Worst firm ever. Highly incompetent lawyers. Will sell you off to opposing counsel. Do not hire. Hired this law firm to represent me for a nullity case. The firm has a high lawyer turnover. They changed my lawyer thrice. Each time a new lawyer is appointed, the lawyer is nonchalant about the case and leaves for another firm. Each time a new lawyer comes, not only is my cost going up, but I have to re-educate them about my case which is quite agonizing. The worst thing is that their partner actually got sold out to the opposing attorney.

I was referred to this law firm what a great friend that went to law school with the owner they assigned me Natalie Schneider oh boy run run run she needs to go back to school, I asked her if she knew anything about the judge she replied he is fair after the court she did not call me for two days and when she called me she said he was the worst judge in her whole career she lost my case by her poor work she closed a lot of doors for my appeal and when I called her she asked for more money after $9000 I could of done better by myself we hire these lawyers because we think they know how to talk to a judge not this one she basically destroyed my life I lost my daughter as of now and have three years of strain order . Part two this is the answer to your reply Natalie Schneider is not a successful family lawyer the only thing she is good at getting money very good calling you every minute to make sure you pay them but one thing that you forgot to do research and find out how to fight for innocent person and there’s so much evidence if she would of choose the best person that is my daughter that lived with us as a witness she didn’t do anything the reason I hired Boyd law lawyers because I’m not a lawyer but I do give services in my career and everybody’s happy she did not pay attention to my case and now I cannot see my two-year-old daughter that is the worst had to talk to her she asked for more money :(

I'm looking at all these 5 star reviews and wondering if my money wasn't good enough to get as good service as mentioned on these reviews or maybe his office chooses who to give decent services to and who not to? The attorney is nice and professional..hence the two stars instead of one. But, I literally had to push my case along and check on my court statuses MYSELF. I don't even know where to begin. There's so much. 95% of the time I had to call or email to get information and the office had no clue of what was going on with my case. I honestly think his office intentionally tries to extend cases longer by failing to act... just so he can make extra money. As an example, there was an CIC report that the court gave a date for when it would be completed by from the court. The report was to be sent to my attorney ( Mr. Goldberg). A week passes by after the court's date to have it to us, and I'm like where is this report? I reached out to David Goldberg... his response was that he didn't have it, it wasn't sent yet from the court... "Just wait a while" Luckily I didn't wait, I reached out to the investigator and she mentioned that she had finished and sent the report wa week before the deadline. I called DGs office and he finally mentioned that the report went to his junk mail. The fact that I had to call the court MYSELF and check up on this and his response to me was to wait really showed me that he cares nothing about my case. This is just one example, there's MANY more instances of me having to do the work myself.

I had a very complicated divorce that took 2.5 years. During this time I have changed 3 attorneys because they literally were doing nothing for me, ripping me off and hurting my case. I have spent over 40k on attorney fees before I have found Mr.Goldberg. He is the best attorney I ever met! He gave me so much information and really took care of me. It was a miracle I found him! No one from my previous attorneys advised me that well. I can say that Mr. Goldberg very knowledgeable, experienced, professional and caring attorney. He protected my interests the way I couldn’t even imagine that it is possible. As a person he is very friendly and honest. It was a pleasure to communicate with him. He did not overcharge me like my previous attorneys and it says a lot. The atmosphere in his office is very warm, comfortable feels like home. Paralegal Mona is a sweetest person I ever met. I strongly recommend Mr.Goldberg to anyone who is looking for attorney. He will protect your interests better then anyone and he will not over bill you. He is very honest and professional. I would like to talk about David Goldberg. Not only is he very knowledgeable he cares about his clients and not just about making a buck. Being new to the area he was recommended to me. I wanted to talk to an attorney before I hired one and not have to pay a fee just to hear how great one is. He listened to me patiently and showed me how he could help me and explained all the pros and cons. I was very happy with his explanations and informations. He was always quick to reply and was proactive with our communication. Most people now days you have constantly call them so it was refreshing that he takes the initiative and calls me. Hired these 2 for a family trust lawsuit for my deceased grandfather and they came to arbitration and mediation negotiations very unprepared and ultimately led to my family losing the case. My family and I spent tens of thousands of dollars on Dana and Julie for a very disappointing effort by them. I would not recommend them.

Marc is truly the best in Orange County! When you are going through a divorce (especially a turbulent one) it is the scariest, most uncertain time in your life. For me having an attorney who I knew had my best interest at heart and would represent me like he would his own family meant more than I can put into words. He is extremely passionate and will fight for you, working around the clock, to ensure you get the justice you deserve. He also has a photographic memory and does not forget anything you show or tell him. I can tell you from experience it really matters who you hire when going through this horrible life experience. Hiring Marc I had a true advocate standing by my side who I fully trusted. The weight that took off my shoulders was immeasurable. His reputation precedes him when you are at the courthouse. All the other attorneys and judges know him and hold him in high regard. I even had other attorney’s come into our courthouse and watch him during our trial as well as the court reporter ask for his business card when it was done. No, I am not kidding. Trust me, he is fantastic.

I met Marc after 7 years, 3 other lawyers and tens of thousands of dollars trying to divorce my wife. My wife was a Lawyer in the county that I was getting divorced in and knew everyone in the courts. The previous lawyers dragged it out and played all the games to milk as much money out of me as they could. I was at the end of my rope, thankfully I was introduced to Marc Mitzner. It was obvious from the first meeting with him that he wasn't like the other Lawyers I had been dealing with. He got down to business and in a few short months my divorce was final. Thank you Marc!

I'll be honest Family Law is messy and emotional and I feel so blessed to have been referred to Marc Mitzner and his team. They helped me with a complex Domestic Violence, Custody and Divorce Case. From the moment I came into his office everyone was extremely accommodating, professional and very conscientious of the intense emotional state I was in. They executed everything as they promised and in the time frame they said they would. I was constantly updated of my case status. I never had to follow up and ask for any paperwork as it was always emailed to me immediately. When I went to court with Marc and Christina it was easy to see that their reputations were well respected in the court room and with the judge. There is so much emotion involved in Family Law and during this crisis I was not thinking as clearly as I normally am, I couldn't have been in better hands during this experience. I never felt like I didn't ask enough questions or that I was rushed and if I did have a question they were always very timely to get back to me. It was clear they were extremely experienced, their knowledge speaks for itself, but from day one they clearly informed me of their plan of action, the possible outcomes and continued to do so throughout the process. I know they went above and beyond for me, even for my kids -when I had to bring them into the office they offered them tv , snacks and drawing supplies! 2 years ago I retained Mark as my attorney for a custody and child support case. As a single father I found it difficult to find an attorney that was genuine, and that truly wanted to help me fight for my rights as a father. I was so glad I made the decision to retain this firm. I was referred to Mr. Sarieh by one of his former clients when I had realized how poor my representation was with my first attorney. My case was complicated and involved two Interspousal Transfer Grant Deeds for my separate property that my ex was contesting. Whereas my first attorney told me simply that the property issues were complicated, would make my case difficult, and encouraged me to settle, Mr. Sarieh was able to explain case law (that he was involved in no less) that supported my case and assured me that he could successfully take on my case. He did just that and more. Through several court delays and circumstances created by the pandemic, Mr. Sarieh remained steadfast in working on my case. His selection of forensic accountant, Greg Raffaele from CROSSCOR Valuations & Forensics Inc., was exactly what was needed to prove my case in court. The court agreed that all of the documentation we had supported my separate property as being just that. The court also agreed with our vocational evaluation and imputed an appropriate income on my ex-husband who had been hiding his income in order to collect an exorbitant amount of spousal and child support from me. I am more than ecstatic with the outcome. Through Mr. Sarieh's skills, the court ordered reimbursement for overpayment of spousal support retroactive to last March. Mr. Sarieh has my utmost respect as an attorney and I would highly recommend him to anyone going through a contentious divorce. He takes pride in what he does, which is obvious in his demeanor in court and in the work he produces. I have no regrets about choosing Mr. Sarieh for my legal representation.

We retained Wail Sarieh to help us out with what had been a contentious, incredibly confusing, and emotionally draining two-year long divorce process for my elderly father. Our situation was unique in that our father and his wife both suffered from dementia and were not active participants in the process. We had been working with another attorney for almost two years but there had not been any movement in our father’s case for a long period of time. Negotiations had stalled because there was a lack of communication from the other side, and both sides were struggling to divide properties and assets accumulated during and before their marriage. We needed to find an attorney that could pick up the pieces and get the ball moving in this divorce case so our father could enjoy his remaining years. We found that and more in Wail and his staff. Wail was invaluable in helping us get to a very fair settlement in very little time. Wail is incredibly intelligent, professional, driven, and tough when the situation calls for it. He is well-versed in the law and familiar with the judges, attorneys, and courts in the Southern CA area. You cannot help but think you are in good hands with Wail as he exudes confidence, and this allowed us to relax a little for the first time in months. During our first meeting with Wail, he was able to tell us things about our case and showed us invaluable documents that our other attorney had not presented in the two previous years. I wish we would have started working with Wail from day one as we would have saved a lot of time, money, and frustration. Also, I do not think you could find a better advocate for your cause then Wail. He is truly that good. I cannot recommend Wail Sarieh and his staff enough.

Choosing to hire attorney Wail Sarieh was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions I have ever made. Prior to hiring him, I was in court for almost two years and had been denied multiple times the right to terminate my ex mother in laws visition with my children. Even with my children therapist testafing on how awful my ex mother in law treated my children the judge was not using the law to rule but his own personal opinion. He immediately went to work and strategized a plan that would put my case back on the right track. Wail dug deep and review every court hearing I had with my previous attorney who was ineffective and inexperienced in family law, Wail was able to pin pointing every mistake the courts had made by violating my constitution right as a parent. Wail put pressure on the court to terminate the court order right away and the judge apologized to us for overlooking the therapists testemony and violating my rights. Wail was the person I had been searching for after previous attorney turn my case down, Wail represent me and my family during this extremely stressful time. I highly recommend him!!!

My Daughter had a difficult case involving guardianship and many other very very involved factors. She would call different attorneys and they either did not want to take her case or it was not something they practiced. I called Attorney Schwarz -after a Google search -and he seemed to know exactly what to do and was extremely knowledgeable. He was retained by my daughter. Today my daughter had her court case and had to wait for her case to be called - her case was called last. She advised me that she had watched case after case -with cases similar to her case—get rejected by the judge -her case was then called and everything she requested was approved by the Judge! She was shocked- first time going to court and awarded everything she asked for! Attorney Schwarz is so outstanding! He won this case! Many attorneys you call and you deal with the secretary —my daughter loved how she could call Attorney Schwarz-and he would answer the phone!

I called to set up an Appointment for some Family Law problem we were going through. I didn't even finish talking, he badly cut me off and supposed what i was saying or needing, so he RUDELY & ARROGANTLY with his annoying Voice said * I don't do free calls or any free consultations, No pay No help. When i was about to say i wanted an appointment to maybe see if we can get a case and no one said we weren't paying. How are customers going to speak to you regarding their issues, cus we cant talk or you want to take advantage and start charging non-sense. These are the Lawyers u want to AVOID!! Pls look else where. I am posting his AD & BAD Review in Orange County Teacher Bulletins & Family Bulletins, so they stay away.

I was looking for a prenuptial lawyer and came across David's name via google search. David answered my phone call promptly and we set a meeting up for an initial consultation. David was down to earth and was very easy to talk to. He and his wife worked together to draft the prenup agreement, and they gave me and my fiance several questions to answer in terms of assets, finances, etc. It was pretty straight forward and not confusing at all. He even referred my fiance to another prenup lawyer to represent him. He and his wife kept consistent contact with us when it came to finalizing our paperwork.

Jeffrey is an exceptional lawyer. When I reached out to him I had already been a year into my case and felt like it was going nowhere. I decided to drop my lawyer and was referred to Jeffrey to pick up the pieces. With hesitation I gave him all of my trust as a last ditch effort to complete my case. He did not disappoint! Within four months he had everything completed. Not only did he make this process easier, but he kept me informed every step of the way. Attorney Stearman is professional in everything. My case was opened and closed within approximately 5 months, from ending of Jan to middle of July, 2021. At first, I was frustrated and did not know which attorney that I could ask for help. I received no recommendation so I did a research and luckily built my trust in attorney Stearman. Let me be straightforward, as long as attorney Stearman understood my situation, he completely and actively took control over the case. He showed me what outcome would be based on the supporting documents and evidences provided. He responded to my emails within 24 hours. When I did not think or go the right way, he actively guided me back to be on track. Especially, when the other party (who was involved in the case with me), caused too many problems, resulting their paperwork to be returned, as I suggested, attorney Stearman did his best to assist the other party as well. I had 2 cases going on at the same time, and when I explained how the 2 cases were related, attorney Stearman also showed concern that kept reminding me about how the deadlines of 1 case could affect the other. Long story short, if you really need help, please give yourself a chance to talk to attorney Stearman. He will definitely help you understand by simplifying and guiding you on the the right way.

Mr. Gill and his team helped me through a nasty divorce. Not only did they help me navigate the impossible judicial system, but they helped me deal with a narcissistic ex-wife and parental alienation among other things, including domestic violence. I could not have survived the divorce without this team. They are professional, sympathetic, and devoted to getting the job done and doing so fairly. Anyone who thinks this company isn't worth the money, is sadly mistaken. I interviewed numerous attorneys in the beginning of this process, and I'm forever thankful for finding Mr. Gill.

Raja has seriously anger issues and highly unprofessional. He told my parents who he didn't know to "get the hell out of the room. " and thier firm will try to nickle and dime you. $35 charges for (attempting to call you) lol. Don't waste your time or money with these guys.

It was a very confusing and expensive experience having this company consulting me Pro-per in my Civil and Family Law case. First, the attorney i was dealing with Lauren Mulley quit 6 month into case without any notice. Second there was no new attorney assigned to me, so they were transferring me around and nothing was done on time. Third, my case was never closed, because they went completely unresponsive at the end, so i had to go somewhere else, after paying them for a year. Finally, they made feel like a beggar, I was constantly told that "i'm the last in line" because i'm on pro-per, that the "real" clients pay much more and get the proper legal representation because of the amounts they pay. Beware of the greedy Layer's Trap and take your business elsewhere. Im sure there are honest and helpful Attorneys out there, this place is not one of them.

I’ve been working with Raazia on my case for years. Although my divorce was resolved, unfortunately I had to return because of new issues. I could always rely on her to give me professional sound direction in times when it seemed my case was impossible. The worst parts were having patience through difficulty. I have trusted Raazia and her team to help me when I felt that I had lost hope but she encouraged me to stay strong and in the end it was worth the struggle.
