Mr. Bigler gets the job done. After over 5 years of battling this, I finally made the right choice to get a lawyer. Him and his staff advocated for me, knew exactly what to do, and were always in contact with me. I am very satisfied and I can finally move on with a plan in hand and my livelihood back in perspective.

A voice of reason, a teacher, and an amazing teammate! Not exactly the first thing you expect to hear from a divorce lawyer… “I know this is bad for business, but have you tried marriage counseling?” Mr. Bigler came highly recommended, but I was certainly caught off guard when he asked me this during the first meeting! I tell you this for two reasons: it shows that he wants what is best for the people involved, and he is not afraid to tell you the truth, even if it is not what you want to hear. (…and yes, we had years of marriage counseling.) Following that meeting was the initial divorce, followed by another custody case over a year later. Mr. Bigler defended me and my children against multiple false accusations. He stood up for our best interests. He taught me how to have the courage necessary to handle life as a single mom, and that I’m intelligent enough and have every right to defend myself and my children against lies. His sound advice is still ringing in my ears, and I’m very grateful for it. I know I paid him, but I feel like I gained a friend.

It has been over 2 years since my 4 plus year divorce ended. Mr. Bigler did such a fantastic job on my case and I want everyone to know that he was amazing! I truly believe that if I had not hired him I would not be financially independent at this stage in life after being married for over 35 years! If you are considering hiring him, you absolutely should not hesitate!!! I have written 3 reviews in my entire life and 2 of them were for John! Hire him!! You won’t regret it!

If you want an attorney who is smart, aggressive, attentive to you your needs. Then Mr. Biggler is your man. I run a visitation monitoring company and have worked with many attorneys in my 30 year career. I love when I see that the clients get positive results. Creating a win win situation for you and your children. High conflict custody issues are tedious at best, but it makes a difference when you have a good team.
