I think that there should be an option for more than 5 stars because The Bledsoe Firm deserves all the stars in the galaxy. I will start with the fact that John Bledsoe, his family & his buisness are AMAZING people. You don't come across a family like this very often. John & his whole team have opened my eyes & have shown me that light does exsist. Debra motivated me to become the strong, motivated, hardworking and loving mother I am meant to be. John, he fought for my 10 month old baby. My baby is my one true love. Angel & Debbie were amazing, they assisted me with all my paper work and throughly explained everything to me. The communication on their behalf is amazing. It just goes to show how good of people they are. They have an amazing family and a great buisness. Both their family and buisness is built on trust and love. I see it & I respect is 10000000%. Bless this family & Bless The Bledsoe Firm. Just remeber one thing...YOU deserve this. Attorney Bledsoe has been so helpful through the ordeal I am experiencing. My ex has been abusive towards me both verbally and physically. Things have been very difficult, however Mr. Bledsoe has been so helpful and there for me through every step. His staff has talked to me through some pretty hard times and situations regarding my child being hurt with his father or abuse from my ex. Thank God for John Bledsoe. He is very compassionate as well and really seems to care

Attorney Bledsoe and his staff Debra, Rafael and Debbie have been a god sent. I can't say enough about how supportive Attorney Bledsoe and his staff are. They truly make you feel like you are family and they put in 110% day in and day out. Weekdays or Weekends they are there to support you and it has been a massive blessing. Attorney Bledsoe was outstanding in court. He showed up "Pumped" and Prepared. In court, Attorney Bledsoe worked extremely well with the Judge and boy did he really bring his "A" game. During court I sat next to Attorney Bledsoe and watched him operate in a way that words can't describe. The man is a Machine!!!! Every time Opposing Counsel tried to say something Attorney Bledsoe was all over it. I would have to say that 90% of what opposing counsel tried to state Attorney Bledsoe objected to and it was granted. He did not give Opposing Counsel an INCH! There is nothing greater than appearing in court with such talented, prepared council by your side and having such a loving, supportive staff supporting you outside of court. Debbie and Rafael have provided me with the greatest customer service and support money can buy. There response time is literally an avg. of 30 minutes. Its mind blowing. Debbie responds in a moments notice and keeps everything organized and moving and I cant thank her enough. Rafael is a "Beast' and he is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He has been such a solid support base and has really kept me grounded during this entire process. Then there is Debra or "Momma Deb" I like to call her she doesn't know that lol. Words can not express the gratitude and love I have for this woman. Debra was the first person I spoke with at the Bledsoe Firm. I was in an a really bad place emotionally, physically and legally. Debra from the moment I initially spoke with her took such amazing care of me. She is a complete angel and she has gone sooooooo far above and beyond for me. She isn't just an amazing employee at the Bledsoe Firm she has been a mentor, friend, shoulder to cry on and she has given me such solid counsel and strength in my lowest times. Debra makes your problems her problems and boy does she get Sh** done. She is gentle and firm and I would not want to be on the other end of her when she is on the war path. I write and approve of this review of John Bledsoe. Like many folks of us unfortunate lot, there will be grieving if you are sitting in an attorneys office. I've been in trouble with the law a few times in my life, and used a total of three different Defense Attorneys on three different cases, over about a ten year span. The first two criminal cases I picked up, were totally bogus, because I was totally innocent, but I was still charged, and faced severe enough punishment, that I felt I needed legal representation. So I retained a personal Defense Attorney, paid their BS inflated fees, and ended up getting a terrible deal, no better than one a Public Defender would have negotiated. So needless to say, I developed a pretty bad taste for defense attorneys, but I ended up on the wrong side of the law again, and got charged with two pretty severe offences. Charges that my PD was pushing me to accept the 6 month deal she had work for me over a like a 8 month period of time. I finally had enough of her lack of ability, care, and attention to my situation, so I told her to hand over my file to a real Attorney. I had not retained a Private Attorney, but hear good things about Stivers, and knew I was going to try to get him to represent me. So at 10 am in court with my PD, I told her thanks for nothing, I will be back this afternoon with my new Attorneys information. I left the courthouse with nothing but Jeffrey Stivers name, and the names of two people I knew that he represented in the past. I just went for it, I heard good things about Stivers, and had a good feeling that things would workout. I had no number, no idea if he was too busy, or even working, maybe he was on vacation, but I googled him, called his office, explained who I was and who I knew, and after a couple minute conversation, I was certain he was the Attorney I needed to defend me. His fee was very reasonable, I could tell he knew what I was really facing, and that the deal he was going to try and get me, was most likely obtainable. He never promised me any miracle deal, or lead me to believe I was gonna get the deal I was praying for, a deal with zero jail time. We both knew the DA was gonna demand a little jail time, but Stivers was confident he could get a very small amount that would ultimately convert to Home Confinement, CWP, or worse case weekends. Well sure enough, he got the DA to agree to 30 days, which I had 15 days credit, so it would end up after good time, work time, and a 3 day kick, doing 7 days. So to sum things up, I committed 2 felonies, felonies that even OJ wouldn't have been able to get out of. I was facing 6 months, 3 years formal probation, and 40 hours community service I owed. Stivers got me 15 days home confinement, (I ended up going to Lacy and slept for 7 days), 30 days Cal Trans, and 3 years Probation, which I think was an awesome deal. Besides his undeniable talent as a top Defense Attorney, Stivers brought a few other very desirable talents or traits into our client/Attorney relationship. He always made me feel like an equal, never like a criminal, who did stupid crap, and was just another low life with a few grand cash to take. He was sincerely concerned about the punishment/deal he would negotiate on your behalf, and constantly positive, and hopeful the deal you received would produce positive change for you, and your future, not just be the deal where you got one over on the man, this time! Anyway, the fact is, Stivers is a talented Attorney, he's a good man, a caring man, a positive man, and a fair man. Qualities, and personality traits that are very rare these days in any human, and even more so in an Attorney.

Worst firm ever. Highly incompetent lawyers. Will sell you off to opposing counsel. Do not hire. Hired this law firm to represent me for a nullity case. The firm has a high lawyer turnover. They changed my lawyer thrice. Each time a new lawyer is appointed, the lawyer is nonchalant about the case and leaves for another firm. Each time a new lawyer comes, not only is my cost going up, but I have to re-educate them about my case which is quite agonizing. The worst thing is that their partner actually got sold out to the opposing attorney.

I was referred to this law firm what a great friend that went to law school with the owner they assigned me Natalie Schneider oh boy run run run she needs to go back to school, I asked her if she knew anything about the judge she replied he is fair after the court she did not call me for two days and when she called me she said he was the worst judge in her whole career she lost my case by her poor work she closed a lot of doors for my appeal and when I called her she asked for more money after $9000 I could of done better by myself we hire these lawyers because we think they know how to talk to a judge not this one she basically destroyed my life I lost my daughter as of now and have three years of strain order . Part two this is the answer to your reply Natalie Schneider is not a successful family lawyer the only thing she is good at getting money very good calling you every minute to make sure you pay them but one thing that you forgot to do research and find out how to fight for innocent person and there’s so much evidence if she would of choose the best person that is my daughter that lived with us as a witness she didn’t do anything the reason I hired Boyd law lawyers because I’m not a lawyer but I do give services in my career and everybody’s happy she did not pay attention to my case and now I cannot see my two-year-old daughter that is the worst had to talk to her she asked for more money :(

I have worked with these attorneys for years and have found them to be of the very best quality first as men, and second as attorneys. David Booth and Jon Mason are both attorneys with high character and are both totally trustworthy. You can can always count on them to do the right thing at the right times. Likewise, they have assembled a team of attorneys in their office including Daniel and Andrew that are cut from the same cloth. All of the attorneys in this office know the Orange County Family Court system intimately and they are adept at navigating that complicated system masterfully. From the first conversation I had with Daniel I knew I had the right guy.   He is confident, knowledgeable and comforting all at the same time.  He always had insight to any of my concerns.  He and his team were very thorough and pushed me to be the same.  He always made sure we were ahead of the game.  He always made sure we had all information and then some.  He and his team were always on top of and timely with signatures and documents.  The presentation for my court order was excellent.  He really knew how to execute my ideas and words and build a strong case with the important information.  He pushed for opposing information and was very clear on what was either true and/or relevant to the case.  He really took the time to understand my situation. He did a great job negotiating with the the opposing lawyer and ultimately created the strongest solution I could hope for before the judge could even be involved.  Ultimately the stipulation agreement we came to was the best case scenario in all accounts.  It was worth every penny.

It was a very confusing and expensive experience having this company consulting me Pro-per in my Civil and Family Law case. First, the attorney i was dealing with Lauren Mulley quit 6 month into case without any notice. Second there was no new attorney assigned to me, so they were transferring me around and nothing was done on time. Third, my case was never closed, because they went completely unresponsive at the end, so i had to go somewhere else, after paying them for a year. Finally, they made feel like a beggar, I was constantly told that "i'm the last in line" because i'm on pro-per, that the "real" clients pay much more and get the proper legal representation because of the amounts they pay. Beware of the greedy Layer's Trap and take your business elsewhere. Im sure there are honest and helpful Attorneys out there, this place is not one of them.

I'm looking at all these 5 star reviews and wondering if my money wasn't good enough to get as good service as mentioned on these reviews or maybe his office chooses who to give decent services to and who not to? The attorney is nice and professional..hence the two stars instead of one. But, I literally had to push my case along and check on my court statuses MYSELF. I don't even know where to begin. There's so much. 95% of the time I had to call or email to get information and the office had no clue of what was going on with my case. I honestly think his office intentionally tries to extend cases longer by failing to act... just so he can make extra money. As an example, there was an CIC report that the court gave a date for when it would be completed by from the court. The report was to be sent to my attorney ( Mr. Goldberg). A week passes by after the court's date to have it to us, and I'm like where is this report? I reached out to David Goldberg... his response was that he didn't have it, it wasn't sent yet from the court... "Just wait a while" Luckily I didn't wait, I reached out to the investigator and she mentioned that she had finished and sent the report wa week before the deadline. I called DGs office and he finally mentioned that the report went to his junk mail. The fact that I had to call the court MYSELF and check up on this and his response to me was to wait really showed me that he cares nothing about my case. This is just one example, there's MANY more instances of me having to do the work myself.

I had a very complicated divorce that took 2.5 years. During this time I have changed 3 attorneys because they literally were doing nothing for me, ripping me off and hurting my case. I have spent over 40k on attorney fees before I have found Mr.Goldberg. He is the best attorney I ever met! He gave me so much information and really took care of me. It was a miracle I found him! No one from my previous attorneys advised me that well. I can say that Mr. Goldberg very knowledgeable, experienced, professional and caring attorney. He protected my interests the way I couldn’t even imagine that it is possible. As a person he is very friendly and honest. It was a pleasure to communicate with him. Gerald helped with a custody case where my son wanted to live with me in my home state. I had a lawyer in my home state and Gerald in CA. Gerald came highly recommended by my original lawyer. I am an attorney that practices family law in Michigan. One of my family members hired Mr. Navid Moshtael to represent her in a complex divorce/custody matter in Orange County, California. The case dealt with various issues, such as spousal support, child custody, child support, and the division of assets. My family member kept me apprised of all stages of her divorce matter. I had the opportunity to observe Mr. Moshtael’s legal representation both behind the scenes and in court. Although I am not licensed to practice law in the state of California, I have had the opportunity to observe and interact with countless divorce attorneys in Michigan. I am NOT easily impressed when it comes to observing other attorneys. However, I can say with absolute confidence that Mr. Moshtael is, by far, the sharpest family law attorney that I have observed. He is extremely experienced and very sharp. If I ever required the assistance of a divorce attorney to represent me, my only hope would be for Mr. Moshtael to begin practicing law in the state of Michigan because there is nobody else that I would prefer. His interaction with opposing counsel and the judge is jaw-dropping. He is an absolute shark.

I am sharing my personal experience with you guys. First of all, when I received notice from my ex-husband who filed for divorce, I didn't think I needed to hire a lawyer! I was 100 percent wrong. If you have an asset, you are making good money, then go ahead and hire a divorce attorney, and thank me later! There are too many strategies and tricks that the other party uses to take your money. In my case, I was the person who made more money, and my ex-husband and his new girlfriend tried to get a good amount of spousal support from me. Ladies, take my advice and never marry a poor guy although he is good looking and handsome! Long story short, Navid was the person who saved me a lot of money, and I need to thank Moshtael Family Law again and again. I am moving out of Orange County to start a new life.

Horrible practice! I was only with Moshtael for a little over a year and had 3 attorneys that I can remember there was so much turn over that I lost track of who was really handling my case. Alex, Bill, Navid... went to court physically 3xs and heard the courts say my attorneys failed to provide my 2016 taxes which they failed to inform me and other items which I was not aware of by my attorneys. When hiring them I laid out a list of items like normal and each time they stood up there my ex's attorney slammed them. I literally had to raise my hand because my attorney didn't ask for anything he sat outside the court room and told me he would request. Garnishment was my biggest request which stated if he doesn't pay me I can't afford you. Bill still didn't ask for garnishment after leaving the court room he said oh you meant child care not child support ‍ Instead Bill just agreed to another court date which I can't help but think is a Moshtael's goal all along just collect as much money from clients as you can because Alex did the same. Then they stick another attorney on your case and charge for all the calls to get the new guy familiar with the case. I also called the office for their bar # and they refused to give it to me without telling them who I was. After court I finally called an attorney my friend has been telling me to go to and they said "Oooo Moshtael has a bad turn over rate." Be careful especially if money is a issue. I'd represent myself better but I work full time and feel like I'd drop the ball on sending the courts proper documents which was still the case with these guys. They don't even deserve one star. Their Bar # 242282 they refused to give this to me over the phone without telling them who I was it’s public record.
