Dependable, Trustworthy, Aggressive, Professional!!! My husband and I were in need of a more dependable lawyer for a custody/visitation battle for our son. Our originally hired lawyer was impossible to get in touch with, wouldn't return emails or voicemails for days, cancelled meetings with us and provided a paralegal instead, and showed up only five minutes before our ex parte child custody hearing when we were understandably nervous and stressed. Our experience with Tracey has been the exact opposite. During the initial consultation she immediately put us at ease and gained our confidence. She obtained all possible information from us in regards to the case and reviewed all of the documentation from our previous hearing and resulting stipulation. In less than a week she accomplished more, provided us with additional options and strategies, and made us feel better prepared for such an important and life-altering hearing as the custody and visitation with our son than our previous lawyer did in two months. She punctually arrived at court the day of the hearing dressed professionally and met us in the parking lot to brief us and accompany us in to the courthouse. This went a long way towards calming our nerves and giving us the confidence to face the opposing counsel. She situated us comfortably and then checked in with the bailiff for us. She then chauffeured us in to the gallery ahead of everyone else that was checking in affording us the time to regroup and center before our case was called. She kept us well informed throughout the day and met with opposing counsel to negotiate possibly the best visitation, custody, and move away orders achievable. We are beyond thrilled with the outcome of the hearing and now have additional time with our son that is firm and precise down to the day and hour leaving nothing open to misinterpretation. Tracey even procured for us additional visitation and technological (Skype, Facetime etc.) communication orders so that we can be confident that when we move out of state (active duty military family that is transferring across the country) my husband, myself, and our son and daughters will have solid, ongoing communication with their brother that is so important for siblings and was not previously being accomplished due to parental alienation issues. Tracey was an absolute godsend and followed up with us after the hearing to make sure we were satisfied with the services she provided. Custody and visitation matters are highly stressful and full of emotion. Being an active duty military family we felt at a severe disadvantage in the family law system since most of our family, friends, and support base live in an entirely different state. It is a forlorn experience to show up at court with just your husband when our son's mother had an entire entourage to display. With Tracey, we felt like we finally had someone on our side to be our voice and fight for our rights and our sons right to have a relationship with his father, myself, and his siblings. I would recommend her to anyone going through the heartbreaking and earth shattering struggle of a visitation and custody battle or fighting to be in the life of their child. She was unparalleled in her professionalism, aggressive in fighting for our rights, and compassionate and empathetic to our situation. We will forever be grateful to her and are so fortunate to have had her represent us.

Gerald helped with a custody case where my son wanted to live with me in my home state. I had a lawyer in my home state and Gerald in CA. Gerald came highly recommended by my original lawyer. He reviewed my case and stayed on top of every filling needed. He was willing to discuss all of my options and never was I left feeling that my son's and my concerns were not addressed. If ever there was a question, he would respond almost immediately. I can say that I feel and observed he is a true professional and expert at what he does . More of an administrator than a lawyer. Did NOT fight for me and instead they gave in to all my ex’s demands. Constantly had to email them for updates as they do not communicate. The lawyer who rep'd me in court misprounded my name, told me he thought my ex was hot, and was eventually fired. Doug reimbursed me for about 30% of the total bill, but I still got hosed. Be warned.

Attorney Montes is, simply, the best! She's smart, dedicated, caring and has a tremendous amount of fighting spirit!! She's one of the good guys/gals. Amy took on my now fiance' s divorce and child custody case after he had dug himself into a hole due to an incompetent attorney. Amy was an answered prayer! She took on his case, was able to effectively deal with his (now) ex and her experience got him custody of his daughter. She doesn't know how to quit and is able to think on her feet, plus effectively deal with (crazy) opposing counsel. Hired these 2 for a family trust lawsuit for my deceased grandfather and they came to arbitration and mediation negotiations very unprepared and ultimately led to my family losing the case. My family and I spent tens of thousands of dollars on Dana and Julie for a very disappointing effort by them. I would not recommend them.

She will ask the right questions, do the research and work to position your case in the most effective way in court. Samantha McBride truly listens when other attorneys just goes through the motions. I felt Sam listened to everything I had to say. She sought to understand where I was coming from and what I needed. I felt like she advocated for me every step of the way. One thing I appreciated about her the most was her honesty and her frankness. If something I requested or was inquiring about would end up costing me more in attorney fees than what I was asking for, she was very honest about that. She took my financial situation into consideration and made sure to do everything she could to make the process as affordable for me as possible. Although attorneys are not cheap, regardless of how they are representing you, I wholeheartedly appreciate the efforts she made to keep my costs low. One thing I would recommend, as the client, is to read over all documents, settlements, requests, and other items in writing and check for misspellings and grammatical errors because I did see quite a few of those. Aside from that, I feel at peace knowing I had Sam representing me throughout my divorce. Her confidence and knowledge of laws surrounding divorce provided me with even more comfort in choosing her as my representation. I would recommend Sam to anyone going through a divorce who needs to feel safe, listened to, and advocated for.

Mr Roark was the best attorney I could have ever asked for hands down . He shows empathy he was encouraging he was kind listened to me . Even when I got upset he knew how to shut me up so I wouldn’t get myself in trouble in front of the judge . He was honest set a realistic expectation. When I say he fought as hard as he could for me I mean he was like the lawyers in the movies and the shows you see he was a SHARK and if your looking for a shark look no more he is well worth every penny . And even though I didn’t get the outcome I wanted he helped me not lose custody or have to pay sanctions and that is a victory . He is truly the best .

I was referred to Mr. Sarieh by one of his former clients when I had realized how poor my representation was with my first attorney. My case was complicated and involved two Interspousal Transfer Grant Deeds for my separate property that my ex was contesting. Whereas my first attorney told me simply that the property issues were complicated, would make my case difficult, and encouraged me to settle, Mr. Sarieh was able to explain case law (that he was involved in no less) that supported my case and assured me that he could successfully take on my case. He did just that and more. Through several court delays and circumstances created by the pandemic, Mr. Sarieh remained steadfast in working on my case. His selection of forensic accountant, Greg Raffaele from CROSSCOR Valuations & Forensics Inc., was exactly what was needed to prove my case in court. The court agreed that all of the documentation we had supported my separate property as being just that. The court also agreed with our vocational evaluation and imputed an appropriate income on my ex-husband who had been hiding his income in order to collect an exorbitant amount of spousal and child support from me. I am more than ecstatic with the outcome. Through Mr. Sarieh's skills, the court ordered reimbursement for overpayment of spousal support retroactive to last March. Mr. Sarieh has my utmost respect as an attorney and I would highly recommend him to anyone going through a contentious divorce. He takes pride in what he does, which is obvious in his demeanor in court and in the work he produces. I have no regrets about choosing Mr. Sarieh for my legal representation.

We retained Wail Sarieh to help us out with what had been a contentious, incredibly confusing, and emotionally draining two-year long divorce process for my elderly father. Our situation was unique in that our father and his wife both suffered from dementia and were not active participants in the process. We had been working with another attorney for almost two years but there had not been any movement in our father’s case for a long period of time. Negotiations had stalled because there was a lack of communication from the other side, and both sides were struggling to divide properties and assets accumulated during and before their marriage. We needed to find an attorney that could pick up the pieces and get the ball moving in this divorce case so our father could enjoy his remaining years. We found that and more in Wail and his staff. Wail was invaluable in helping us get to a very fair settlement in very little time. Wail is incredibly intelligent, professional, driven, and tough when the situation calls for it. He is well-versed in the law and familiar with the judges, attorneys, and courts in the Southern CA area. You cannot help but think you are in good hands with Wail as he exudes confidence, and this allowed us to relax a little for the first time in months. During our first meeting with Wail, he was able to tell us things about our case and showed us invaluable documents that our other attorney had not presented in the two previous years. I wish we would have started working with Wail from day one as we would have saved a lot of time, money, and frustration. Choosing to hire attorney Wail Sarieh was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions I have ever made. Prior to hiring him, I was in court for almost two years and had been denied multiple times the right to terminate my ex mother in laws visition with my children. Even with my children therapist testafing on how awful my ex mother in law treated my children the judge was not using the law to rule but his own personal opinion. He immediately went to work and strategized a plan that would put my case back on the right track. Wail dug deep and review every court hearing I had with my previous attorney who was ineffective and inexperienced in family law, Wail was able to pin pointing every mistake the courts had made by violating my constitution right as a parent. Wail put pressure on the court to terminate the court order right away and the judge apologized to us for overlooking the therapists testemony and violating my rights. Wail was the person I had been searching for after previous attorney turn my case down, Wail represent me and my family during this extremely stressful time. I highly recommend him!!!

I contacted Douglas to handle my divorce, given that I had never gone through the experience before I knew very little about what to do. I recall the first meeting I had with Douglas, he asked good questions, provided me with some vision on what happens before I decided to file for divorce. We discussed my case and the best way to manage the process. I gained confidence with Doug immediately, and he made me feel like I was in good hands. Over the ups and downs of the divorce, Doug kept me updated and assured and coached me on the right things to do. He represented me and kept me away from the negotiations I was too emotional to manage. Doug was always direct, and assuring. My divorce happened during the Covind crisis, so the courts had delays that were not predictable. We closed out my divorce and I was able to get the points negotiated that I wanted. Doug also does not waste your money on filings and other details that are not needed. He simply called the opposing council and talked about the issues for resolution. After everything was done, I found that my ex spent over double what I spent on legal costs with the same net results as me. I still keep in contact with Doug on post divorce life. He is encouraging and I will say just a good person. I highly advise working with Doug.

I’ve been working with Raazia on my case for years. Although my divorce was resolved, unfortunately I had to return because of new issues. I could always rely on her to give me professional sound direction in times when it seemed my case was impossible. The worst parts were having patience through difficulty. I have trusted Raazia and her team to help me when I felt that I had lost hope but she encouraged me to stay strong and in the end it was worth the struggle.
