Marc is truly the best in Orange County! When you are going through a divorce (especially a turbulent one) it is the scariest, most uncertain time in your life. For me having an attorney who I knew had my best interest at heart and would represent me like he would his own family meant more than I can put into words. He is extremely passionate and will fight for you, working around the clock, to ensure you get the justice you deserve. I'll be honest Family Law is messy and emotional and I feel so blessed to have been referred to Marc Mitzner and his team. They helped me with a complex Domestic Violence, Custody and Divorce Case. From the moment I came into his office everyone was extremely accommodating, professional and very conscientious of the intense emotional state I was in. They executed everything as they promised and in the time frame they said they would. I was constantly updated of my case status. I never had to follow up and ask for any paperwork as it was always emailed to me immediately. When I went to court with Marc and Christina it was easy to see that their reputations were well respected in the court room and with the judge. There is so much emotion involved in Family Law and during this crisis I was not thinking as clearly as I normally am, I couldn't have been in better hands during this experience. I never felt like I didn't ask enough questions or that I was rushed and if I did have a question they were always very timely to get back to me. 2 years ago I retained Mark as my attorney for a custody and child support case. John Denny may be a "Super Lawyer", but he is not accurate with his wording on court documents and billing practices. I was sued and this firm was hired to represent the person suing me. John misrepresented me on a form by stating, "my contact was met with a refusal to communicate". I did not refuse to communicate, I did refuse to enter into mediation with him in regards to a legal matter. Upon being served with a bill from the law firm I discovered that my discussion was double billed. ( I am retracting my double billing statement, the other billing was with the client on the same day). A 1 minute, exactly 60 seconds, call was billed at 2/10th's of an hour though. The description on the invoice noted, "telephone conference with opposing party re mediation". So we did communicate. My advice to clients and opposing parties, double check your bills. That 1 minute call was billed at 2/10th's of an hour as well. 1 minute seems to equal 12 minutes in lawyer time. Other than that, my encounter with him was wonderful. I'm still only giving 1 star though.

Martindale AV Rated Family Law Specialist. Matt Bogosian lives in SoCal, and I wanted him for my divorce attorney in NoCal. Why? Because he is the best. He is AV rated in Martindales (voted best of the best by his peers). He wrote case law on pre-owned property prior to my the divorce. (See Marriage of Frank & Dawnel Bonvino) Unlike some attorneys I interviewed, he will NOT upset the other side into a LOSE-LOSE war. Matt has a very high EQ, and because people like him, they will become more AGREEABLE to the Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement (BATNA). He is fair to all sides, and will counsel you to what he thinks is best and why. In my case, his fee's were reasonable, and he won a lump sum settlement in killing others and myself with kindness after a 20 year marriage, and 5 year divorce. I was fortunate enough to persuade Matt to take my case. You will be very fortunate if you are able to have him as your counsel!

I'm looking at all these 5 star reviews and wondering if my money wasn't good enough to get as good service as mentioned on these reviews or maybe his office chooses who to give decent services to and who not to? The attorney is nice and professional..hence the two stars instead of one. But, I literally had to push my case along and check on my court statuses MYSELF. I don't even know where to begin. There's so much. 95% of the time I had to call or email to get information and the office had no clue of what was going on with my case. I honestly think his office intentionally tries to extend cases longer by failing to act... just so he can make extra money. As an example, there was an CIC report that the court gave a date for when it would be completed by from the court. The report was to be sent to my attorney ( Mr. Goldberg). A week passes by after the court's date to have it to us, and I'm like where is this report? I reached out to David Goldberg... his response was that he didn't have it, it wasn't sent yet from the court... "Just wait a while" Luckily I didn't wait, I reached out to the investigator and she mentioned that she had finished and sent the report wa week before the deadline. I called DGs office and he finally mentioned that the report went to his junk mail. The fact that I had to call the court MYSELF and check up on this and his response to me was to wait really showed me that he cares nothing about my case. This is just one example, there's MANY more instances of me having to do the work myself.

I had a very complicated divorce that took 2.5 years. During this time I have changed 3 attorneys because they literally were doing nothing for me, ripping me off and hurting my case. I have spent over 40k on attorney fees before I have found Mr.Goldberg. He is the best attorney I ever met! He gave me so much information and really took care of me. It was a miracle I found him! More of an administrator than a lawyer. Did NOT fight for me and instead they gave in to all my ex’s demands. Constantly had to email them for updates as they do not communicate. The lawyer who rep'd me in court misprounded my name, told me he thought my ex was hot, and was eventually fired. Doug reimbursed me for about 30% of the total bill, but I still got hosed. Be warned.

From the first conversation I had with Daniel I knew I had the right guy.   He is confident, knowledgeable and comforting all at the same time.  He always had insight to any of my concerns.  He and his team were very thorough and pushed me to be the same.  He always made sure we were ahead of the game.  He always made sure we had all information and then some.  He and his team were always on top of and timely with signatures and documents.  The presentation for my court order was excellent.  He really knew how to execute my ideas and words and build a strong case with the important information.  He pushed for opposing information and was very clear on what was either true and/or relevant to the case.  He really took the time to understand my situation. He did a great job negotiating with the the opposing lawyer and ultimately created the strongest solution I could hope for before the judge could even be involved.  Ultimately the stipulation agreement we came to was the best case scenario in all accounts.  It was worth every penny.

I met with Mr Wildish to do a Real Estate Transaction. I was the buyer. The Seller was half owner of a Hospital that I was half owner of. I had an old Buy/Sell agreement for this property that was dated 2018. I told Mr Wildish that we needed to update the agreement and change the Attorney’s letterhead from 2018. Wow! I just handed Mr Wildish $5,000 to not even write his own Buy/Sell agreement. Instead, he sent the seller the old agreement with another attorneys name on it! He lied and told me that I said he could send it. Who in their right mind would do that?! I’m not happy and it cost me $50,000 for his ignorance. He couldn’t even coordinate a conference call. He gave everyone the wrong number. Give me my money back Mr Wildish.

I just called to try to speak with an attorney and was given the worst customer service from the male receptionist who answered the phone. I tried to explain the case quickly to ask for a consultation and was given extremely rude service.... i am not sure if the actual attorney at this firm is even aware of this type of rudeness happening at his firm. i would say also this rude person does not even know just how monetarily huge of a case he just threw out the window for this firm due to his rudeness ... gl to you all who ever tries this firm i pray that you are able to get past the receptionist

A little of our story, My Husband and I hired on Mr Yanez & Associates to help us with a move away case from CA to CO for my step son who had primarily lived with us since he was 5 yrs old (he’s 11 now). His birth mother believed that with us moving away she should now have her turn in raising him and attempted to change the custody agreement. We were worried we’d lose the case and our son would have to stay behind and not be able to continue to grow up with his brothers since “courts tend to sway with the biological mothers” or so they say. My husband and I were fortunate enough to have had met with Sean in person a few years prior and were able to get a feel for how we’d hope he’d handle our case. And thankfully we were right. Even with all the Covid 19 obstacles he did not falter. We wanted someone who would listen to our concerns, someone who would answer our questions (and trust me we had a lot!) but not just with what we wanted to hear but with facts, with honesty and sincerity even if it wasn’t the answer we wanted. Attorney Montes is, simply, the best! She's smart, dedicated, caring and has a tremendous amount of fighting spirit!! She's one of the good guys/gals. Amy took on my now fiance' s divorce and child custody case after he had dug himself into a hole due to an incompetent attorney. Amy was an answered prayer! She took on his case, was able to effectively deal with his (now) ex and her experience got him custody of his daughter. She doesn't know how to quit and is able to think on her feet, plus effectively deal with (crazy) opposing counsel. We owe Amy a tremendous debt of gratitude, and can absolutely not imagine being where we are today without her tireless effort. Amy Montes is the best!!
