Christine Thielo is very knowledgeable, thorough, ethical, experienced, tough and confident. She worked hard to get me the best possible outcome in my child support matter. She took the time to review everything so she could fully understand my case and be able to adequately represent me. From the date I retained Christine to the date we went to court, I never doubted that with her representing me I would get a favorable and fair result -- whether we settled or went before a judge. She was well prepared on the day we were in court. She is confident, she stands her ground, is not intimated and she will fight for your best interest. Christine is the type of lawyer you imagine in a movie, she comes in and takes charge. We visited several lawyers before coming to her and it seemed like all lawyers would give us the same spill regarding family law and never really took time to listen to our concerns. Christine took the bull from the horns right from the get go and told me to hire her and man let me tell you if I hadn't things would be so much different for us. Now, I will never go to court without her. Spend the money and get the results this is not a matter you want to mess around with.

let me start by saying that when I Retain Mr. Brian Mitchell it was one of the best decisions I made after i was in a deep Hole with another attorney with my divorce and child custody case. This review is long over due. My life has been so peaceful thanks to Stephen Gassner. Mr Gassner helped me with a custody case for my daughter. Mr Gassner was able to rescue my daughter from a living situation that was not in her best interest. I have had full custody of my daughter now for about 4 years now. My daughter is happy safe and in a much better place. We have peace in our family and I can't thank this man enough. Mr Gassner is well versed in the law and will give you honest and direct feedback on your case. I wish I would have found him sooner than I did.

I was married to my husband for over a year and finally decided to go through a complete name change (first and last name). The entire name change process with the Law Office of Luella G. Hairston was affordable and timely. Sanaz helped prepare all the documents and I only had to meet with her twice. During my court appointment, the computer was down and the judge unable to pull up an electronic file of my publication, but Luella was prepared and had back up paper copies of my publication. I would recommend contacting Luella's office regarding any other family law disputes in the future because of the great service they provided for my name change.

Very attentive and very hard working. Mrs Hairston and her staff even worked weekends to insure they were prepared for my case, and in the process beat another attorney who is regarded very highly. They worked on the case what needed worked but didn't do things to add to the cost as I have seen other lawyers do. I am very, very pleased with their performance throughout the entire case.

Leaving this review because I feel that when you reach out to an attorney seeking consultation, and they respond and proceed to tell you that "they need to consult with another attorney and will call you back," you expect that they will do what they said! Luella, does not seem to be a woman of her word and when it comes to time sensitive cases, an attorneys "word" is sometimes all you have. Save your energy and look for someone else. Glad we didn't.

Miss Hairston is an amazing attorney! She fought for me to have more time with my daughter, but after the truth was revealed through mediation, we didn't get more time with my daughter. WE GOT PRIMARY PHYSICAL CUSTODY! If you are looking for an attorney to be fair and honest, look no further then Miss Hairston. Beyond impressed! I had been self represented through years of family law and child support court hearings and was so hesitant to hire an attorney out of fear and trusting that they would appropriately represent myself and child. After tons of research I contacted Ms. Azizi. I immediately was greeted by Lorenzo, the Office Administrator, who made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. He assisted in making communication seamless and effortless and walked me through each step of the process. Ms. Azizi heard my concerns and was extremely sensitive to the matter of FAMILY. The team did an amazing job with discovery and building a strong case that gave me confidence and I was successful in coming to an agreement with the other party, in what has yet to have been the easiest hearing of all, thanks to them. Worst law office. I called the office to set an appointment for a "paid" consultation, the gentleman who manages the office took my information and said that he would call me back to set an appointment. A week later, he never called back. When I called again, he said the most gullible excuses for not getting back to me. I went ahead any way and still asked him to schedule an appointment for me to meet with the attorney. He gave me an appointment a week later. He asked for all my information again, which means he did not save my info the first time. On the day of the appointment, I left work early and arrived at the office on time. The same gentleman opened the door and looked confused then he said that my appointment was supposed to be on the phone. I looked upset because he never said anything about having the meeting on the phone. Then he was trying to reach the attorney for over 10 minutes on the phone without any luck. How come the attorney did not call me if the appointment was really on the phone? It was just another lie to cover his incompetence. I just left the office because they lost my trust before I even get to meet with the attorney.

I chose this firm based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately it was a poor and very costly mistake. Much of my case was ignored and so were my inquiries. Most of my questions went unanswered. I only had 1 mtg with the lawyer and half of the time I spent explaining my case. I was informed the lawyer would meet with me after my case was reviewed. I waited weeks and finally spoke to her after i insisted on having a mtg. 2 of her own staff advised me against her own advice about my case. I paid 6500 and over 4500 was spent and never went to court only requested continuances. I had to obtain a divorce coach who was able to enlighten me on what the lawyer needed to. She helped me find another lawyer who actually sat down with me and walked through my case with me and found mistakes that Ms. James and her staff made. Actually listened to me, came up with strategic planning for my trial, explained important issues, understands the Judge who is presiding over my case and this new lawyer is only a quarter of the cost! After much prayer and speaking to other legal counsel my family court case is finally back on track. Being involved in a child custody battle is difficult enough. Having poor representation makes it twice as hard!

I just want to start off thanking Christine and the rest of the staff at All America Law. I was looking for a lawyer in the beginning of January due to a custody battle over my son. The first lawyer told me that this would be tough case and to maybe not even move out of state, that was unrealistic due to my new opportunities out of state. However, I kept looking and found Christine, on our consultation call I immediately felt her good energy and knew she was the right attorney for this case. Even though my case was last minute, Christine and her staff made it work by putting all hands aboard on this case. I cannot thank Christine, Katrina and the rest of the staff enough, they answered all my phone calls, kept me updated with what they were doing on my case, and made me feel secure with my case. All American Law cares more than just 'winning' a case but more so doing what is RIGHT. Christine was on my side and did more than I could ever imagine during trial. I was told by many people that it would be hard for a father to get an out of state move away order, but Christine made that happen and now I have physical custody of my child. We are now living out of state and happier than ever . I would highly recommend this law firm to any one that is going through a custody battle.

I cannot say enough nice things about Christine James and the entire staff of All American Law. I found myself in need of a family law attorney for a custody/visitation matter, never having having needed legal counsel before. Christine was kind and reassuring during my initial phone consultation. She spent nearly an hour on the phone with me. I had spoken with three other attorneys before her and I knew she was the right fit for my family. Her paralegal professionals were absolutely amazing over the course of the four months it took from starting the paperwork and having it filed and leading up to my mediation and court dates. When I called, if no one was available to speak to me right then, I always got a call back the same day and they took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me very sound advice. Christine helped me prepare for mediation, and I believe the mediation prep was the reason I was able to go into a tense situation without crumbling under the pressure. Christine also “appeared” with me at my court date (it was held over teleconference) and it was so reassuring to know that she was there to stand up for me. She was incredibly professional and respectful to the judge handling my case. I hope that I won’t have a need for a family law attorney again, but if I do, I can say I have found them in Christine and her entire staff. Thank you All American Law.

I have gone through hell and back with fighting to get my children back and the staff was supportive and reassuring the entire time. It was even more nerve wrecking since my case was delayed a couple times due to COVID. They kept me informed and even charged the minimal amount with the delays of the case. When I was past my financial limit, they worked with me in ensuring my payment plans were reasonable. I would strongly recommend and use their services again if needed be.
