Highly recommended. Heath and his staff are refreshingly responsive unlike other attorneys I've seen. Extremely knowledgeable with a powerful presence in court with legal staff who are very attentive to responding to emails and inquiries. I felt like I was in such good hands when Heath was present. He doesn't play games and is honest and doesn't drag things out.

I don't normally write reviews, but I feel this law office definitely deserves one. From the moment I walked into the office I was met with the utmost professionalism. The two ladies at the front desk were very kind and helpful. I was then greeted by Mr. Baker earlier than expected. After listening carefully to my case, he proceeded to provide a detailed explanation of my options. I truly felt empowered with the amount of support and guidance I received...I can't thank you enough for that! I know that I definitely exceeded my consultation time, yet I never felt rushed. Wow! I have left this office today feeling true care and concern for my case, something I have not experienced in another attorney's office.

I have known Diane for about 9 years and during that time I have had to use her law firm for personal service. As they say you don’t know what people go through until you have to. When issues arrived all I had to do is call her office or email Diane and she always got back to me even when she was on vacation. One thing Diane understands that her clients are going through emotional issues and she always wants to be there to support them. I have also referred my clients to Diane and I have had nothing but great response back from my clients. Dianes staff is also amazing. Thank you for all you do for your clients!!! This last year I got rear-ended by a person who Didn't even slow down at the light. The first person I called was Diane and walked me through everything I needed and make sure I was OK. I was very fortunate to have found Dustin Krogh during a terrible custody battle. I followed Dustin from a previous firm and I could not have been happier doing so. To best describe it, I was being engulfed by a dumpster fire starting in 2018 and Dustin turned out to be the best firefighter around. He wasn't only professional, responsive and courteous. I've hired a few lawyers over the years and have been disappointed, but I cannot give enough stars to Justine and her team for their help. I was recently faced with a serious family matter and Justine more than helped me. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and confident. When I was nervous and at times scared, her confidence was reassuring. She knew that I had a winning case but still kept my expectations inline with reality. I was informed every step of the way and received all the advice one could ask for. That level of honesty is hard to find these days. Mr. Camarata represented us in a child support case that was stressful and exhausting. After trying to work it out on our own with minimal results, we decided it was best to involve an attorney. Dustin Krogh has been my lawyer since my divorce and most recently into a child custody case with a move away. I really couldn’t be happier with him and his firm! He was always responsive and timely. I feel like I need to say this next part because I’m not a fan of having to do anything inside a courtroom or with Lawyers in general but he actually cared about me. Not just the case and the face value of the challenges it brought but me. He handled everything cleanly, gave phenomenal advice and helped me through some very tight and tough times. For perspective I’m a Dad in the state of California fighting custody of 2 kids and moving with them out of state. Through the whole process he kept me grounded, set my expectations accurately, and maintained a professional decorum that I appreciate and admire! If I could give 10 stars I would.

I felt like I was at an all time low with my custody battle and there was just nothing more I could do. I had spoke with Dustin and he assured me we were able to get things done. I was going through a simple divorce so I thought I could do it myself. Well after almost 2 years of dealing with Riverside Family Court I decided I couldn't do it. Less then a month after my consultation it was done. Everyone is awesome and very helpful on any questions I had. I highly recommend them to anyone. Don't do it yourself it ended up costing me more then what they actually charge. A very fair price with quick closure.

Timing and turnaround at every stage was excellent. It is not the easiest filing but they have helped me through every issue. Highly recommend!!

I had a complicated real estate forgery issue with an adversary who was an experienced real estate attorney/litigator. I had consulted three other attorneys who had made suggestions that were less certain in outcome than this firm. Mr. Iverson and his staff exceeded my expectations and met their commitments to me. So if you need a legal response that requires: 1. Fast (timely) responses, ...or the 2. Best knowledge in terms of protecting the client (reading the adversary and those involved), ...or services that are 3. Affordable and extremely efficient, saving unneeded expenses (while friendly and professional), ...or you have a complex issue requiring 4. Detailed insight as to the technical issues of a complex situation while identifying and prioritizing the really critical issues with which to be dealt. This firm will be a great, and possibly, the best choice for your project. I hope this long narrative helps. I rarely, if ever, have submitted reviews but this issue affected my daughter and me. Hence, this response..

I had a bad experience with this attorney they never did what they supposed to do And they never fought for me in any way shape or form. They would also never call you back or even told you that they moved to a different location and had nobody there to talk to. So that's y I gave them a bad review on everything that they did for me. And I was not satisfied with the outcome of my case. I would never refer anybody to this law firm at all.

I chose Linda Claypool to represent me in a child custody, child support case because her rate seemed reasonable when she offered her services. However, she charged me for every minute I had to provide clarification on anything she would not understand the first time it was conveyed to her such as determining % of visitation with both parents. This is how she takes clients money. Then she had the audacity to charge me for a hearing that was canceled by the non-custodial parent. He informed her that it was canceled. And I confirmed that with her verbally.Yet she did not cancel the hearing, attended the hearing and did not notify me. She is sneaky and dishonest. There were no changes done on my case. It was waste of my money. I did not even have the opportunity to attend myself. I attempted to to discuss the matter with her. Yet she would not refund me the $900 she charged me for court fees in addition to charging me other fees. I previously worked with another attorney and they provided excellent service and would keep me informed and prepared for a court hearing. She failed to do so. She went to court which a case was cancelled and she took $900 from my deposit. It’s sad she has to take money from a struggling single parent.

Linda Claypool, Family Law Attorney, has been a blessing to me. I received notification that my ex-husband was no longer going pay spousal support when he was already a month and a half delinquent, I became very emotional and frightened as my social security will not cover necessary living expenses and my health issues will not allow returning to work. Living on the east coast all I could do was start searching the web for an attorney in California. When I read Ms. Claypool's profile & reviews I knew she was my best choice. During our first consultation I found her to be very professional as she explained every step of the process proving her expertise, compassion and knowledge of family law. Preparing the necessary documents to file in the court system we were assigned a court date only to have it canceled due to the pandemic of Covid 19 closing down the courts. It was 5 months before the court started taking telephonic cases, my case will be heard next month and I'm confident it will go well. I would recommend Linda Claypool as she is not only professional & knowledgeable, she listens to what you are saying and you can feel the passion she has for family law.

Great at filling out court documents, however, as a limited scope client that paid $3,400 for representation at a custody hearing, I was not advocated at all during my hearing against the petitioner that was lying under oath. My attorney did not object or even refer back to parenting history once. I even had the CCRC recommendation amended due to a lie from the petitioner and had the judge state the petitioner was "admirable" for the lies he said under oath. Nothing was advocated for me on record. I was crushed. As a mother that raised my son nearly 4 years, I will now not see my son for practically 4 days and the father lives 50 miles away. To the prospective clients seeking representation for custody hearings, make sure you're hiring an experienced attorney at this particular firm, mine was practically new in her career. I trusted her to represent me, but if I had a re-do I would've gladly paid more money for an attorney with more experience. And even if the outcome didn't change, I would've felt vindicated by my attorney to at least have tarnished the petitioners credibility. It's like he was allowed to say whatever he wanted and I just sat their helpless agreeing to it. I felt so underrepresented and will find a different legal counsel I can hopefully trust again. All these good reviews are with an attorney I didn't have. I was "represented" by Ms. Thompson. I write this honest review so what happened to me doesn't happen to another parent seeking help. Strong, seasoned legal experience matters, especially when it comes to your child.

Didn’t listen. Was horrible to my mother and I. We got there right at 2pm and the door was locked. When he finally answered, he was rude and rushed us through the consult. He was condescending and Made my mom feel like a criminal because of the debts she owed. She cried when we left. This is the most unprofessional and worst experience with an attorney ever.

Lloyd helped me with the family law settlement case. Here are few things I liked about him: 1. He is professional. He has calm demeanor. 2. He doesn't bring his own emotions into the settlement. He keeps it logical and practical. This quality is very important for family law settlement divorce attorney, because everyone have their own set of circumstances and they want to settle their dispute based on those life-situations. Lloyd never tried to force his opinion or popular society opinion on me. He respected my personal preferences and my life situations. 3. He made me well aware about my rights. He didn't hide anything from me. This was very important, because when we don't know about our rights, we let popular society opinion dictate our decisions. In fact, he answered my questions to my satisfaction, in his first meeting only (which was a free consultation. He was not being paid for it, still he answered all questions, made me aware about my rights, made me aware about the law and order boundaries). In fact, due to this, he won me as his client.
