My prior attorney was trying to convince me to agree to a 50/50 custody time share which was not good for the children. If I could give zero stars to this business I would. He told me my case was going to be very simple. Here I am still waiting after 1.5 years of absolutely nothing. He’s unorganized, unprofessional. Almost doesn’t know what he is doing for a basic case. He doesn’t communicate, stay in touch and or they don’t have an open door policy. If you go to their office, the door is always locked which now I understand is a red flag. He tells you he’ll call, he won’t. He didn’t show up to court on my hearing date and didn’t even let me know that he didn’t go. His assistance is the same mess as well. I’m still having to chase him to give me a response or an update about my case, he doesn’t give me copies of whatever he gets from the court. if I have to check my case on the court’s website why did I pay this guy as my lawyer. He got me out of money, he doesn’t look out for my good and he keeps leaving me hanging. I do not recommend his business to anyone, take your money and business to someone else.

If you are reading this I’m sorry you have to hire an attorney but I am begging you to not hire this one. He may be cheap compared to other attorneys in California. But I repeat DO NOT HIRE HIM. I paid him 3,500 as a retainer for my divorce and that was a year ago and I’ve only been married for 2 years. There were court hearings that he didn’t even tell me about. There were court hearings were he didn’t even show up and sent a woman I have never met or seen before. It was actually very embarrassing when we went in for court and the attorney didn’t have a clue about my case. My divorce could have BEEN over had he adequately fought for me, showed up to court hearings and answered my phone calls and emails. I damn near had to harass him for information about my case.. if you do decide to hire him just pay attention to how messy and disorganized his office is

A voice of reason, a teacher, and an amazing teammate! Not exactly the first thing you expect to hear from a divorce lawyer… “I know this is bad for business, but have you tried marriage counseling?” Mr. Bigler came highly recommended, but I was certainly caught off guard when he asked me this during the first meeting! I tell you this for two reasons: it shows that he wants what is best for the people involved, and he is not afraid to tell you the truth, even if it is not what you want to hear. (…and yes, we had years of marriage counseling.) Following that meeting was the initial divorce, followed by another custody case over a year later. Mr. Bigler defended me and my children against multiple false accusations. He stood up for our best interests. He taught me how to have the courage necessary to handle life as a single mom, and that I’m intelligent enough and have every right to defend myself and my children against lies. His sound advice is still ringing in my ears, and I’m very grateful for it. I know I paid him, but I feel like I gained a friend.

It has been over 2 years since my 4 plus year divorce ended. Mr. Bigler did such a fantastic job on my case and I want everyone to know that he was amazing! I truly believe that if I had not hired him I would not be financially independent at this stage in life after being married for over 35 years! If you are considering hiring him, you absolutely should not hesitate!!! I have written 3 reviews in my entire life and 2 of them were for John! Hire him!! You won’t regret it!

Divorce is never easy, but I am more than thankful I went with Paulette Gharibian. She not only knows Family Law but treats her clients with incredible compassion. I called, looking for a basic estimate and they said that I would have to come in and pay $200 to, potentially, waste my time. Every business is required to give a quote by law, why should people pay to get a quote here? Might wanna think that one over....looks like they like taking pictures more than lawyering.

I’ve referred Nick to many other people in my life dealing with the same things I was going through with divorce and he kept me updated and got me what I asked for. I feel bad for everyone that has to start off with other attorneys only to still end up with nick or his brother in the end. Divorce/ separation is already hard enough as it is, do yourself a favor and go straight to Nick! I guarantee you will save yourself time and money! Full disclosure divorce is never cheap/affordable but save yourself the cost of hiring other attorneys just to still end up with Nick

I am beyond grateful I chose Bobby Cloud as my attorney when I decided to go back to court. Mr. Cloud made sure my voice was heard, and I am now able to enjoy my sons on the weekend. Great attorney. Helped us get supervised visitations for the other party for the safety of our child. Something that I feel is hard since courts rarely take full custody away from the mothers. Price was reasonable. I called around many attorneys didn’t even want to bother since the case was and Shafter. The ones that were willing to take the case wanted to charge double of what Bobby Cloud charged us. Happy that we choose Bobby Cloud. Plus we loved his red suspenders!

After reading other reviews on this thread, I CAN NOT understand how Bobby Cloud Law could get anything but 5 stars! Those other people are wrong!! Getting divorced is probably the hardest thing you will ever have go through! This lawyer is professional and has your back throughout the entire process. There wasn’t a single time I didn’t feel like I wasn’t at the top of his priority list! Yeah, this stuff is hard and emotional, but Bobby always made me feel like he was there for me and me alone! I sat in those court rooms many times waiting for my turn and there wasn’t a single other lawyer I would have trusted after watching them fumble their cases! You want to win?!? You want to keep your dignity during a time when you are at your lowest place?!? Stop wasting your time with others, call his office and schedule a consultation. Sure.....It costs money to retain a lawyer, but this is the only place you will feel like your money was well spent when it’s over!! I will recommend Bobby Cloud Law over and over without hesitation! Thank you Bobby for all that you have done!

Elizabeth is a great family law attorney. Unfortunately the judge did not see everything I was asking for Elizabeth fought for it. She is also an advocate for children and has a solid understanding of the childrens' needs during a dissolution of marriage. She will not simply take her clients side of it's not in the child's best interest. Her retainer is very reasonable and was willing to allow me to make payments.

I retained Mr. Richard Malone with the Zumbrunn Law Corp for a case of a contractor had put a lien against my deceased mother’s home that I was trying to sell. I had been dealing with this for months, talking with other attorneys not going anywhere. When I talked with Mr. Malone, he told me what he can do. Mr. Malone had the case settled within a few weeks and cleared the lien. I recommend Mr. Richard Malone for any real estate issue, he is very professional, fast and efficient.

I  hired Tigran Palyan at the ending of my case after hiring 2 attorneys who mess up everything. I wish I had hired him at the beginning. I can't say he is a cheap attorney but whatever he charges compared to his job it is worth it. He is very honest and is a man who tries to help both sides to make a fair decision which I can't say to my ex's attorney who was only thinking about his profit. After hiring Tigran my ex's attorney understood that it's time to leave the case and he can't make more money by extending the hearings. Even my ex said thank you to Tigran after finalizing the case. I would recommend all couples to hire Mr Palyan as a mediator to get a fair decision for both sides instead of spending thousands of dollars on different attorneys.

I found Mr. Palyan online and can not imagine finding a better family lawyer. I am extremely satisfied and grateful for the way which Mr. Palyan handled my divorce proceeding. He will do everything in his power to get you a peaceful cooperative speedy resolution, yet will always stand for your position and rights as necessary. I have also noticed Judges respect him for his strong background in Family law, sincere character and direct communication to be superior to the others. I retained Rocky Elkaddoum as our lawyer when my ex husband asked for a post-judgement modification of child custody and visitation order. I'm so thankful for the service that we received with this attorney. I am extremely glad that my son chose this attorney to represent him. Everyone was extremely helpful they took the time to really listen to what my son had say and what he wanted. They were available at any time of the day to answer any of my sons calls and provide him with good legal advice. We are extremely happy to say we had a great experience with Rocky and his staf.
