My prior attorney was trying to convince me to agree to a 50/50 custody time share which was not good for the children. If I could give zero stars to this business I would. He told me my case was going to be very simple. Here I am still waiting after 1.5 years of absolutely nothing. He’s unorganized, unprofessional. Almost doesn’t know what he is doing for a basic case. He doesn’t communicate, stay in touch and or they don’t have an open door policy. If you go to their office, the door is always locked which now I understand is a red flag. He tells you he’ll call, he won’t. He didn’t show up to court on my hearing date and didn’t even let me know that he didn’t go. His assistance is the same mess as well. I’m still having to chase him to give me a response or an update about my case, he doesn’t give me copies of whatever he gets from the court. if I have to check my case on the court’s website why did I pay this guy as my lawyer. He got me out of money, he doesn’t look out for my good and he keeps leaving me hanging. I do not recommend his business to anyone, take your money and business to someone else.

If you are reading this I’m sorry you have to hire an attorney but I am begging you to not hire this one. He may be cheap compared to other attorneys in California. But I repeat DO NOT HIRE HIM. I paid him 3,500 as a retainer for my divorce and that was a year ago and I’ve only been married for 2 years. There were court hearings that he didn’t even tell me about. There were court hearings were he didn’t even show up and sent a woman I have never met or seen before. It was actually very embarrassing when we went in for court and the attorney didn’t have a clue about my case. My divorce could have BEEN over had he adequately fought for me, showed up to court hearings and answered my phone calls and emails. I damn near had to harass him for information about my case.. if you do decide to hire him just pay attention to how messy and disorganized his office is

A voice of reason, a teacher, and an amazing teammate! Not exactly the first thing you expect to hear from a divorce lawyer… “I know this is bad for business, but have you tried marriage counseling?” Mr. Bigler came highly recommended, but I was certainly caught off guard when he asked me this during the first meeting! I tell you this for two reasons: it shows that he wants what is best for the people involved, and he is not afraid to tell you the truth, even if it is not what you want to hear. (…and yes, we had years of marriage counseling.) Following that meeting was the initial divorce, followed by another custody case over a year later. Mr. Bigler defended me and my children against multiple false accusations. He stood up for our best interests. He taught me how to have the courage necessary to handle life as a single mom, and that I’m intelligent enough and have every right to defend myself and my children against lies. His sound advice is still ringing in my ears, and I’m very grateful for it. I know I paid him, but I feel like I gained a friend.

It has been over 2 years since my 4 plus year divorce ended. Mr. Bigler did such a fantastic job on my case and I want everyone to know that he was amazing! I truly believe that if I had not hired him I would not be financially independent at this stage in life after being married for over 35 years! If you want an attorney who is smart, aggressive, attentive to you your needs. Then Mr. Biggler is your man. I run a visitation monitoring company and have worked with many attorneys in my 30 year career. I love when I see that the clients get positive results. Elizabeth is a great family law attorney. Unfortunately the judge did not see everything I was asking for Elizabeth fought for it. She is also an advocate for children and has a solid understanding of the childrens' needs during a dissolution of marriage. She will not simply take her clients side of it's not in the child's best interest. Her retainer is very reasonable and was willing to allow me to make payments.

I retained Mr. Richard Malone with the Zumbrunn Law Corp for a case of a contractor had put a lien against my deceased mother’s home that I was trying to sell. I had been dealing with this for months, talking with other attorneys not going anywhere. When I talked with Mr. Malone, he told me what he can do. Mr. Malone had the case settled within a few weeks and cleared the lien. I recommend Mr. Richard Malone for any real estate issue, he is very professional, fast and efficient.

My name is Hong. My child was taken away by an adoption agency in December 2019 without my consent. The child's mother unilaterally gave up the child. The adoption agency took away the child without any legal basis and refused to return the child. Because my mother tongue is not English, I have difficulty seeking legal help. With the help of Hannah Bui, Lindsay Johns, and Wenyi Zhang, Danielle Leon, Emily Sabillon, I finally won the victory. My child was returned back to me. H Bui Law was a wonderful find. Not that I am always on the market for lawyers. I used them to do my Will and Trust and had no issues. I have never used an attorney before and very nervous even thought in this case I did nothing wrong. It's a lawyer thing and it never leaves you head. All in all, the team here did a wonderful job. Their staff was always helpful and returned call promptly. I do have to say one thing, most of the time it was my fault that things were delayed. I rarely write reviews but in this case I believe this firm merits an applause for what they have done. It was pretty painless in my book.

My experience with The Graves Law Firm has been remarkable. Attorney Demetria Graves really knows her stuff! At every point of my case she listened to my concerns and gave me excellent advice. Going through a divorce is a painful process. I am happy that I had a capable attorney on my side so that while I was dealing with the loss of my marriage I did not also have to be hyper concerned about the legal aspects. Please, do not pay your retainer in full like I did, don’t make the mistake I’ve made. I started with the Graves Law Firm for my divorce in October 2016 and in April 2020 still no divorce. I’m done with this Law Firm. This should have been an easy case because I wasn’t going back and forgot with my wife on anything. I would make calls to the law office about my case, get charge for the calls, and nothing happens but deductions off my retainer. Next, I paid $4.50 to LA County Court online for a copy of my case record, and discovered Attorney Graves was filing for continuations for years without my knowledge. She is no different than a shady home contractor. She wasted over 3 years of my time and over $11,000 of my money that I can’t get back. Now I have to go though Self-Help with the local courts. Update: Represented myself and divorce finalized on 03/10/2021.

I retained Rocky Elkaddoum as our lawyer when my ex husband asked for a post-judgement modification of child custody and visitation order. From the first initial consultation we felt that Rocky and his team would fight for us. Due to COVID our meetings were all phone calls but they were always consistent and timely. I'm so thankful for the service that we received with this attorney. I am extremely glad that my son chose this attorney to represent him. Everyone was extremely helpful they took the time to really listen to what my son had say and what he wanted. I understand Randy is one of the best attorneys out there but I would like to leave my honest review. I contacted Randys office to discuss my case his assistant or girl answering the phone said she would call me back, i waited 2 days and no call back. I then called his office back and i explained that I never got a call back and she lied to me and said she called me back and another guy answered the phone and said that he wasn't interested which was false since I am the only person who answers my calls. She then made an appointment for me to talk to Randy. I discussed my case with him and he said he would email me a retainer agreement as soon as he had time. Two weeks later and still didn't receive it and time is of the essence. I called his office again and explained to his secretary that I never received retainer agreement, she then said she would call me back. Two days later no call back so I emailed Randy letting him know that nobody has gotten back to me and his assistant is not doing very well with following up or calling back. He said I thought you were not interested and then went on to tell me he was no longer available during my court date. I wish they would have had better communication skills. I heard Randy is one of the absolute best but the offices communication skills are terrible. Good luck.

After reading the negative reviews of Mr. Medina, I felt compelled to write a review myself. Mr. Medina is a top notch attorney. I found that he was very attentive and listened as I related details of my mistake of a marriage. I initially tried to go pro per, but as I did not know what I was doing and my ex had a pretty savvy attorney, I was fighting a losing battle. I decided that I would have to hire an attorney myself. After doing some extensive research and had a couple of consultations, I decided my best bet was to hire Mr. Medina. Needless to say I’m a very happy camper. Not only did Mr. Medina help me keep my house, I was also able to keep my 401k and other sentimental valuables. I recommend Mr. Medina 100%. You absolutely will not regret it.

This attorney does not do what he says. I hired him for my son’s custody case years ago, did nothing but cost me a lot of money. He went in/out of court not giving attention to my son’s case. Do not hire him , look elsewhere. He called me a “fake” among other things on Yelp. He ask my attorney to have me remove the review. I attached my case no# so you can understand I’m not fake. Just learn from other people’s mistakes. There are some great attorneys likewise some that offer the world, but really just cost you.

Wow, I am speechless on the experience i have with this attorney. I went in and the first thing that comes out is "Im not sure if I can help you." Keep in mind I haven't even explain the reason for my visit. I have hired other attorneys before and I came to him because he has awards and I figured he can do some good. My reason of the visit was because i want to extend my time with my son's. It is very disappointing and sad on how I was treated. He basically belittled me in front of my son. Please see other attorneys before you decide to go here. I can say more but my son wants pancakes.
