My Daughter had a difficult case involving guardianship and many other very very involved factors. She would call different attorneys and they either did not want to take her case or it was not something they practiced. I called Attorney Schwarz -after a Google search -and he seemed to know exactly what to do and was extremely knowledgeable. He was retained by my daughter. Today my daughter had her court case and had to wait for her case to be called - her case was called last. She advised me that she had watched case after case -with cases similar to her case—get rejected by the judge -her case was then called and everything she requested was approved by the Judge! She was shocked- first time going to court and awarded everything she asked for! Attorney Schwarz is so outstanding! He won this case! Many attorneys you call and you deal with the secretary —my daughter loved how she could call Attorney Schwarz-and he would answer the phone!

I called to set up an Appointment for some Family Law problem we were going through. I didn't even finish talking, he badly cut me off and supposed what i was saying or needing, so he RUDELY & ARROGANTLY with his annoying Voice said * I don't do free calls or any free consultations, No pay No help. When i was about to say i wanted an appointment to maybe see if we can get a case and no one said we weren't paying. How are customers going to speak to you regarding their issues, cus we cant talk or you want to take advantage and start charging non-sense. These are the Lawyers u want to AVOID!! I was looking for a prenuptial lawyer and came across David's name via google search. David answered my phone call promptly and we set a meeting up for an initial consultation. David was down to earth and was very easy to talk to. He and his wife worked together to draft the prenup agreement, and they gave me and my fiance several questions to answer in terms of assets, finances, etc. It was pretty straight forward and not confusing at all. He even referred my fiance to another prenup lawyer to represent him. He and his wife kept consistent contact with us when it came to finalizing our paperwork.

Jeffrey is an exceptional lawyer. When I reached out to him I had already been a year into my case and felt like it was going nowhere. Attorney Stearman is professional in everything. My case was opened and closed within approximately 5 months, from ending of Jan to middle of July, 2021. At first, I was frustrated and did not know which attorney that I could ask for help. I received no recommendation so I did a research and luckily built my trust in attorney Stearman. Let me be straightforward, as long as attorney Stearman understood my situation, he completely and actively took control over the case. He showed me what outcome would be based on the supporting documents and evidences provided. He responded to my emails within 24 hours. When I did not think or go the right way, he actively guided me back to be on track. Especially, when the other party (who was involved in the case with me), caused too many problems, resulting their paperwork to be returned, as I suggested, attorney Stearman did his best to assist the other party as well. I had 2 cases going on at the same time, and when I explained how the 2 cases were related, attorney Stearman also showed concern that kept reminding me about how the deadlines of 1 case could affect the other. Long story short, if you really need help, please give yourself a chance to talk to attorney Stearman. He will definitely help you understand by simplifying and guiding you on the the right way.

Mr. Gill and his team helped me through a nasty divorce. Not only did they help me navigate the impossible judicial system, but they helped me deal with a narcissistic ex-wife and parental alienation among other things, including domestic violence. I could not have survived the divorce without this team. They are professional, sympathetic, and devoted to getting the job done and doing so fairly. It was a very confusing and expensive experience having this company consulting me Pro-per in my Civil and Family Law case. First, the attorney i was dealing with Lauren Mulley quit 6 month into case without any notice. Second there was no new attorney assigned to me, so they were transferring me around and nothing was done on time. Third, my case was never closed, because they went completely unresponsive at the end, so i had to go somewhere else, after paying them for a year. Finally, they made feel like a beggar, I was constantly told that "i'm the last in line" because i'm on pro-per, that the "real" clients pay much more and get the proper legal representation because of the amounts they pay. Beware of the greedy Layer's Trap and take your business elsewhere. Im sure there are honest and helpful Attorneys out there, this place is not one of them.

I’ve been working with Raazia on my case for years. Although my divorce was resolved, unfortunately I had to return because of new issues. I could always rely on her to give me professional sound direction in times when it seemed my case was impossible. The worst parts were having patience through difficulty. I had a legal matter to resolve which became urgent and Mr. Strachan stayed late one evening to see me quickly. From my first visit, he and the staff were personable, professional and efficient. Because of this, we were able to complete all paperwork quickly. Mr. Strachan was able to negotiate a settlement with the other party’s attorney quickly and without going to court, and the outcome was far better than I had expected and his fees were very reasonable. This was the best experience I have had working with an attorney, and I would highly recommend Mr. Strachan.

Hired Willam back in Jan 2018 after a lengthy divorce that lasted until July 2019. He stood by me every step of the way. He made the horrible experience of divorce manageable and kept me well informed. He fought for me and was able to get me favorable results. I never once felt that he did not have my best interest in mind. He is honest and genuine which is hard to say about most lawyers. Outstanding attorney. Expert in Family Law. Works tirelessly to prepare your case for court. Takes a personal interest in your results. I first met Bill Strachan in 2013 (on the advice of a close friend) to review a final judgement prepared by another attorney. Bill spent 30 minutes discussing the important dissolution details with me one-on-one and charged me zero. I thanked Bill for his time and told him that if I ever needed a Family Law attorney again, I would certainly hire him. Fast forward five years to 2018 and the ex blindsides me with a harsh wage garnishment, despite an oral agreement to the contrary, several promises not to do so (get it in writing folks), and an income that now exceeded mine. I immediately contacted Bill’s office for representation. Bill was prepared. The Judge heard testimony from both sides. The opposition was admonished and the case was a rout. I was so pleased with the results I drove to the Law Offices of William M. Strachan the following day to personally thank Bill and his team for their effort in representing me and for obtaining a fair judgement, which is what we sought. I would not, no, could not consider retaining any other Family Law attorney in the future. I hope I never need one, but if I do, that attorney will be Bill Strachan. Without hesitation.

I should have done this a long time ago! But i hired this man when his office was in Brea, the first time we spoke he offered to represent me in my divorce with only a 2500 retainer which turned into 5000 when it came down to it and not much was done because my wife and i decided to reconcile which he strongly apposed and tried to talk me out of it and was pretty upset when i didn't take his advice. So when it came down to reimbursement oh boy that was a nightmare he would not take my calls his secretary would just tell me he's on vacation and mock me by telling me that she will et him know you called and will document and file our conversation which everyone knows it just means that she is gonna im gonna be billed an hour for every call i made. Sure enough i only recieved a couple hundred from the 5000 didnt get divorce he only made on short court appearance and 1 meeting with my wife and i.

He called me representing my ex husband and told me that I was irrational. He hung up the phone on me after getting frustrated. I think he thought because I was representing my self that he could step all over me and that I didn't know my rights. He was mistaken. Before he could contact me he actually called one of my family member to inform them of my legal information and case which entirely violates my 4the amendment. Now he will not answer any of my calls or emails.

Attorney Montes is, simply, the best! She's smart, dedicated, caring and has a tremendous amount of fighting spirit!! She's one of the good guys/gals. Amy took on my now fiance' s divorce and child custody case after he had dug himself into a hole due to an incompetent attorney. Amy was an answered prayer! She took on his case, was able to effectively deal with his (now) ex and her experience got him custody of his daughter. She doesn't know how to quit and is able to think on her feet, plus effectively deal with (crazy) opposing counsel. After months of trying to find the right legal counsel that I could trust, I was graciously referred to Sean Yanez by a dear friend who highly recommended him and his firm. He not only gave me extremely valuable advice through his free consultation, but took the time to follow up right away with strategies I could apply to my legal matter right away. Also, instead of upselling me on his legal services, he was honest and straight-forward with giving me his recommendation without trying to take my money. A little of our story, My Husband and I hired on Mr Yanez & Associates to help us with a move away case from CA to CO for my step son who had primarily lived with us since he was 5 yrs old (he’s 11 now). His birth mother believed that with us moving away she should now have her turn in raising him and attempted to change the custody agreement. We were worried we’d lose the case and our son would have to stay behind and not be able to continue to grow up with his brothers since “courts tend to sway with the biological mothers” or so they say. My husband and I were fortunate enough to have had met with Sean in person a few years prior and were able to get a feel for how we’d hope he’d handle our case. And thankfully we were right. Even with all the Covid 19 obstacles he did not falter. We wanted someone who would listen to our concerns, someone who would answer our questions (and trust me we had a lot!) but not just with what we wanted to hear but with facts, with honesty and sincerity even if it wasn’t the answer we wanted. We wanted someone who knew the ins and outs of the court system and how it all worked and would give us their honest opinion. He was always was a step and ahead and very strategic. He gave us play by play and being in a situation where the end result could possibly be loosing your child, having someone like Sean who was literally there fighting with us made all the difference. She is the worst Attorney ever. I do not have much money at the time so I rely on the court to assign me, then I got her for my custody case. She listen to my ex who also used to be a attorney at law. Then they all pull my daughter away from me even though I am the only raise my daughter up without any child support. At that time, my daughter was 8, now she is 15 and want to commit a suicide
