I should have done this a long time ago! But i hired this man when his office was in Brea, the first time we spoke he offered to represent me in my divorce with only a 2500 retainer which turned into 5000 when it came down to it and not much was done because my wife and i decided to reconcile which he strongly apposed and tried to talk me out of it and was pretty upset when i didn't take his advice. So when it came down to reimbursement oh boy that was a nightmare he would not take my calls his secretary would just tell me he's on vacation and mock me by telling me that she will et him know you called and will document and file our conversation which everyone knows it just means that she is gonna im gonna be billed an hour for every call i made. Sure enough i only recieved a couple hundred from the 5000 didnt get divorce he only made on short court appearance and 1 meeting with my wife and i.

He called me representing my ex husband and told me that I was irrational. He hung up the phone on me after getting frustrated. I think he thought because I was representing my self that he could step all over me and that I didn't know my rights. He was mistaken. Before he could contact me he actually called one of my family member to inform them of my legal information and case which entirely violates my 4the amendment. Now he will not answer any of my calls or emails.

Hired these 2 for a family trust lawsuit for my deceased grandfather and they came to arbitration and mediation negotiations very unprepared and ultimately led to my family losing the case. My family and I spent tens of thousands of dollars on Dana and Julie for a very disappointing effort by them. I would not recommend them.

Money hungry lawyers! Start you of by saying they can do this or that for your case and only need 5k to start BUT then every month after they ask you for 3k to be on the 4K retainer so since I was already 5k in I continued this until I was down over 15k and NOTHING was done! And if you don’t have the money they dgaf they simply say sorry we’re going to have to step down since you aren’t able to make payments... please be careful here don’t let them play you like they did me.

Really helpful with all questions. The process took a little longer than expected but Indu and her staff were very knowledgeable about the paperwork and the process for my case. Even though they did a lot extra work with phone calls and emails, their pricing was very reasonable. I also worked with Indu and her staff remotely (never met her in person since I live in the Bay) but her and her staff still took care of me and got everything taken care of. Highly recommend.

I was going through a difficult time with my separation and didn’t know how to handle the situation. I was referred to Mr. Razai and was told that he is a really good legal representative and that I will be in good hands. That is certainly the case. Mr. Razai is to the point and didn’t waste time. We went over what I wanted to accomplish and he went over the options on how to achieve my goals. He made sure to know all of the facts as my particular situation was somewhat complicated. He helped make sure all the T’s were crossed and I’s were dotted to make sure the process was handled efficiently. Nothing was sugarcoated and Mr. Razai always told me the reality of the situation, which I found really commendable. Jordan Nefulda is an excellent attorney in the area of family practice and divorce. He constantly made me aware of what to expect in each phase of the proceedings. In fact, on several occasions he anticipated actions from the other attorney so we were prepared in advance. While these matters are highly emotional, Jordan was always level headed and when I would become upset, he was always able to get me thinking with my head and not letting emotions take over. He was always professional even when opposing counsel wasn't. He also didn't nickel and dime me for every phone call or question I had. I felt he was extremely fair with his billing and i never had any concerns regarding that aspect. He was always willing to tell me the good, the bad and the ugly. While I hope to never need his services again, I would recommend him highly and absolutely use him again of the situation arose.

Simon is a perfect textbook lawyer minus the family (human element), a trait very much required for family law cases. In case you want to just win momentarily at any cost and want to have a sense of gratification that u destroyed your ex in a family law case, he is the lawyer to be. Remember though, u will repent later for the bridge this law firm will build between you two. He is a lawyer known for making divorce nasty. I say this through 2 experiences which makes me write about this law firm, one a family member and another a female colleague. This law firm worked exactly the same in both cases. So here is the modulus operandi. The trap- Especially applicable for women's, when u approach this law firm, you will find everyone is so supportive to your situation and even u tell them u also made a mistake u will be brain-washed in believing that u were actually abused and he needs to pay for it and if u dont do that than he can do this or that.... U will be made to believe that u experienced the worst abuse of all time and this law firm will make sure to get u the most out of divorce at any cost. At the end, u will realize they did nothing but took double of your money than other lawyers and u gained nothing but your vindictive approach towards ur ex made u lose in longer run. That day of intake was a bait and the complimentary consultation provided was a hook. The modulus operandi- U will be made to believe that they are giving u discount where in their itemized bill you will find they did not charge u for a phone call, email or inside consultations with other lawyers. By seeing so many waivers u will feel obliged however u will never realize that the total paid after everything is over will be atleast twice or thrice of what a nominal family law case would have otherwise costed. They will drag you in making unnecessary discovery extracting thrice the fees what they pay to their paralegal.. and what you would have paid outside. Discovery will expose urs and ur ex net worth so that this law firm can see how much you can be milked. Unless you realize that your case is mostly handled by junior lawyers who are guided by one and only Simon. Since there are many lawyers to be paid, u atleast pay twice or thrice than a decent attorney office of one or two. Once they see there is nothing left to be milked, they will try to seek a settlement to be over by your case sooner. No stones unturned- The law firm will fight for you tooth and nail making lies the truth and truth the lies. You will be groomed on what to say to Judge and what the lawyer will ask you before the judge and what you should answer for that. After the stage is all set, you will be confident about your win without caring for truth you are hiding and lies you are saying. To pressurize your ex, the law firm will make subpoenas left and right, request documentation, ask the nastiest questions and file unnecessary paperwork in court which will do nothing in your favor but delay the judgement due to chaos. Finally- Ur bills will be running double than your ex, and divorce will still be years apart. You will only realize 5 yrs later that you got blinded into a unscrupulous money hungry law firm. The verdict - If you dont have kids & the intent is to make a divorce or any family law matter highly conflicting, this is the law firm for u else please avoid at any cost and find a family law lawyer who understands the dynamics of family.

A little of our story, My Husband and I hired on Mr Yanez & Associates to help us with a move away case from CA to CO for my step son who had primarily lived with us since he was 5 yrs old (he’s 11 now). His birth mother believed that with us moving away she should now have her turn in raising him and attempted to change the custody agreement. We were worried we’d lose the case and our son would have to stay behind and not be able to continue to grow up with his brothers since “courts tend to sway with the biological mothers” or so they say. My husband and I were fortunate enough to have had met with Sean in person a few years prior and were able to get a feel for how we’d hope he’d handle our case. And thankfully we were right. Even with all the Covid 19 obstacles he did not falter. We wanted someone who would listen to our concerns, someone who would answer our questions (and trust me we had a lot!) but not just with what we wanted to hear but with facts, with honesty and sincerity even if it wasn’t the answer we wanted. Dependable, Trustworthy, Aggressive, Professional!!! My husband and I were in need of a more dependable lawyer for a custody/visitation battle for our son. Our originally hired lawyer was impossible to get in touch with, wouldn't return emails or voicemails for days, cancelled meetings with us and provided a paralegal instead, and showed up only five minutes before our ex parte child custody hearing when we were understandably nervous and stressed. Our experience with Tracey has been the exact opposite. During the initial consultation she immediately put us at ease and gained our confidence. She obtained all possible information from us in regards to the case and reviewed all of the documentation from our previous hearing and resulting stipulation. In less than a week she accomplished more, provided us with additional options and strategies, and made us feel better prepared for such an important and life-altering hearing as the custody and visitation with our son than our previous lawyer did in two months. She punctually arrived at court the day of the hearing dressed professionally and met us in the parking lot to brief us and accompany us in to the courthouse. This went a long way towards calming our nerves and giving us the confidence to face the opposing counsel. She situated us comfortably and then checked in with the bailiff for us. She then chauffeured us in to the gallery ahead of everyone else that was checking in affording us the time to regroup and center before our case was called. Custody and visitation matters are highly stressful and full of emotion. I was referred to Mr. Sarieh by one of his former clients when I had realized how poor my representation was with my first attorney. My case was complicated and involved two Interspousal Transfer Grant Deeds for my separate property that my ex was contesting. Whereas my first attorney told me simply that the property issues were complicated, would make my case difficult, and encouraged me to settle, Mr. Sarieh was able to explain case law (that he was involved in no less) that supported my case and assured me that he could successfully take on my case. He did just that and more. Through several court delays and circumstances created by the pandemic, Mr. Sarieh remained steadfast in working on my case. His selection of forensic accountant, Greg Raffaele from CROSSCOR Valuations & Forensics Inc., was exactly what was needed to prove my case in court. The court agreed that all of the documentation we had supported my separate property as being just that. The court also agreed with our vocational evaluation and imputed an appropriate income on my ex-husband who had been hiding his income in order to collect an exorbitant amount of spousal and child support from me. I am more than ecstatic with the outcome. Through Mr. Sarieh's skills, the court ordered reimbursement for overpayment of spousal support retroactive to last March. Mr. Sarieh has my utmost respect as an attorney and I would highly recommend him to anyone going through a contentious divorce. He takes pride in what he does, which is obvious in his demeanor in court and in the work he produces. I have no regrets about choosing Mr. Sarieh for my legal representation.

We retained Wail Sarieh to help us out with what had been a contentious, incredibly confusing, and emotionally draining two-year long divorce process for my elderly father. Our situation was unique in that our father and his wife both suffered from dementia and were not active participants in the process. We had been working with another attorney for almost two years but there had not been any movement in our father’s case for a long period of time. Negotiations had stalled because there was a lack of communication from the other side, and both sides were struggling to divide properties and assets accumulated during and before their marriage. Choosing to hire attorney Wail Sarieh was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions I have ever made. Prior to hiring him, I was in court for almost two years and had been denied multiple times the right to terminate my ex mother in laws visition with my children. Even with my children therapist testafing on how awful my ex mother in law treated my children the judge was not using the law to rule but his own personal opinion. He immediately went to work and strategized a plan that would put my case back on the right track. Wail dug deep and review every court hearing I had with my previous attorney who was ineffective and inexperienced in family law, Wail was able to pin pointing every mistake the courts had made by violating my constitution right as a parent. Wail put pressure on the court to terminate the court order right away and the judge apologized to us for overlooking the therapists testemony and violating my rights. Wail was the person I had been searching for after previous attorney turn my case down, Wail represent me and my family during this extremely stressful time. I highly recommend him!!!
