If I could give zero stars to this business I would. He told me my case was going to be very simple. Here I am still waiting after 1.5 years of absolutely nothing. He’s unorganized, unprofessional. Almost doesn’t know what he is doing for a basic case. He doesn’t communicate, stay in touch and or they don’t have an open door policy. If you go to their office, the door is always locked which now I understand is a red flag. He tells you he’ll call, he won’t. He didn’t show up to court on my hearing date and didn’t even let me know that he didn’t go. His assistance is the same mess as well. I’m still having to chase him to give me a response or an update about my case, he doesn’t give me copies of whatever he gets from the court. if I have to check my case on the court’s website why did I pay this guy as my lawyer. He got me out of money, he doesn’t look out for my good and he keeps leaving me hanging. I do not recommend his business to anyone, take your money and business to someone else.

If you are reading this I’m sorry you have to hire an attorney but I am begging you to not hire this one. He may be cheap compared to other attorneys in California. But I repeat DO NOT HIRE HIM. I paid him 3,500 as a retainer for my divorce and that was a year ago and I’ve only been married for 2 years. There were court hearings that he didn’t even tell me about. There were court hearings were he didn’t even show up and sent a woman I have never met or seen before. It was actually very embarrassing when we went in for court and the attorney didn’t have a clue about my case. My divorce could have BEEN over had he adequately fought for me, showed up to court hearings and answered my phone calls and emails. I damn near had to harass him for information about my case.. if you do decide to hire him just pay attention to how messy and disorganized his office is

A voice of reason, a teacher, and an amazing teammate! Not exactly the first thing you expect to hear from a divorce lawyer… “I know this is bad for business, but have you tried marriage counseling?” Mr. Bigler came highly recommended, but I was certainly caught off guard when he asked me this during the first meeting! I tell you this for two reasons: it shows that he wants what is best for the people involved, and he is not afraid to tell you the truth, even if it is not what you want to hear. (…and yes, we had years of marriage counseling.) Following that meeting was the initial divorce, followed by another custody case over a year later. Mr. Bigler defended me and my children against multiple false accusations. He stood up for our best interests. He taught me how to have the courage necessary to handle life as a single mom, and that I’m intelligent enough and have every right to defend myself and my children against lies. His sound advice is still ringing in my ears, and I’m very grateful for it. I know I paid him, but I feel like I gained a friend.

It has been over 2 years since my 4 plus year divorce ended. Mr. Bigler did such a fantastic job on my case and I want everyone to know that he was amazing! I truly believe that if I had not hired him I would not be financially independent at this stage in life after being married for over 35 years! I called, looking for a basic estimate and they said that I would have to come in and pay $200 to, potentially, waste my time. Every business is required to give a quote by law, why should people pay to get a quote here? Might wanna think that one over....looks like they like taking pictures more than lawyering.

I’ve referred Nick to many other people in my life dealing with the same things I was going through with divorce and he kept me updated and got me what I asked for. I feel bad for everyone that has to start off with other attorneys only to still end up with nick or his brother in the end. Divorce/ separation is already hard enough as it is, do yourself a favor and go straight to Nick! I guarantee you will save yourself time and money! Great attorney. Helped us get supervised visitations for the other party for the safety of our child. Something that I feel is hard since courts rarely take full custody away from the mothers. Price was reasonable. I called around many attorneys didn’t even want to bother since the case was and Shafter. The ones that were willing to take the case wanted to charge double of what Bobby Cloud charged us. Happy that we choose Bobby Cloud. Plus we loved his red suspenders!

After reading other reviews on this thread, I CAN NOT understand how Bobby Cloud Law could get anything but 5 stars! Those other people are wrong!! Getting divorced is probably the hardest thing you will ever have go through! This lawyer is professional and has your back throughout the entire process. There wasn’t a single time I didn’t feel like I wasn’t at the top of his priority list! Yeah, this stuff is hard and emotional, but Bobby always made me feel like he was there for me and me alone! I sat in those court rooms many times waiting for my turn and there wasn’t a single other lawyer I would have trusted after watching them fumble their cases! You want to win?!? You want to keep your dignity during a time when you are at your lowest place?!? Stop wasting your time with others, call his office and schedule a consultation. Sure.....It costs money to retain a lawyer, but this is the only place you will feel like your money was well spent when it’s over!! I will recommend Bobby Cloud Law over and over without hesitation! Rozanna Velen is an excellent family law attorney. Look at her retainer as a long term investment-you pay a bit now, but save a bunch in the long run. Rozanna will give the facts and law to you straight, and let you know your options and risks. There are not many attorneys who will tell you to take a route that will make her less money...but that's how much of a straight shooter she is. I've sent dozens of people over to Rozanna. She is a respected professional in the legal community. She has obtained excellent results for myself, my friends and associates- including someone who originally (before retaining Rozanna) agreed to pay their spouse $80k...but after hiring Rozanna my friend RECEIVED $80k from their spouse. (Don't try to do a divorce alone if you have assets.) Some family attorneys are sleazebags who wring every drop of $ out of their client, bully, yell and scream at opposing parties, and don't care about the welfare of the child or adults involved. Rozanna is the opposite. She's got a good grasp on keeping things calm, and she focuses on the best interest of the child and other humans in the family matter. Hire Rozanna Velen.

All major life decisions are difficult and making the decision to divorce my ex-wife was by far one of the most challenging decisions and experiences I’ve ever endured. My divorce from my ex-wife should not have been a complicated one, but my ex-wife and her “super lawyer” wanted to make it a long, drawn out and costly experience with the hope that by deploying underhanded delay tactics and never ending, senseless requests that my ex would be successful in stopping me from 50/50 legal and physical custody of my daughter, as well as other key divorce areas. I started my divorce journey by hiring “the wrong” attorney. I made an emotional decision related to my first attorney and hired an attorney who my friend had used for his easy divorce. I would leave a minus 5 star if i could. The Spermling (SO CALLED ) Law Firm is a joke. We paid almost $14000.00 for our case, but they didn't do much for over a period of 8 months for us.The opposing Lawyer was too smart for them. They are arrogant and incompetent , I was on the phone with Mitchel Spermling and asked him a question and he hung up the phone and dropped our case, because he is not competent to answer questions. I emailed them to get a break down on our payment and they never responded. I am filing a complaint to the State Bar. Stay away from this Law Firm, there are so many great ones out there.

After being separated from their mother for well over 3 years, my children and I started going through a difficult time with her due to very concerning behavior on her part. She started downright terrorizing us after she learned that I had started dating a man. She filed lawsuits, harassed and hounded us, tried to track our every move, took legal steps to keep my partner away from my children and failed miserably, secretly filmed and took pictures of us and even stalked us. Co-parenting with her was a nightmare before it became impossible. It became so stressful and scary for my children and their mental state that I came to the conclusion that I needed to take some serious action to protect our mental health and to put a stop to the bullying and the emotional abuse once and for all. Luckily, the Sperling Law Firm came to our rescue and helped us resolve our issues with this troll. My attorney Lauren McAllister was equipped with all the legal advice and expertise that I needed and she stayed cool, calm and collected each time when facing the monster. Lauren put the monster in her place when she had to and put a stop to all the cartoonish distractions the monster tried to create in court. After a couple rounds with Lauren, the monster seemed to be getting discouraged and started to back off from the attacks. Typical bully behavior. She was no match for Lauren McAllister! My incredible attorney’s hard work led to the court granting me extended time with my children and I, and denying the monster every ridiculously controlling request and every viscous mean-spirited allegation. My children are finally at ease and love to spend most of their time in my care. And now that the monster has been repeatedly beaten by Lauren, it has humbled down and makes the weekly pick up/ drop off times less traumatizing for the children and I. This is the greatest gift to earn from this lengthy battle. My advice for anyone out there is to NEVER let a bully of any shape, form or relation, ruin the lives and mental health of your loved ones, and to hire the Sperling Law Firm to help you fight back! Because it’s worth it. Fight back and have these wonderful attorneys help you with your fight. Thank you for your talent and cool wit, Lauren McAllister !
