I would leave a minus 5 star if i could. The Spermling (SO CALLED ) Law Firm is a joke. We paid almost $14000.00 for our case, but they didn't do much for over a period of 8 months for us.The opposing Lawyer was too smart for them. They are arrogant and incompetent , I was on the phone with Mitchel Spermling and asked him a question and he hung up the phone and dropped our case, because he is not competent to answer questions. I emailed them to get a break down on our payment and they never responded. I am filing a complaint to the State Bar. Stay away from this Law Firm, there are so many great ones out there.

After being separated from their mother for well over 3 years, my children and I started going through a difficult time with her due to very concerning behavior on her part. She started downright terrorizing us after she learned that I had started dating a man. She filed lawsuits, harassed and hounded us, tried to track our every move, took legal steps to keep my partner away from my children and failed miserably, secretly filmed and took pictures of us and even stalked us. Co-parenting with her was a nightmare before it became impossible. It became so stressful and scary for my children and their mental state that I came to the conclusion that I needed to take some serious action to protect our mental health and to put a stop to the bullying and the emotional abuse once and for all. Luckily, the Sperling Law Firm came to our rescue and helped us resolve our issues with this troll. My attorney Lauren McAllister was equipped with all the legal advice and expertise that I needed and she stayed cool, calm and collected each time when facing the monster. Lauren put the monster in her place when she had to and put a stop to all the cartoonish distractions the monster tried to create in court. After a couple rounds with Lauren, the monster seemed to be getting discouraged and started to back off from the attacks. Typical bully behavior. She was no match for Lauren McAllister! My incredible attorney’s hard work led to the court granting me extended time with my children and I, and denying the monster every ridiculously controlling request and every viscous mean-spirited allegation. My children are finally at ease and love to spend most of their time in my care. And now that the monster has been repeatedly beaten by Lauren, it has humbled down and makes the weekly pick up/ drop off times less traumatizing for the children and I. This is the greatest gift to earn from this lengthy battle. My advice for anyone out there is to NEVER let a bully of any shape, form or relation, ruin the lives and mental health of your loved ones, and to hire the Sperling Law Firm to help you fight back! Rozanna Velen is an excellent family law attorney. Look at her retainer as a long term investment-you pay a bit now, but save a bunch in the long run. Rozanna will give the facts and law to you straight, and let you know your options and risks. There are not many attorneys who will tell you to take a route that will make her less money...but that's how much of a straight shooter she is. I've sent dozens of people over to Rozanna. She is a respected professional in the legal community. She has obtained excellent results for myself, my friends and associates- including someone who originally (before retaining Rozanna) agreed to pay their spouse $80k...but after hiring Rozanna my friend RECEIVED $80k from their spouse. (Don't try to do a divorce alone if you have assets.) Some family attorneys are sleazebags who wring every drop of $ out of their client, bully, yell and scream at opposing parties, and don't care about the welfare of the child or adults involved. Rozanna is the opposite. She's got a good grasp on keeping things calm, and she focuses on the best interest of the child and other humans in the family matter. Hire Rozanna Velen.

All major life decisions are difficult and making the decision to divorce my ex-wife was by far one of the most challenging decisions and experiences I’ve ever endured. My divorce from my ex-wife should not have been a complicated one, but my ex-wife and her “super lawyer” wanted to make it a long, drawn out and costly experience with the hope that by deploying underhanded delay tactics and never ending, senseless requests that my ex would be successful in stopping me from 50/50 legal and physical custody of my daughter, as well as other key divorce areas. I started my divorce journey by hiring “the wrong” attorney. I made an emotional decision related to my first attorney and hired an attorney who my friend had used for his easy divorce. I  hired Tigran Palyan at the ending of my case after hiring 2 attorneys who mess up everything. I wish I had hired him at the beginning. I can't say he is a cheap attorney but whatever he charges compared to his job it is worth it. He is very honest and is a man who tries to help both sides to make a fair decision which I can't say to my ex's attorney who was only thinking about his profit. After hiring Tigran my ex's attorney understood that it's time to leave the case and he can't make more money by extending the hearings. Even my ex said thank you to Tigran after finalizing the case. I would recommend all couples to hire Mr Palyan as a mediator to get a fair decision for both sides instead of spending thousands of dollars on different attorneys.

I came to Henrik last year during a difficult time in my life. I had called a lot of attorneys for consultations regarding my marriage and our child. I decided to go with Henrik and I was happy that I did. He helped guide me through all the rough patches in my divorce process and was aggressive in Court when it came time to my child. What can I say about Maryam? She is absolutely the best attorney I could have found. I am so lucky to have found her. She is very calm and collected when dealing with you. However, she's as tough as nails with the other side. She resolved my custody issues almost immediately. And that was just the beginning! Maryam would have settled my case in less than a year had the other side not dragged their feet. In the end I got everything I wanted! If I could give more stars, I would. Tamara literally saved my life from a dangerous predator. She knew exactly how to guide me through the process and made sure I understood everything before proceeding on to the next issue, and was always very straightforward and honest. Mine was a very long and drawn-out process due to the level of psychosis of the other party involved, and Tamara definitely went above and beyond to keep me safe and ensure that my property remained in my possession. She worked when she was sick, pulled all-nighters and hustled over the holidays to ensure my safety. She made sure I received the maximum amount of protection from the courts, and even helped me regain some of the legal fees. She truly cares for her clients and it shows. I know she had lots of other cases besides mine but she always made me feel as though she was always there for me, and always responded immediately in an emergency, no matter the hour. She is truly what a great attorney is SUPPOSED to be. I always felt confident with her support, and believe me when I say that you will do well to trust her. Addendum 07/18/2021: Well unfortunately I was in the position where I had to hire an attorney again because of the same vexatious litigant, but I am so grateful to have Tamara on my side! I looked at the reviews and they were really good so gave her a call to help me with my divorce case and she made an appointment and the consultation was $425 when there are other people who do free consultation. It was alot but she told me she would put it on my retainer fee. So we made an appointment with her and she said her secretary would send me an email to confirm and they never did. That was a red flag. But I gave her a chance and I called again to send the email and they did. Then we made an appointment. I was ready for my appointment and they cancelled on me when I payed the consultation already. We made another appointment. She was late for our new appointment and she called and she cut me off because she needed to "order lunch for her son for school." And I was like what kind of professionalism is this? Then I let her do what she needed to do which took like 30 minutes but it was fine because I'm also a mother but she could've done that before our appointment. At that point I regretted paying her. I asked how much I was going to pay to finish my divorce and she said $10,000. I was like omg to just finish? I thought it would be 2500 or something. I asked her for some of my money back because she didn't even anything and everything was incorrect and she started arguing with me when I didn't get my full hour consultation either. I thought everything would be fine but paying her in the first place was a big mistake. Shes not professional at all I don't recommend her. There are other people who give free consultation and do a good job unlike Tamara.

Tamara knew exactly how to guide me from the first day she reviewed my situation. And even though court matters can take a while to settle in your favor, her advice was in alignment with what I needed to gain justice in a horrible situation. My situation was really bad because I lacked representation initially and had made mistakes of my own. I am overjoyed now that I did what she advised because it was such an enormous gain for me.
