Awesome Layer ! He is a really good Lawyer. I had false allegations , kyle did a great job in dealing with this. The judge finally exposed her and told her that she has "serious credibility issues ". Kyle was fighting for the truth. Finally Truth won and lies and deceit lost. He is hardworking and knowledgeable and knows how to deal with false allegations. Mr. Nolan is an exceptional lawyer when he represented me with my family law case. Not only with the outcome of my case but with how he approached the matter. He gave me the confidence I needed to hear with all the doubts I was having prior to retaining a lawyer. I called in to more then likely retain mr. Nolan . I couldnt even get past the assistan who says her name is Molly. I repeatedly explain I have a family law matter out of downtown Los Angeles. As such a sensative matter I think a personal assistant plays a key role when retaining an attorney.

I made an appointment with Mr. Nolan based on the good reviews he has. I showed up early one hour not expecting to be seen but the staff was great and friendly and Mr. Nolan saw me within 10 minutes of me getting there. I was in and out very quickly very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and Mr. Nolan. He was very friendly and honest. It has been over 60 days since I have last seen my baby, and I had been oblivious to my rights, after working with Mr.Duron we were blind sided by a restraining order, after serving the mother of my child, we had to prepare quickly and we did so. We won the case and the restraining order was denied, he and his team has helped me so much throughout this process and I would suggest them out of anyone. Best pricing as well! They truly do love with they do and care about their clients. I would give them 10/10! I will not see my baby soon after not seeing her for long. Thank you.

I had Paul on my case and not only did he not respond to me as much as promised but he failed to succeed in my case then put a new person on my case without any information about me or even notifying me first then went to court and caused me to loose everything I gained nothing but a very bad experience that caused me to only have viking rights and loose all access to my child now I have to do even more running around just to see her most horrible lawyer office ever don't waist your money I don't recommend this office to anybody they are liars and they don't listen its a waist of time and money!!!!!! They should close this office down:/

Going through a very nasty divorce case. Judge had granted three years full property control of my house to my soon to be ex wife. Mr. Duron fought that ruling and was able to have my soon to be ex wife to move out of my house in 31 days! Excellent experience with this firm. WARNING: simple divorce cost 38,000 dollars. Never went to court once. I was told I was family and would never hurt me. Well he did. My sister just passed away he did her final papers. My brother in law recommended him to me. I hired him for a certain amount of money but he decided to hand my case to another lawyer. Not telling me that she was going to charge me over 300.00 dollars an hour. There was many mistakes made many. I found out I was divorced from my kids. No call from my lawyer just and email that he charged me for but the email was way after the divorce was final. I have met with 4 lawyers who are sad that these kind of lawyers give them a bad name. Office staff will tell u he will be in the office today, a week later he will call u and say I was on vacation. Happens 6 times. Also he had 5 different people working on a divorce which means you pay all 5. Very unorganized overpriced lawyer. I would not recommend ANYONE to use this company. He didn't get anything for me other than the state law requires. Feeling ripped off taken advantage of. I stopped getting billing statements as soon as soon as he got a 40,000 lean against my home. He always said He would find out why no billing statements but of course never did. He made sure he used it all. Be very careful who u choose for a lawyer even if they say there family. Choose wisely!! Didn't finish my case the 38,000 did NOT cover the QDRO. Separation of retirement. Wanted a 1,000 to do it. Got it done for 300.00 by a respectable paralegal. If you need a lawyer call the BBB they will recommend you someone who will not RIP u off feeling defeated. Please choose wisely!!! Sterns and Sterns took a quarter of my earnings. Only got what the state law says so I could have hired anybody. Just beware!!!!! I also had a budget BUT he decided to stop billing me so he took off with my budget! Also paid to get my ex-husband's paychecks garnished and paid Ryan for it. I paid for it but it never happened. I will continue to tell people please call the BBB they will get you a lawyer and not take your money. Now that I have used Ryan and two other lawyers and a paralegal I know for sure that sterns and sterns over charged me by thoudands. I was told that $38,000 was way too much for what I got. Ryan made an agreement with me over the phone for a certain amount of money and decided to change All on his own. Please think about who you were hiring even if they say they are family look into their business find out not who they are as a person who they are as a businessman. I trusted him and so did my family but he has lost more respect than he will ever know. I just want people to be aware and know what they're getting and just because somebody says their family get it in writing. I tried to talk to Ryan and resolve this. He wouldn't budge he hardly had anything to say because he knew he was wrong. My new lawyer would have charged me at the very most $15,000. So just remember that when you go to look for a lawyer remember what Stearns and Stearns did to me and probably others too. Lawyers aren't rock stars! So years later I see all the charges I did not get sevice for. Beware call the BBB. Don't you think your lawyer would go over the divorce papers with you.? No no nothing he mailed me my divorce papers and never spoke to me about what I was getting. Also he never ever checked in to make sure my name was off the house loan. He really really screwed me over and if I were you I would not use him as a lawyer. Please look it up this lawyer has been disciplined by the licensing authorities. Look it up.

I can't say enough nice things about the lawyers at Stearns Kim & Stearns who helped me. I knew I couldn't afford a costly divorce, and they handled it beautifully. Ryan Stearns was really helpful in explaining to me how to get our property divided and support established, and even outlined a budget to get it done. He did explain to me that he couldn't guarantee staying on this budget, since litigation can be unpredictable, but I appreciated that he was upfront and honest about that. Fortunately they were able to keep my case on budget! I really liked how straightforward Mr. Stearns’ and his lawyers were, they were all so helpful! Loe Chaelee, one of the associates and who worked closely with me, was an absolute rock star!

They left for lunch and the sign said will be back at 2:15 PM I called to get a more accurate time and they said 2:30 it is now 2:45 and they still aren't open. It It was about 3:30ish and I got helped. I was in to get something notarized and I got a discount on it because I waited for a while. they care for there people.

Worst attorney in Los Angeles, she charged me $5000 dollars upfront without even showing once to court, her filing fees are ridiculous. The day before my hearing, she called me in her office just to have her accountant asking for another $5000, she delayed my hearing for an additional 3 months. It was a total waste of my time and money.

Retaining this attorney was the worse mistake I had ever done. She is a money hungry attorney. paid her 15k in 5months. Because she was too interested in her vacations. This attorney abandoned my case for one month, missed several court appearances and did not tell me and at the end she said be prepared to pay alimony and child support. Entire office was unprofessional, would mail correspondence to wrong address and then tell me that the mail was returned. DUH wrong address. This happened multiple times. If there was a negative I would have give her one. RUN RUN RUN

I had a very simple divorce matter that my husband decided to make more difficult and everyone in the firm went out of their way to help me, from giving me the best advice long before I retained their services to following through all the way to the end. I retained Castellanos & Associates in 2013. I was married for over 24 years. I had thought the case would be simple as we did not have any minor children. My husband had a good job and a pension. However, I was wrong. The case became very toxic. My ex hired a lawyer and wanted to fight about everything we owned, including not wanting to pay support. At one point, he told me that he wanted to leave me with nothing. Thank god for attorney Edwin Castellanos and his staff. They fought for me and made sure I received everything I was legally entitled to. My case lasted five years because my Husband would not settle and wanted to litigate everything. Mr. Castellanos has a very busy practice and is often in Court, but he explained that to me when I first hired him. I could have gone with another lawyer, but Mr. Castellanos was very patient with me and explained the entire process to me. I never felt that he had something else to do when he was with me. Even though my husband hired a very aggressive lawyer to intimidate me. I would say his lawyer was a loudmouth. Mr. Castellano's knowledge of family law won over the Judge. I found out through this case that it's not who is louder but smarter. I won my case because of the excellent work and preparation of Castellanos & Associates. Since my case ended, I have referred Edwin Castellanos to various friends and family, and I heard that they had received the same level of representation that I got. I wanted to write this review because I want other people going through the same thing I went through to get the best possible legal representation I got. I recommend entirely Castellanos & Associates.

Mrs Beyers is the rarity in Family Law. She does not over reach and tells the truth about a massively broken system. She puts children first, and tries to get both sides to get to their separate futures. My divorce was a worst case scenario, and Mrs Beyers was brought in on limited scope to salvage what was gross misconduct by all against her client. She guided me (the father) to the places i need to be and is retained for support matters. As it only takes one to make a nasty divorce and my ex is that one.

Attorney Stearman is professional in everything. My case was opened and closed within approximately 5 months, from ending of Jan to middle of July, 2021. At first, I was frustrated and did not know which attorney that I could ask for help. I received no recommendation so I did a research and luckily built my trust in attorney Stearman. Let me be straightforward, as long as attorney Stearman understood my situation, he completely and actively took control over the case. He showed me what outcome would be based on the supporting documents and evidences provided. He responded to my emails within 24 hours. When I did not think or go the right way, he actively guided me back to be on track. Especially, when the other party (who was involved in the case with me), caused too many problems, resulting their paperwork to be returned, as I suggested, attorney Stearman did his best to assist the other party as well. I had 2 cases going on at the same time, and when I explained how the 2 cases were related, attorney Stearman also showed concern that kept reminding me about how the deadlines of 1 case could affect the other. Long story short, if you really need help, please give yourself a chance to talk to attorney Stearman. He will definitely help you understand by simplifying and guiding you on the the right way.
