Worst firm ever. Highly incompetent lawyers. Will sell you off to opposing counsel. Do not hire. Hired this law firm to represent me for a nullity case. The firm has a high lawyer turnover. They changed my lawyer thrice. Each time a new lawyer is appointed, the lawyer is nonchalant about the case and leaves for another firm. Each time a new lawyer comes, not only is my cost going up, but I have to re-educate them about my case which is quite agonizing. The worst thing is that their partner actually got sold out to the opposing attorney.

I was referred to this law firm what a great friend that went to law school with the owner they assigned me Natalie Schneider oh boy run run run she needs to go back to school, I asked her if she knew anything about the judge she replied he is fair after the court she did not call me for two days and when she called me she said he was the worst judge in her whole career she lost my case by her poor work she closed a lot of doors for my appeal and when I called her she asked for more money after $9000 I could of done better by myself we hire these lawyers because we think they know how to talk to a judge not this one she basically destroyed my life I lost my daughter as of now and have three years of strain order . Part two this is the answer to your reply Natalie Schneider is not a successful family lawyer the only thing she is good at getting money very good calling you every minute to make sure you pay them but one thing that you forgot to do research and find out how to fight for innocent person and there’s so much evidence if she would of choose the best person that is my daughter that lived with us as a witness she didn’t do anything the reason I hired Boyd law lawyers because I’m not a lawyer but I do give services in my career and everybody’s happy she did not pay attention to my case and now I cannot see my two-year-old daughter that is the worst had to talk to her she asked for more money :(

I've been in trouble with the law a few times in my life, and used a total of three different Defense Attorneys on three different cases, over about a ten year span. The first two criminal cases I picked up, were totally bogus, because I was totally innocent, but I was still charged, and faced severe enough punishment, that I felt I needed legal representation. So I retained a personal Defense Attorney, paid their BS inflated fees, and ended up getting a terrible deal, no better than one a Public Defender would have negotiated. So needless to say, I developed a pretty bad taste for defense attorneys, but I ended up on the wrong side of the law again, and got charged with two pretty severe offences. Charges that my PD was pushing me to accept the 6 month deal she had work for me over a like a 8 month period of time. I finally had enough of her lack of ability, care, and attention to my situation, so I told her to hand over my file to a real Attorney. I had not retained a Private Attorney, but hear good things about Stivers, and knew I was going to try to get him to represent me. So at 10 am in court with my PD, I told her thanks for nothing, I will be back this afternoon with my new Attorneys information. I left the courthouse with nothing but Jeffrey Stivers name, and the names of two people I knew that he represented in the past. I just went for it, I heard good things about Stivers, and had a good feeling that things would workout. I had no number, no idea if he was too busy, or even working, maybe he was on vacation, but I googled him, called his office, explained who I was and who I knew, and after a couple minute conversation, I was certain he was the Attorney I needed to defend me. His fee was very reasonable, I could tell he knew what I was really facing, and that the deal he was going to try and get me, was most likely obtainable. He never promised me any miracle deal, or lead me to believe I was gonna get the deal I was praying for, a deal with zero jail time. We both knew the DA was gonna demand a little jail time, but Stivers was confident he could get a very small amount that would ultimately convert to Home Confinement, CWP, or worse case weekends. Well sure enough, he got the DA to agree to 30 days, which I had 15 days credit, so it would end up after good time, work time, and a 3 day kick, doing 7 days. So to sum things up, I committed 2 felonies, felonies that even OJ wouldn't have been able to get out of. I was facing 6 months, 3 years formal probation, and 40 hours community service I owed. Stivers got me 15 days home confinement, (I ended up going to Lacy and slept for 7 days), 30 days Cal Trans, and 3 years Probation, which I think was an awesome deal. Besides his undeniable talent as a top Defense Attorney, Stivers brought a few other very desirable talents or traits into our client/Attorney relationship. He always made me feel like an equal, never like a criminal, who did stupid crap, and was just another low life with a few grand cash to take. He was sincerely concerned about the punishment/deal he would negotiate on your behalf, and constantly positive, and hopeful the deal you received would produce positive change for you, and your future, not just be the deal where you got one over on the man, this time! Anyway, the fact is, Stivers is a talented Attorney, he's a good man, a caring man, a positive man, and a fair man. Qualities, and personality traits that are very rare these days in any human, and even more so in an Attorney.

My divorce had some very unique and complicated issues that Doug has never dealt with in all his years of practicing. We even had one issue that needed to be handled on an emergency basis. I contacted Douglas to handle my divorce, given that I had never gone through the experience before I knew very little about what to do. I recall the first meeting I had with Douglas, he asked good questions, provided me with some vision on what happens before I decided to file for divorce. We discussed my case and the best way to manage the process. I gained confidence with Doug immediately, and he made me feel like I was in good hands. Over the ups and downs of the divorce, Doug kept me updated and assured and coached me on the right things to do. He represented me and kept me away from the negotiations I was too emotional to manage. Doug was always direct, and assuring. My divorce happened during the Covind crisis, so the courts had delays that were not predictable. We closed out my divorce and I was able to get the points negotiated that I wanted. Doug also does not waste your money on filings and other details that are not needed. He simply called the opposing council and talked about the issues for resolution. After everything was done, I found that my ex spent over double what I spent on legal costs with the same net results as me. I still keep in contact with Doug on post divorce life. He is encouraging and I will say just a good person. I highly advise working with Doug.

I was going through a difficult time with my separation and didn’t know how to handle the situation. I was referred to Mr. Razai and was told that he is a really good legal representative and that I will be in good hands. That is certainly the case. Mr. Razai is to the point and didn’t waste time. We went over what I wanted to accomplish and he went over the options on how to achieve my goals. He made sure to know all of the facts as my particular situation was somewhat complicated. Jordan Nefulda is an excellent attorney in the area of family practice and divorce. He constantly made me aware of what to expect in each phase of the proceedings. In fact, on several occasions he anticipated actions from the other attorney so we were prepared in advance. While these matters are highly emotional, Jordan was always level headed and when I would become upset, he was always able to get me thinking with my head and not letting emotions take over. He was always professional even when opposing counsel wasn't. He also didn't nickel and dime me for every phone call or question I had. I felt he was extremely fair with his billing and i never had any concerns regarding that aspect. He was always willing to tell me the good, the bad and the ugly. While I hope to never need his services again, I would recommend him highly and absolutely use him again of the situation arose.

I’m going to be honest here…I already interviewed about 10 other attorneys before I met with Andrew and Brian. Although I already made up my mind before I met with them, I figured more information couldn’t hurt. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of knowledge they had. I was so surprised that I decided to hire them. It was the best choice I ever made. The way they cared for and handled my case made me feel like I was a part of their family. I must say I’m definitely glad to have found Andrew and Brian from this firm to help me. They are awesome guys! They took the time to truly understand the inner kinks in my case and analyzed my case from every angle, not just telling me what I wanted to hear. They took the time to explain to me my options instead of pressuring me into taking a position that I would end up regretting. I must say this office is a well-oiled machine! They do things quickly and efficiently without sacrificing detail. The staff was also pretty awesome! Especially Cheryl! I highly recommend Andrew Tran and his staff. When I asked for a consultation Andrew was quick to contact me and openly discuss my case. And before demanding a retainer I may add! Andrew was very straight forward and had an answer for everything I asked. I was overwhelmed and very stressed when initially talking with him. He did a great job reassuring me and helping me understand my rights. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Andrew again in the future if needed. I had some other legal matters I needed taken care of as well. Jeffrey is an exceptional lawyer. When I reached out to him I had already been a year into my case and felt like it was going nowhere. I decided to drop my lawyer and was referred to Jeffrey to pick up the pieces. With hesitation I gave him all of my trust as a last ditch effort to complete my case. He did not disappoint! Attorney Stearman is professional in everything. My case was opened and closed within approximately 5 months, from ending of Jan to middle of July, 2021. At first, I was frustrated and did not know which attorney that I could ask for help. I received no recommendation so I did a research and luckily built my trust in attorney Stearman. Let me be straightforward, as long as attorney Stearman understood my situation, he completely and actively took control over the case. He showed me what outcome would be based on the supporting documents and evidences provided. He responded to my emails within 24 hours. When I did not think or go the right way, he actively guided me back to be on track. Especially, when the other party (who was involved in the case with me), caused too many problems, resulting their paperwork to be returned, as I suggested, attorney Stearman did his best to assist the other party as well. I had 2 cases going on at the same time, and when I explained how the 2 cases were related, attorney Stearman also showed concern that kept reminding me about how the deadlines of 1 case could affect the other. Long story short, if you really need help, please give yourself a chance to talk to attorney Stearman. He will definitely help you understand by simplifying and guiding you on the the right way.

Really helpful with all questions. The process took a little longer than expected but Indu and her staff were very knowledgeable about the paperwork and the process for my case. Even though they did a lot extra work with phone calls and emails, their pricing was very reasonable. I also worked with Indu and her staff remotely (never met her in person since I live in the Bay) but her and her staff still took care of me and got everything taken care of. Highly recommend.
