The whole journey I had for getting a permanent residency in US was been a roller coaster but through the help of Atty. Being in a tough situation, I did not know where to begin to file for divorce when my marriage was dissolving. I didn’t know where to file either since I live in Texas and respondent in California. According to my experience with them so far I have felt like I am the one who was trying to defense my own right. They gave you a hope to think that you may have a chance to win the case from the consultation but he gave our case to his assistant and his assistant told us to save the lawyer fee because the other party doesn't have a job and money if so they can tell us from the beginning during the consultation. The only thing I can say is good luck if you hire them.

I interned at this law firm from August until now. Taryn may has to be one of the worse supervisors I have worked for at this law firm. She hardly responds, it takes her forever to get back to my emails, she has no empathy even when she knows she’s wrong she will not apologize on her behalf. I had a hard time with scheduling with this supervisor, It’s not a professional setting because they do as they please. Taryn, let me go because I missed one appointment, my parking took forever to get my reimbursement, and I had complain about her. If you’re looking for an internship don’t do it here because as I mentioned people line her don’t care she shouldn’t be a supervisor here.

I wish I had a better experience. Everyone was very welcoming and were ready and willing to help, but I waited to be seen 6 hours (10am-4pm) only for them to tell me they couldn't help me. I wish they would have told me at the beginning so that I didn't have to waist a whole day. Especially because I had to pay someone to babysit.

Mrs Beyers is the rarity in Family Law. She does not over reach and tells the truth about a massively broken system. She puts children first, and tries to get both sides to get to their separate futures. My divorce was a worst case scenario, and Mrs Beyers was brought in on limited scope to salvage what was gross misconduct by all against her client. She guided me (the father) to the places i need to be and is retained for support matters. As it only takes one to make a nasty divorce and my ex is that one.

I've used Richard for multiple judgment collection matters for my clients. He is very reasonable with his rates, works quickly, efficiently, and effectively, and always communicates promptly. He is very experienced in the area of judgment collection and knows many different tactics and strategies to collect judgments from even the most tricky of debtors. I retained Castellanos & Associates in 2013. I was married for over 24 years. I had thought the case would be simple as we did not have any minor children. My husband had a good job and a pension. However, I was wrong. The case became very toxic. My ex hired a lawyer and wanted to fight about everything we owned, including not wanting to pay support. At one point, he told me that he wanted to leave me with nothing. Thank god for attorney Edwin Castellanos and his staff. They fought for me and made sure I received everything I was legally entitled to. My case lasted five years because my Husband would not settle and wanted to litigate everything. Mr. Castellanos has a very busy practice and is often in Court, but he explained that to me when I first hired him. I could have gone with another lawyer, but Mr. Castellanos was very patient with me and explained the entire process to me. I never felt that he had something else to do when he was with me. Even though my husband hired a very aggressive lawyer to intimidate me. I would say his lawyer was a loudmouth. Mr. Castellano's knowledge of family law won over the Judge. I found out through this case that it's not who is louder but smarter. I won my case because of the excellent work and preparation of Castellanos & Associates. Since my case ended, I have referred Edwin Castellanos to various friends and family, and I heard that they had received the same level of representation that I got. I wanted to write this review because I want other people going through the same thing I went through to get the best possible legal representation I got.
