I went to several different attorney's before hiring James Jackson. He was the most knowledgeable and really put me at ease about my court case. His team went above and beyond filling paperwork for me, contacting the other party and getting everything in order. The outcome of my case was even better than expected. I trust his judgement and would hire him again I'm a heartbeat. We were dealing with custody and child support with someone who was out of state. I had been going back and fourth between court and trying to handle things on my own for years with no attorney. I wish I would have hired James from the start. When I first called this law office and set up my initial consultation with Michael Peterson for my pending divorce, I was impressed with how professional and straight-to-the-point he was. He asked all of the necessary questions and summarized my situation very quickly. His assistant, Jordyn, was also very efficient with scheduling and ensuring they got me in quickly whenever it was needed. I then hired Michael to help me draft a divorce agreement (i.e. settlement offer). We worked together, in person, to think through all of the angles and ensure that my interests were protected. Michael was very realistic, reasonable, articulate, and easy to work with. As much as I thought working with a lawyer might be a miserable experience, I actually enjoyed hanging out in Michael's office and working with him. In the end, I felt that I received solid guidance from Michael throughout the entire process of the divorce and felt confident, despite all of the uncertainties and "what ifs", that he had helped me get through the divorce as quickly and smoothly as possible. He also made phone calls to other experts / consultants / lawyers for advice related to real estate law, since my divorce involved some complicated issues regarding a home my ex wife and I owned together. Compared with other local attorneys - some of whom wanted over $7,000 right at the start - this law office was extremely reasonable with their rates, billing by the hour with full transparency and printed breakdowns along the way. Even after the divorce paperwork has been all signed off and completed, Michael has continued to help answer my questions as they arise. I am extremely grateful to have found Michael and Jordyn, since they saved me a lot of money and made my divorce as painless as possible. I would highly recommend them!

Didn’t listen. Was horrible to my mother and I. We got there right at 2pm and the door was locked. When he finally answered, he was rude and rushed us through the consult. He was condescending and Made my mom feel like a criminal because of the debts she owed. She cried when we left. This is the most unprofessional and worst experience with an attorney ever.

I retained Mr. Richard Malone with the Zumbrunn Law Corp for a case of a contractor had put a lien against my deceased mother’s home that I was trying to sell. I had been dealing with this for months, talking with other attorneys not going anywhere. When I talked with Mr. Malone, he told me what he can do. Mr. Malone had the case settled within a few weeks and cleared the lien. I recommend Mr. Richard Malone for any real estate issue, he is very professional, fast and efficient.

Elizabeth is a great family law attorney. Unfortunately the judge did not see everything I was asking for Elizabeth fought for it. She is also an advocate for children and has a solid understanding of the childrens' needs during a dissolution of marriage. She will not simply take her clients side of it's not in the child's best interest. Her retainer is very reasonable and was willing to allow me to make payments.

Contacting me one time to get my money haven't heard back from them in one month then they had someone else call me and tell me something different avoiding me for a week. Told me what I wanted to hear just to get my money and did nothing for me after that. Continue to lie to me telling me they didn't have my email which they have sent several since then continue to lie to me and say that they will call me back a week later and still have not done so. My case is not a big case but it's an easy open shut case and they still with that did not show me any type of Professional Service or courtesy of contacting me. Another wolf in sheep's clothing

0 stars if I could. REALLY!!!! Hiring this law firm was the biggest mistake I could have ever made. They should not have taken my case. They were good upfront until they got my money and went through it. Molly, my paralegal, was horrible. She was unresponsive and couldn't answer any of my questions, but I was charged for every phone call and every email. I was dealing more with Molly and getting no where rather speaking to the attorney I hired. I requested a refund or a partial refund and they denied it and sent me an inflated itemized list. Take your money and run if you could help it. These people should not be practicing law. Mike Bender was useless and almost missed my court date, can you believe it. He should be disbarred. Might file a bar complaint. Reach out to me if you have the same experience and let's share notes. Of course I did not use my real name for my confidentiality. I do not trust you guys. You stole money from me and did not deliver on your promise. I am shocked that you guys are still in business. You can hide behind your nice comments, but what you guys did to my case is unethical and unprofessional. You should not have accepted my case in the first place. I will be suing you.

I was going through a simple divorce so I thought I could do it myself. Well after almost 2 years of dealing with Riverside Family Court I decided I couldn't do it. Less then a month after my consultation it was done. Everyone is awesome and very helpful on any questions I had. I highly recommend them to anyone. Don't do it yourself it ended up costing me more then what they actually charge. A very fair price with quick closure.

I had a complicated real estate forgery issue with an adversary who was an experienced real estate attorney/litigator. I had consulted three other attorneys who had made suggestions that were less certain in outcome than this firm. Mr. Iverson and his staff exceeded my expectations and met their commitments to me. So if you need a legal response that requires: 1. Fast (timely) responses, ...or the 2. Best knowledge in terms of protecting the client (reading the adversary and those involved), ...or services that are 3. Affordable and extremely efficient, saving unneeded expenses (while friendly and professional), ...or you have a complex issue requiring 4. Detailed insight as to the technical issues of a complex situation while identifying and prioritizing the really critical issues with which to be dealt. This firm will be a great, and possibly, the best choice for your project. I hope this long narrative helps. I rarely, if ever, have submitted reviews but this issue affected my daughter and me. Hence, this response..

I had a bad experience with this attorney they never did what they supposed to do And they never fought for me in any way shape or form. They would also never call you back or even told you that they moved to a different location and had nobody there to talk to. So that's y I gave them a bad review on everything that they did for me. And I was not satisfied with the outcome of my case. I would never refer anybody to this law firm at all.
