ringing in my ears, and I’m very grateful for it. I know I paid him, but I feel like I gained a friend.

It has been over 2 years since my 4 plus year divorce ended. Mr. Bigler did such a fantastic job on my case and I want everyone to know that he was amazing! I truly believe that if I had not hired him I would not be financially independent at this stage in life after being married for over 35 years! If you are considering hiring him, you absolutely should not hesitate!!! I have written 3 reviews in my entire life and 2 of them were for John! Hire him!! You won’t regret it!

If you want an attorney who is smart, aggressive, attentive to you your needs. Then Mr. Biggler is your man. I run a visitation monitoring company and have worked with many attorneys in my 30 year career. I love when I see that the clients get positive results. Creating a win win situation for you and your children. High conflict custody issues are tedious at best, but it makes a difference when you have a good team. Elizabeth is a great family law attorney. Unfortunately the judge did not see everything I was asking for Elizabeth fought for it. She is also an advocate for children and has a solid understanding of the childrens' needs during a dissolution of marriage. She will not simply take her clients side of it's not in the child's best interest. Her retainer is very reasonable and was willing to allow me to make payments.

I retained Mr. Richard Malone with the Zumbrunn Law Corp for a case of a contractor had put a lien against my deceased mother’s home that I was trying to sell. I had been dealing with this for months, talking with other attorneys not going anywhere. When I talked with Mr. Malone, he told me what he can do. Mr. Malone had the case settled within a few weeks and cleared the lien. I recommend Mr. Richard Malone for any real estate issue, he is very professional, fast and efficient.

I was married to my husband for over a year and finally decided to go through a complete name change (first and last name). The entire name change process with the Law Office of Luella G. Hairston was affordable and timely. Sanaz helped prepare all the documents and I only had to meet with her twice. During my court appointment, the computer was down and the judge unable to pull up an electronic file of my publication, but Luella was prepared and had back up paper copies of my publication. I would recommend contacting Luella's office regarding any other family law disputes in the future because of the great service they provided for my name change.

Very attentive and very hard working. Mrs Hairston and her staff even worked weekends to insure they were prepared for my case, and in the process beat another attorney who is regarded very highly. They worked on the case what needed worked but didn't do things to add to the cost as I have seen other lawyers do. I am very, very pleased with their performance throughout the entire case.

Leaving this review because I feel that when you reach out to an attorney seeking consultation, and they respond and proceed to tell you that "they need to consult with another attorney and will call you back," you expect that they will do what they said! Luella, does not seem to be a woman of her word and when it comes to time sensitive cases, an attorneys "word" is sometimes all you have. Save your energy and look for someone else. Glad we didn't.

Miss Hairston is an amazing attorney! She fought for me to have more time with my daughter, but after the truth was revealed through mediation, we didn't get more time with my daughter. WE GOT PRIMARY PHYSICAL CUSTODY! If you are looking for an attorney to be fair and honest, look no further then Miss Hairston. Its been 6 years since we won custody, she's now a senior in high school with one of the top GPA's over those past 6 years! I chose this firm based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately it was a poor and very costly mistake. Much of my case was ignored and so were my inquiries. Most of my questions went unanswered. I only had 1 mtg with the lawyer and half of the time I spent explaining my case. I was informed the lawyer would meet with me after my case was reviewed. I waited weeks and finally spoke to her after i insisted on having a mtg. 2 of her own staff advised me against her own advice about my case. I paid 6500 and over 4500 was spent and never went to court only requested continuances. I had to obtain a divorce coach who was able to enlighten me on what the lawyer needed to. She helped me find another lawyer who actually sat down with me and walked through my case with me and found mistakes that Ms. James and her staff made. Actually listened to me, came up with strategic planning for my trial, explained important issues, understands the Judge who is presiding over my case and this new lawyer is only a quarter of the cost! After much prayer and speaking to other legal counsel my family court case is finally back on track. Being involved in a child custody battle is difficult enough. Having poor representation makes it twice as hard!

I just want to start off thanking Christine and the rest of the staff at All America Law. I was looking for a lawyer in the beginning of January due to a custody battle over my son. The first lawyer told me that this would be tough case and to maybe not even move out of state, that was unrealistic due to my new opportunities out of state. However, I kept looking and found Christine, on our consultation call I immediately felt her good energy and knew she was the right attorney for this case. Even though my case was last minute, Christine and her staff made it work by putting all hands aboard on this case. I cannot thank Christine, Katrina and the rest of the staff enough, they answered all my phone calls, kept me updated with what they were doing on my case, and made me feel secure with my case. All American Law cares more than just 'winning' a case but more so doing what is RIGHT. Christine was on my side and did more than I could ever imagine during trial. I was told by many people that it would be hard for a father to get an out of state move away order, but Christine made that happen and now I have physical custody of my child. We are now living out of state and happier than ever . I would highly recommend this law firm to any one that is going through a custody battle.

I cannot say enough nice things about Christine James and the entire staff of All American Law. I found myself in need of a family law attorney for a custody/visitation matter, never having having needed legal counsel before. Christine was kind and reassuring during my initial phone consultation. She spent nearly an hour on the phone with me. I had spoken with three other attorneys before her and I knew she was the right fit for my family. Her paralegal professionals were absolutely amazing over the course of the four months it took from starting the paperwork and having it filed and leading up to my mediation and court dates. When I called, if no one was available to speak to me right then, I always got a call back the same day and they took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me very sound advice. Christine helped me prepare for mediation, and I believe the mediation prep was the reason I was able to go into a tense situation without crumbling under the pressure. Christine also “appeared” with me at my court date (it was held over teleconference) and it was so reassuring to know that she was there to stand up for me. She was incredibly professional and respectful to the judge handling my case. I hope that I won’t have a need for a family law attorney again, but if I do, I can say I have found them in Christine and her entire staff. Thank you All American Law.

I have gone through hell and back with fighting to get my children back and the staff was supportive and reassuring the entire time. It was even more nerve wrecking since my case was delayed a couple times due to COVID. They kept me informed and even charged the minimal amount with the delays of the case. When I was past my financial limit, they worked with me in ensuring my payment plans were reasonable. I would strongly recommend and use their services again if needed be.

Beyond impressed! I had been self represented through years of family law and child support court hearings and was so hesitant to hire an attorney out of fear and trusting that they would appropriately represent myself and child. After tons of research I contacted Ms. Azizi. I immediately was greeted by Lorenzo, the Office Administrator, who made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. He assisted in making communication seamless and effortless and walked me through each step of the process. Ms. Azizi heard my concerns and was extremely sensitive to the matter of FAMILY. The team did an amazing job with discovery and building a strong case that gave me confidence and I was successful in coming to an agreement with the other party, in what has yet to have been the easiest hearing of all, thanks to them. Worst law office. I called the office to set an appointment for a "paid" consultation, the gentleman who manages the office took my information and said that he would call me back to set an appointment. A week later, he never called back. When I called again, he said the most gullible excuses for not getting back to me. I went ahead any way and still asked him to schedule an appointment for me to meet with the attorney. He gave me an appointment a week later. He asked for all my information again, which means he did not save my info the first time. On the day of the appointment, I left work early and arrived at the office on time. The same gentleman opened the door and looked confused then he said that my appointment was supposed to be on the phone. I looked upset because he never said anything about having the meeting on the phone. Then he was trying to reach the attorney for over 10 minutes on the phone without any luck. How come the attorney did not call me if the appointment was really on the phone? It was just another lie to cover his incompetence. I just left the office because they lost my trust before I even get to meet with the attorney.

Large bills with little value and poor communication and performance My case was for a reduction in spousal support. I had what I thought was initially good service and value, but once it came to the point that the lawyers had to pay attention to details it fell apart. I had to repeat key information several times that had been conveyed through emails and in person. Court papers were prepared without any explanation as to there need, purpose, or cost. The prepared paperwork contained several errors that made it appear to be a copy from another case that was just edited. I requested several times to get estimated costs for the needed work and was denied any helpful guidance. After communicating my need to keep costs low as I was not able to pay large bills I received, in the month that followed, an extremely large bill. After complaining, taking out a large loan, and getting an assurance that they would keep my costs manageable I received another large bill that I could not pay. My attempts to resolve the situation were ignored and communication was extremely limited from their end with no attempt to address my concerns. I was left with no options, no money, and no lawyer to finish my case. The fees charged by Mr. Peelman's firm are the equivalent of two years of support payments.

Before I look for legal help, I was completely lost in the process of my divorce with my ex-wife. I just finalized my divorce; Danny Peelman and team were the attorneys that handled my case, his team was a referral of the family trust law firm that I have used in the pass. On the first visit to the office of Danny Peelman, Danny Peelman clearly expanded how divorce is handled in my state and what will be involved, and during the visit he was clear on what will be the outcome for the assets between me and ex-wife. Also, he was clear on what the charge will be in and out of court. This was explained in a way that I was able to understand and all my questions were answered without being rushed to make a decision. During the process of the divorce the staff of Danny Peelman kept me fully up to date where the case stood and always responded to my questions in a very timely manner. When there were decisions to be made clear advice was given with both pros and cons. And at no time was I ever rushed to make a decision without support. The team made it a little easier to go thru the process and always gave me the assurance that I was just important as the next client.
