I contacted this office for some logistical/legal help as I ran into some issues while my attorney was unavailable. They were helpful in guiding me to get some immediate solutions for how I should address some challenges during the chaotic week. They even called me BACK after I thought I was done and they provided me with some meaningful facts for my situation. I was extremely grateful -- I offered to pay them a couple bucks or just mail them a gift card. They politely declined.

Carolyn Vandyk is a fraud and an unethical attorney that will take your money and not do a thing for you. She illegally is keeping files she is charging me for. She conspired against me with a MINORS COUNSEL making custodial decisions for my child without my knowledge nor permission, she falsified legal documents by illegally forging and my docusign signature. The list goes on and on. DO NOT TRUST HER I wouldn't reccomend her to anyone. PLEASE BEWARE OF HER UNETHICAL IMMORAL ILLEGAL PRACTICES

I got divorced 5 years ago and used Dan and his team. I cant tell you how much I appreciated everyone at their office. During my divorce I needed someone on a Holiday because i was being harassed by my then soon to be ex and within 10 minutes of leaving a message Dan called me and took care of the issue. During my divorce I worked through most of my paperwork with Kim and she is an angel and held my hand the whole way. I recently needed paperwork sent to DCSS and their office was so responsive during these COVID times and Kim called me within hours of me sending an email and got me the paperwork I needed. All I can say is Janessa McCune is great at her profession. As I started to talk with her I had more questions than answers. I wasn't sure what steps needed to be taken an what direction that I needed to go. At the times and situation where I was frustrated and making decisions on emotions. I think like many people, I had a lot of preconceived notions about what to expect from a lawyer before I met Jon. To my great surprise, Jon has been one of the friendliest, most helpful, and accessible professionals I've ever encountered. What I appreciated more than anything else was Jon's ability and willingness to explain each part of the process to me. Not only did he do an incredible job from a legal perspective, but he also managed the rare feat of making me feel empowered on a personal level as well. His support staff is inept when it comes to discerning any conflicts of interests so they just book the new client anyway. Further, if you want to spend money on lawyer fees, Mr. Jones will do excess work to bill you and take your money. His professional ethics are questionable. My recommendation is not to call nor have his office represent you. Dennis Albright has passed away and was a good man and excellent attorney but Nathan Jones falls very short of ethics. He's interested in your dollars and that is all.

I’m so disappointed as I expected much from an attorney than he is able to provide. I’ve used Linda Garrett 3 or 4 times now for her coaching calls and each and every time she lays out exactly what is needed and what I need to do for my next step in my case. She gives honest, true, professional opinions on your situation and always makes it relatable and explains it in a way you can easily understand. I also love the fact that if she feels you can do this case on your own, she will suggest that you just do a coaching call instead of retaining her. Which, is not usual for a lawyer, especially for one in such high demand as her.

Ms. Garret was very responsive and could get an appointment very quickly. Out of all the attorneys I’ve dealt with over the last 8 years she was finally an honest and trustworthy person. She looks out for her clients best interest and is not just trying to take their money. She really wants her clients to succeed and be prepared for any outcome. She has excellent advice for all the varieties of situations that can happen! She helped me get through a very hard time and gave me the best advice and coaching that I’ve ever received in family law. After a horrific 8 years of custody battles and dealing with the court systems I can say a big Thank You to Ms. Garrets coaching! That she really helped me see things in a different perspective and made a huge impact on hopefully never seeing a court room again! I highly would recommend her coaching services if you cannot afford to retain an attorney or just need some Family Law legal advice.

We are very pleased with Sarah Orr. She guided us through a very difficult guardianship issue for our grandsons. The issue took more than a year to unfold. She was there, on time, fully informed, and very friendly yet professional. My ex-husband found her online to serve as a mediator for our divorce. I wish we had gone with another attorney. Not only was she horrible as an attorney but she's unreliable and very openly rude. She told my husband at the time that I was out to get every penny I could out of my husband and she said this while I was present. She also kept telling us that she would have certain things ready by a certain date but never followed through on it. We ended up firing her half way through our meditation process because she said she didn't know when things were going to get done. This is the person who initially said she had a lot of time to handle our case right away but once we paid her a retainer, all of a sudden, she got super busy and always had to go to court. So, I ended up picking up from where she left off and finishing it myself. One of the worst attorneys I have ever dealt with.

Randy was nothing short of amazing and inspiring. He took our case in the middle of a trial. Our lawyer at the time did not have the "chops" so to speak for what was a very contentious guardianship trial. We needed someone who could hit the ground running and Randy did not disappoint. On meeting Randy with a box full of legal papers and 7 years of battles in a very ugly and time consuming divorce case, I knew I was for once in the right place. What drew me in was her years of experience within the Marin County Court system and her desire to support woman's issues. Upon first contact I immediately felt heard. She asked pertinent questions and I felt she genuinely cared about my situation and wanted to help. Christina and her staff handled everything in a timely matter, they gave me great advice (even when I didn't like it) and they played hardball when needed.
