When I first called this law office and set up my initial consultation with Michael Peterson for my pending divorce, I was impressed with how professional and straight-to-the-point he was. He asked all of the necessary questions and summarized my situation very quickly. His assistant, Jordyn, was also very efficient with scheduling and ensuring they got me in quickly whenever it was needed. I then hired Michael to help me draft a divorce agreement (i.e. settlement offer). We worked together, in person, to think through all of the angles and ensure that my interests were protected. Michael was very realistic, reasonable, articulate, and easy to work with. As much as I thought working with a lawyer might be a miserable experience, I actually enjoyed hanging out in Michael's office and working with him. In the end, I felt that I received solid guidance from Michael throughout the entire process of the divorce and felt confident, despite all of the uncertainties and "what ifs", that he had helped me get through the divorce as quickly and smoothly as possible. He also made phone calls to other experts / consultants / lawyers for advice related to real estate law, since my divorce involved some complicated issues regarding a home my ex wife and I owned together. Compared with other local attorneys - some of whom wanted over $7,000 right at the start - this law office was extremely reasonable with their rates, billing by the hour with full transparency and printed breakdowns along the way. Even after the divorce paperwork has been all signed off and completed, Michael has continued to help answer my questions as they arise. I went to several different attorney's before hiring James Jackson. He was the most knowledgeable and really put me at ease about my court case. His team went above and beyond filling paperwork for me, contacting the other party and getting everything in order. The outcome of my case was even better than expected. I trust his judgement and would hire him again I'm a heartbeat. We were dealing with custody and child support with someone who was out of state. Personal experience here. If you want to waste $20,000 + in a year, while doing the leg work yourself, have your case shuffled along to 4 DIFFERENT paralegals (2 of which quit during the process) never have your telephonic hearing info until the day before, charged to chase them to file anything, nothing filed on-time, have the paralegals hint about what a joke it is working there, be left in the dark and get screamed at by Attorney Tate... this is the law firm for you! It’s been a nightmare within a nightmare of divorce. Still married, still paying for a car that’s not mine and had to sign a substitution of attorney because they wanted more money (which I have and using to find new representation) Also, any progress that was made on my case was because of me. Please do yourself a favor and read ALL of the reviews. Shocked this place is still standing. DO YOUR RESEARCH. Most reviews are paid reviews.

Please pay attention to the bad reviews on here and on yelp, they are all very accurate and very alike to what I experienced which means they do the same to all their clients. They will take your money away and do nothing for you! You will have to follow up with them and remind them of all the court dates coming up.Unfortunately, you will find out once it is too late and once they have taken all your money from you. Please go somewhere else!

Firm, fair and compassionate. No shady tactics. Open and honest. Never had a question not fully explained. Every option presented and possible outcomes. If you find yourself in family court, you have already lost. However, if you do find yourself in that situation. I strongly recommend retaining the services of Samantha McBride. She will ask the right questions, do the research and work to position your case in the most effective way in court. Samantha McBride truly listens when other attorneys just goes through the motions. I felt Sam listened to everything I had to say. She sought to understand where I was coming from and what I needed. I felt like she advocated for me every step of the way. One thing I appreciated about her the most was her honesty and her frankness. If something I requested or was inquiring about would end up costing me more in attorney fees than what I was asking for, she was very honest about that. She took my financial situation into consideration and made sure to do everything she could to make the process as affordable for me as possible. Although attorneys are not cheap, regardless of how they are representing you, I wholeheartedly appreciate the efforts she made to keep my costs low. One thing I would recommend, as the client, is to read over all documents, settlements, requests, and other items in writing and check for misspellings and grammatical errors because I did see quite a few of those. Aside from that, I feel at peace knowing I had Sam representing me throughout my divorce. Her confidence and knowledge of laws surrounding divorce provided me with even more comfort in choosing her as my representation. I would recommend Sam to anyone going through a divorce who needs to feel safe, listened to, and advocated for.

Mr Roark was the best attorney I could have ever asked for hands down . He shows empathy he was encouraging he was kind listened to me . Even when I got upset he knew how to shut me up so I wouldn’t get myself in trouble in front of the judge . He was honest set a realistic expectation. When I say he fought as hard as he could for me I mean he was like the lawyers in the movies and the shows you see he was a SHARK and if your looking for a shark look no more he is well worth every penny . And even though I didn’t get the outcome I wanted he helped me not lose custody or have to pay sanctions and that is a victory . He is truly the best .

Highly recommended. Heath and his staff are refreshingly responsive unlike other attorneys I've seen. Extremely knowledgeable with a powerful presence in court with legal staff who are very attentive to responding to emails and inquiries. I felt like I was in such good hands when Heath was present. I don't normally write reviews, but I feel this law office definitely deserves one. From the moment I walked into the office I was met with the utmost professionalism. The two ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. I was then greeted by Mr. Baker earlier than expected. After listening carefully to my case, he proceeded to provide a detailed explanation of my options. I truly felt empowered with the amount of support and guidance I received...I can't thank you enough for that! I know that I definitely exceeded my consultation time, yet I never felt rushed. Wow! I have known Diane for about 9 years and during that time I have had to use her law firm for personal service. As they say you don’t know what people go through until you have to. When issues arrived all I had to do is call her office or email Diane and she always got back to me even when she was on vacation. One thing Diane understands that her clients are going through emotional issues and she always wants to be there to support them. I have also referred my clients to Diane and I have had nothing but great response back from my clients. Dianes staff is also amazing. Thank you for all you do for your clients!!! I was very fortunate to have found Dustin Krogh during a terrible custody battle. I followed Dustin from a previous firm and I could not have been happier doing so. I've hired a few lawyers over the years and have been disappointed, but I cannot give enough stars to Justine and her team for their help. I was recently faced with a serious family matter and Justine more than helped me. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and confident. When I was nervous and at times scared, her confidence was reassuring. She knew that I had a winning case but still kept my expectations inline with reality. I was informed every step of the way and received all the advice one could ask for. That level of honesty is hard to find these days. When all was said and done, the results were better than I had expected and it was the greatest feeling of relief I have every had. It was money WELL spent. Mr. Camarata represented us in a child support case that was stressful and exhausting. After trying to work it out on our own with minimal results, we decided it was best to involve an attorney. Dustin Krogh has been my lawyer since my divorce and most recently into a child custody case with a move away. I really couldn’t be happier with him and his firm! He was always responsive and timely. I feel like I need to say this next part because I’m not a fan of having to do anything inside a courtroom or with Lawyers in general but he actually cared about me. Not just the case and the face value of the challenges it brought but me. He handled everything cleanly, gave phenomenal advice and helped me through some very tight and tough times. For perspective I’m a Dad in the state of California fighting custody of 2 kids and moving with them out of state. Through the whole process he kept me grounded, set my expectations accurately, and maintained a professional decorum that I appreciate and admire! If I could give 10 stars I would.

I was going through a simple divorce so I thought I could do it myself. Well after almost 2 years of dealing with Riverside Family Court I decided I couldn't do it. Less then a month after my consultation it was done. Everyone is awesome and very helpful on any questions I had. I highly recommend them to anyone. Don't do it yourself it ended up costing me more then what they actually charge. A very fair price with quick closure.

I had a complicated real estate forgery issue with an adversary who was an experienced real estate attorney/litigator. I had consulted three other attorneys who had made suggestions that were less certain in outcome than this firm. Mr. Iverson and his staff exceeded my expectations and met their commitments to me. So if you need a legal response that requires: 1. Fast (timely) responses, ...or the 2. Best knowledge in terms of protecting the client (reading the adversary and those involved), ...or services that are 3. Affordable and extremely efficient, saving unneeded expenses (while friendly and professional), ...or you have a complex issue requiring 4. Detailed insight as to the technical issues of a complex situation while identifying and prioritizing the really critical issues with which to be dealt. This firm will be a great, and possibly, the best choice for your project. I hope this long narrative helps. I rarely, if ever, have submitted reviews but this issue affected my daughter and me. Hence, this response..

I had a bad experience with this attorney they never did what they supposed to do And they never fought for me in any way shape or form. They would also never call you back or even told you that they moved to a different location and had nobody there to talk to. So that's y I gave them a bad review on everything that they did for me. And I was not satisfied with the outcome of my case. I would never refer anybody to this law firm at all.
