Attorney Stearman is professional in everything. My case was opened and closed within approximately 5 months, from ending of Jan to middle of July, 2021. At first, I was frustrated and did not know which attorney that I could ask for help. I received no recommendation so I did a research and luckily built my trust in attorney Stearman. Let me be straightforward, as long as attorney Stearman understood my situation, he completely and actively took control over the case. He showed me what outcome would be based on the supporting documents and evidences provided. He responded to my emails within 24 hours. When I did not think or go the right way, he actively guided me back to be on track. Especially, when the other party (who was involved in the case with me), caused too many problems, resulting their paperwork to be returned, as I suggested, attorney Stearman did his best to assist the other party as well. I had 2 cases going on at the same time, and when I explained how the 2 cases were related, attorney Stearman also showed concern that kept reminding me about how the deadlines of 1 case could affect the other. Really helpful with all questions. The process took a little longer than expected but Indu and her staff were very knowledgeable about the paperwork and the process for my case. Even though they did a lot extra work with phone calls and emails, their pricing was very reasonable. I also worked with Indu and her staff remotely (never met her in person since I live in the Bay) but her and her staff still took care of me and got everything taken care of. Highly recommend.

Ms. Indu is not only an excellent lawyer, but also goes above and beyond for what is needed to help her clients, she always makes sure that the interest of the client is in the forefront. Not only did she help me get the best arrangement in my case, she also guided me through other legal matters by recommending the best possible help. Even when she was on vacation, she communicated personally with me and was able to advise me on my matter and made sure her staff was aware of and communicated everything with me. Ms. Srivastav's mindset resonates down to her staff who works with her. Her paralegal/legal Secretary, Sonia Lepe is easy to work with and keeps you informed every step of the way. On one occasion, because I could not make it to their office till 5pm due to work, Sonia stayed behind while missing an important personal appointment to get my rebuttal in to the opposing counsel without any hesitation. We are very grateful for Dorie and her team. Angela was always an email or phone call away and kept us very organized. Lisa was the attorney assigned to my mother's case. She was wonderful! Simon is a perfect textbook lawyer minus the family (human element), a trait very much required for family law cases. In case you want to just win momentarily at any cost and want to have a sense of gratification that u destroyed your ex in a family law case, he is the lawyer to be. Remember though, u will repent later for the bridge this law firm will build between you two. He is a lawyer known for making divorce nasty. I say this through 2 experiences which makes me write about this law firm, one a family member and another a female colleague. This law firm worked exactly the same in both cases. So here is the modulus operandi. The trap- Especially applicable for women's, when u approach this law firm, you will find everyone is so supportive to your situation and even u tell them u also made a mistake u will be brain-washed in believing that u were actually abused and he needs to pay for it and if u dont do that than he can do this or that.... U will be made to believe that u experienced the worst abuse of all time and this law firm will make sure to get u the most out of divorce at any cost. At the end, u will realize they did nothing but took double of your money than other lawyers and u gained nothing but your vindictive approach towards ur ex made u lose in longer run. That day of intake was a bait and the complimentary consultation provided was a hook. The modulus operandi- U will be made to believe that they are giving u discount where in their itemized bill you will find they did not charge u for a phone call, email or inside consultations with other lawyers. By seeing so many waivers u will feel obliged however u will never realize that the total paid after everything is over will be atleast twice or thrice of what a nominal family law case would have otherwise costed. They will drag you in making unnecessary discovery extracting thrice the fees what they pay to their paralegal.. and what you would have paid outside. Discovery will expose urs and ur ex net worth so that this law firm can see how much you can be milked. Unless you realize that your case is mostly handled by junior lawyers who are guided by one and only Simon. Since there are many lawyers to be paid, u atleast pay twice or thrice than a decent attorney office of one or two. Once they see there is nothing left to be milked, they will try to seek a settlement to be over by your case sooner. No stones unturned- The law firm will fight for you tooth and nail making lies the truth and truth the lies. You will be groomed on what to say to Judge and what the lawyer will ask you before the judge and what you should answer for that. After the stage is all set, you will be confident about your win without caring for truth you are hiding and lies you are saying. To pressurize your ex, the law firm will make subpoenas left and right, request documentation, ask the nastiest questions and file unnecessary paperwork in court which will do nothing in your favor but delay the judgement due to chaos. Finally- Ur bills will be running double than your ex, and divorce will still be years apart. You will only realize 5 yrs later that you got blinded into a unscrupulous money hungry law firm. The verdict - If you dont have kids & the intent is to make a divorce or any family law matter highly conflicting, this is the law firm for u else please avoid at any cost and find a family law lawyer who understands the dynamics of family.

Dependable, Trustworthy, Aggressive, Professional!!! My husband and I were in need of a more dependable lawyer for a custody/visitation battle for our son. Our originally hired lawyer was impossible to get in touch with, wouldn't return emails or voicemails for days, cancelled meetings with us and provided a paralegal instead, and showed up only five minutes before our ex parte child custody hearing when we were understandably nervous and stressed. Our experience with Tracey has been the exact opposite. During the initial consultation she immediately put us at ease and gained our confidence. She obtained all possible information from us in regards to the case and reviewed all of the documentation from our previous hearing and resulting stipulation. In less than a week she accomplished more, provided us with additional options and strategies, and made us feel better prepared for such an important and life-altering hearing as the custody and visitation with our son than our previous lawyer did in two months. She punctually arrived at court the day of the hearing dressed professionally and met us in the parking lot to brief us and accompany us in to the courthouse. This went a long way towards calming our nerves and giving us the confidence to face the opposing counsel. She situated us comfortably and then checked in with the bailiff for us. She then chauffeured us in to the gallery ahead of everyone else that was checking in affording us the time to regroup and center before our case was called. She kept us well informed throughout the day and met with opposing counsel to negotiate possibly the best visitation, custody, and move away orders achievable. We are beyond thrilled with the outcome of the hearing and now have additional time with our son that is firm and precise down to the day and hour leaving nothing open to misinterpretation. Tracey even procured for us additional visitation and technological (Skype, Facetime etc.) communication orders so that we can be confident that when we move out of state (active duty military family that is transferring across the country) my husband, myself, and our son and daughters will have solid, ongoing communication with their brother that is so important for siblings and was not previously being accomplished due to parental alienation issues. Tracey was an absolute godsend and followed up with us after the hearing to make sure we were satisfied with the services she provided. Custody and visitation matters are highly stressful and full of emotion. Being an active duty military family we felt at a severe disadvantage in the family law system since most of our family, friends, and support base live in an entirely different state. It is a forlorn experience to show up at court with just your husband when our son's mother had an entire entourage to display. With Tracey, we felt like we finally had someone on our side to be our voice and fight for our rights and our sons right to have a relationship with his father, myself, and his siblings. I would recommend her to anyone going through the heartbreaking and earth shattering struggle of a visitation and custody battle or fighting to be in the life of their child. She was unparalleled in her professionalism, aggressive in fighting for our rights, and compassionate and empathetic to our situation. We will forever be grateful to her and are so fortunate to have had her represent us.

My Daughter had a difficult case involving guardianship and many other very very involved factors. She would call different attorneys and they either did not want to take her case or it was not something they practiced. I called Attorney Schwarz -after a Google search -and he seemed to know exactly what to do and was extremely knowledgeable. He was retained by my daughter. Today my daughter had her court case and had to wait for her case to be called - her case was called last. She advised me that she had watched case after case -with cases similar to her case—get rejected by the judge -her case was then called and everything she requested was approved by the Judge! She was shocked- first time going to court and awarded everything she asked for! Attorney Schwarz is so outstanding! He won this case! Many attorneys you call and you deal with the secretary —my daughter loved how she could call Attorney Schwarz-and he would answer the phone!

I called to set up an Appointment for some Family Law problem we were going through. I didn't even finish talking, he badly cut me off and supposed what i was saying or needing, so he RUDELY & ARROGANTLY with his annoying Voice said * I don't do free calls or any free consultations, No pay No help. When i was about to say i wanted an appointment to maybe see if we can get a case and no one said we weren't paying. How are customers going to speak to you regarding their issues, cus we cant talk or you want to take advantage and start charging non-sense. These are the Lawyers u want to AVOID!! I was looking for a prenuptial lawyer and came across David's name via google search. David answered my phone call promptly and we set a meeting up for an initial consultation. David was down to earth and was very easy to talk to. He and his wife worked together to draft the prenup agreement, and they gave me and my fiance several questions to answer in terms of assets, finances, etc. It was pretty straight forward and not confusing at all. He even referred my fiance to another prenup lawyer to represent him. He and his wife kept consistent contact with us when it came to finalizing our paperwork.

Attorney Bledsoe has been so helpful through the ordeal I am experiencing. My ex has been abusive towards me both verbally and physically. Attorney Bledsoe and his staff Debra, Rafael and Debbie have been a god sent. I can't say enough about how supportive Attorney Bledsoe and his staff are. They truly make you feel like you are family and they put in 110% day in and day out. Weekdays or Weekends they are there to support you and it has been a massive blessing. Attorney Bledsoe was outstanding in court. He showed up "Pumped" and Prepared. In court, Attorney Bledsoe worked extremely well with the Judge and boy did he really bring his "A" game. During court I sat next to Attorney Bledsoe and watched him operate in a way that words can't describe. The man is a Machine!!!! Every time Opposing Counsel tried to say something Attorney Bledsoe was all over it. I would have to say that 90% of what opposing counsel tried to state Attorney Bledsoe objected to and it was granted. He did not give Opposing Counsel an INCH! There is nothing greater than appearing in court with such talented, prepared council by your side and having such a loving, supportive staff supporting you outside of court. Debbie and Rafael have provided me with the greatest customer service and support money can buy. There response time is literally an avg. of 30 minutes. Its mind blowing. Debbie responds in a moments notice and keeps everything organized and moving and I cant thank her enough. Rafael is a "Beast' and he is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He has been such a solid support base and has really kept me grounded during this entire process. Then there is Debra or "Momma Deb" I like to call her she doesn't know that lol. Words can not express the gratitude and love I have for this woman. Debra was the first person I spoke with at the Bledsoe Firm. I was in an a really bad place emotionally, physically and legally. I write and approve of this review of John Bledsoe. Like many folks of us unfortunate lot, there will be grieving if you are sitting in an attorneys office. Money hungry lawyers! Start you of by saying they can do this or that for your case and only need 5k to start BUT then every month after they ask you for 3k to be on the 4K retainer so since I was already 5k in I continued this until I was down over 15k and NOTHING was done! And if you don’t have the money they dgaf they simply say sorry we’re going to have to step down since you aren’t able to make payments... please be careful here don’t let them play you like they did me.

I have been very fortunate that Mark and Kelly asked for and were granted a no contact domestic violence order. They were looking out for my safety and the best interest of myself and my children. This has been a blessing as it has brought peace into our home and provides us with an opportunity to heal from all the abuse that we have been through. Peace is priceless and I am thankful every day for this gift that we have been given. The staff at Irwin and Irwin and the attorneys complement each other and are a cohesive team. The firm is very efficient and ethical. They do an excellent job of communicating and making sure that I have and understand all the court orders. I have learned from other offices, who needed court orders or other information, that Irwin and Irwin is easy to work with. Although my divorce is not finalized, I am very appreciative of the help and support that I continue to receive from the law firm of Irwin and Irwin. They are a fabulous team and I would highly recommend them.

Marc is truly the best in Orange County! When you are going through a divorce (especially a turbulent one) it is the scariest, most uncertain time in your life. For me having an attorney who I knew had my best interest at heart and would represent me like he would his own family meant more than I can put into words. He is extremely passionate and will fight for you, working around the clock, to ensure you get the justice you deserve. He also has a photographic memory and does not forget anything you show or tell him. I can tell you from experience it really matters who you hire when going through this horrible life experience. Hiring Marc I had a true advocate standing by my side who I fully trusted. The weight that took off my shoulders was immeasurable. His reputation precedes him when you are at the courthouse. All the other attorneys and judges know him and hold him in high regard. I even had other attorney’s come into our courthouse and watch him during our trial as well as the court reporter ask for his business card when it was done. No, I am not kidding. Trust me, he is fantastic.

I met Marc after 7 years, 3 other lawyers and tens of thousands of dollars trying to divorce my wife. My wife was a Lawyer in the county that I was getting divorced in and knew everyone in the courts. The previous lawyers dragged it out and played all the games to milk as much money out of me as they could. I was at the end of my rope, thankfully I was introduced to Marc Mitzner. It was obvious from the first meeting with him that he wasn't like the other Lawyers I had been dealing with. He got down to business and in a few short months my divorce was final. Thank you Marc!

I'll be honest Family Law is messy and emotional and I feel so blessed to have been referred to Marc Mitzner and his team. They helped me with a complex Domestic Violence, Custody and Divorce Case. From the moment I came into his office everyone was extremely accommodating, professional and very conscientious of the intense emotional state I was in. They executed everything as they promised and in the time frame they said they would. I was constantly updated of my case status. I never had to follow up and ask for any paperwork as it was always emailed to me immediately. When I went to court with Marc and Christina it was easy to see that their reputations were well respected in the court room and with the judge. There is so much emotion involved in Family Law and during this crisis I was not thinking as clearly as I normally am, I couldn't have been in better hands during this experience. I never felt like I didn't ask enough questions or that I was rushed and if I did have a question they were always very timely to get back to me. It was clear they were extremely experienced, their knowledge speaks for itself, but from day one they clearly informed me of their plan of action, the possible outcomes and continued to do so throughout the process. I know they went above and beyond for me, even for my kids -when I had to bring them into the office they offered them tv , snacks and drawing supplies! 2 years ago I retained Mark as my attorney for a custody and child support case. As a single father I found it difficult to find an attorney that was genuine, and that truly wanted to help me fight for my rights as a father. I was so glad I made the decision to retain this firm. The level of professionalism and the helpfulness was like no other. They truly have your best interest heart, I highly recommend them to all who need someone to fight for them.
