Attorney Stearman is professional in everything. My case was opened and closed within approximately 5 months, from ending of Jan to middle of July, 2021. At first, I was frustrated and did not know which attorney that I could ask for help. I received no recommendation so I did a research and luckily built my trust in attorney Stearman. Let me be straightforward, as long as attorney Stearman understood my situation, he completely and actively took control over the case. He showed me what outcome would be based on the supporting documents and evidences provided. He responded to my emails within 24 hours. When I did not think or go the right way, he actively guided me back to be on track. Especially, when the other party (who was involved in the case with me), caused too many problems, resulting their paperwork to be returned, as I suggested, attorney Stearman did his best to assist the other party as well. I had 2 cases going on at the same time, and when I explained how the 2 cases were related, attorney Stearman also showed concern that kept reminding me about how the deadlines of 1 case could affect the other. I had a legal matter to resolve which became urgent and Mr. Strachan stayed late one evening to see me quickly. From my first visit, he and the staff were personable, professional and efficient. Because of this, we were able to complete all paperwork quickly. Hired Willam back in Jan 2018 after a lengthy divorce that lasted until July 2019. He stood by me every step of the way. He made the horrible experience of divorce manageable and kept me well informed. He fought for me and was able to get me favorable results. Outstanding attorney. Expert in Family Law. Works tirelessly to prepare your case for court. Takes a personal interest in your results. I first met Bill Strachan in 2013 (on the advice of a close friend) to review a final judgement prepared by another attorney. Bill spent 30 minutes discussing the important dissolution details with me one-on-one and charged me zero. I thanked Bill for his time and told him that if I ever needed a Family Law attorney again, I would certainly hire him. Fast forward five years to 2018 and the ex blindsides me with a harsh wage garnishment, despite an oral agreement to the contrary, several promises not to do so (get it in writing folks), and an income that now exceeded mine. I immediately contacted Bill’s office for representation. Bill was prepared. The Judge heard testimony from both sides. The opposition was admonished and the case was a rout. I was so pleased with the results I drove to the Law Offices of William M. Strachan the following day to personally thank Bill and his team for their effort in representing me and for obtaining a fair judgement, which is what we sought. Awesome Layer ! He is a really good Lawyer. I had false allegations , kyle did a great job in dealing with this. The judge finally exposed her and told her that she has "serious credibility issues ". Mr. Nolan is an exceptional lawyer when he represented me with my family law case. Not only with the outcome of my case but with how he approached the matter. I called in to more then likely retain mr. Nolan . I couldnt even get past the assistan who says her name is Molly. I repeatedly explain I have a family law matter out of downtown Los Angeles. As such a sensative matter I think a personal assistant plays a key role when retaining an attorney.

I made an appointment with Mr. Nolan based on the good reviews he has. I showed up early one hour not expecting to be seen but the staff was great and friendly and Mr. Nolan saw me within 10 minutes of me getting there. It has been over 60 days since I have last seen my baby, and I had been oblivious to my rights, after working with Mr.Duron we were blind sided by a restraining order, after serving the mother of my child, we had to prepare quickly and we did so. We won the case and the restraining order was denied, he and his team has helped me so much throughout this process and I would suggest them out of anyone. Best pricing as well! I had Paul on my case and not only did he not respond to me as much as promised but he failed to succeed in my case then put a new person on my case without any information about me or even notifying me first then went to court and caused me to loose everything I gained nothing but a very bad experience that caused me to only have viking rights and loose all access to my child now I have to do even more running around just to see her most horrible lawyer office ever don't waist your money I don't recommend this office to anybody they are liars and they don't listen its a waist of time and money!!!!!! They should close this office down:/

Going through a very nasty divorce case. Judge had granted three years full property control of my house to my soon to be ex wife. Mr. Duron fought that ruling and was able to have my soon to be ex wife to move out of my house in 31 days! Excellent experience with this firm. I met with Mr Wildish to do a Real Estate Transaction. I was the buyer. The Seller was half owner of a Hospital that I was half owner of. I had an old Buy/Sell agreement for this property that was dated 2018. I told Mr Wildish that we needed to update the agreement and change the Attorney’s letterhead from 2018. Wow! I just handed Mr Wildish $5,000 to not even write his own Buy/Sell agreement. Instead, he sent the seller the old agreement with another attorneys name on it! He lied and told me that I said he could send it. Who in their right mind would do that?! I’m not happy and it cost me $50,000 for his ignorance. He couldn’t even coordinate a conference call. He gave everyone the wrong number. Give me my money back Mr Wildish.

I just called to try to speak with an attorney and was given the worst customer service from the male receptionist who answered the phone. I tried to explain the case quickly to ask for a consultation and was given extremely rude service.... i am not sure if the actual attorney at this firm is even aware of this type of rudeness happening at his firm. i would say also this rude person does not even know just how monetarily huge of a case he just threw out the window for this firm due to his rudeness ... gl to you all who ever tries this firm i pray that you are able to get past the receptionist

Simon is a perfect textbook lawyer minus the family (human element), a trait very much required for family law cases. In case you want to just win momentarily at any cost and want to have a sense of gratification that u destroyed your ex in a family law case, he is the lawyer to be. Remember though, u will repent later for the bridge this law firm will build between you two. He is a lawyer known for making divorce nasty. I say this through 2 experiences which makes me write about this law firm, one a family member and another a female colleague. This law firm worked exactly the same in both cases. So here is the modulus operandi. The trap- Especially applicable for women's, when u approach this law firm, you will find everyone is so supportive to your situation and even u tell them u also made a mistake u will be brain-washed in believing that u were actually abused and he needs to pay for it and if u dont do that than he can do this or that.... U will be made to believe that u experienced the worst abuse of all time and this law firm will make sure to get u the most out of divorce at any cost. At the end, u will realize they did nothing but took double of your money than other lawyers and u gained nothing but your vindictive approach towards ur ex made u lose in longer run. That day of intake was a bait and the complimentary consultation provided was a hook. The modulus operandi- U will be made to believe that they are giving u discount where in their itemized bill you will find they did not charge u for a phone call, email or inside consultations with other lawyers. By seeing so many waivers u will feel obliged however u will never realize that the total paid after everything is over will be atleast twice or thrice of what a nominal family law case would have otherwise costed. They will drag you in making unnecessary discovery extracting thrice the fees what they pay to their paralegal.. and what you would have paid outside. Discovery will expose urs and ur ex net worth so that this law firm can see how much you can be milked. Unless you realize that your case is mostly handled by junior lawyers who are guided by one and only Simon. Since there are many lawyers to be paid, u atleast pay twice or thrice than a decent attorney office of one or two. Once they see there is nothing left to be milked, they will try to seek a settlement to be over by your case sooner. No stones unturned- The law firm will fight for you tooth and nail making lies the truth and truth the lies. You will be groomed on what to say to Judge and what the lawyer will ask you before the judge and what you should answer for that. After the stage is all set, you will be confident about your win without caring for truth you are hiding and lies you are saying. To pressurize your ex, the law firm will make subpoenas left and right, request documentation, ask the nastiest questions and file unnecessary paperwork in court which will do nothing in your favor but delay the judgement due to chaos. Finally- Ur bills will be running double than your ex, and divorce will still be years apart. You will only realize 5 yrs later that you got blinded into a unscrupulous money hungry law firm. The verdict - If you dont have kids & the intent is to make a divorce or any family law matter highly conflicting, this is the law firm for u else please avoid at any cost and find a family law lawyer who understands the dynamics of family.
