I went through a 3 year long divorce. It was extremely dirty and spiteful. When I separated from my ex husband I had an 8 month old and was left with nothing. Eric and Debra have treated me like family. They made it a point to take my calls and actually listen to me. It never felt like a transaction. They genuinely had my best interest at heart and tried to make the process of divorce which we all know is horrifying as easy and smooth as possible. MENTAL DIVERSION EXPERT! I would highly recommend Mrs. Debra Rice as she went above and beyond for my brothers court case. She did exactly what she said she would do and then some. The odds were not in his favor and we got far better odds than expected, as we already suspected the charges were not going to be dropped regardless of the lack of evidence the state had against him (Unfortunately, an officers word against yours is enough to seal the deal in a case now and days). Fortunately,she is a realist and will tell you each of the possibilities you can go with your case, then tell you which route will give you the best odds, within reason. Do not be mistaken though because she will go the toughest route possible if you are willing to, as she did with my brother. She was/is available throughout the entire case and was at no point unreachable, as she would always pick-up, email, text, or meet up. She gave great expert referrals that we needed for our particular case and further provided us with all the resources necessary to increase the odds of a great outcome. Her fees are beyond reasonable for the amount of traveling and time she had dedicated to our case, you will not find another attorney that will do it with a reasonable charge and have the same, if not better outcome. Furthermore, she was not just an attorney but an actual human being that treated us with dignity, respect, and never once made us feel uncomfortable. We could not have found a better attorney, I can not stress this enough! Other attorney's did not want to take the case as they said "it is too complicated, complex and a sealed deal", Mrs. Debra Rice proved them all wrong with the outcome however proved them all right the complexity of the case. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome of our case. We can not thank her enough for the second chance she has given my brother.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the professionals at Rice and Rice. Eric Rice represented me, and along with his paralegal Erlinda, helped me ensure the safety and wellbeing of my children. From start to finish, Eric was very honest about what I could expect and how things could proceed short and long term. He consistently provided solid advice and helped me every step of the way. I was concerned about some parenting choices my ex-spouse had made without my consent and Eric was able to help put an end to them in a timely fashion. He is very clever and knows the law inside and out to effectively reach his clients’ goals. I would also like to note that Eric has consistently made time to meet with me around my flights and limited time in California before needing to appear for court. He has made a point to meet me at his office shortly after I have landed, even if it was outside his usual hours or he was ill on one occasion. Eric Rice from start to finish was professional, to the point, and well organized. What should have been a simple divorce was drug out into two separate hearings one where the opposing side trying to sue for back alimony and clearly had no case. Thankfully Eric's knowledge of case law showed in his confidence during the hearing. His smile put me at ease during the hearing, shortly after he and opposing counsel were in chambers the case was dropped. This was a refreshing win in my favor. The second hearing should have been quick and easy, but once again the ex had an agenda. Eric Rice took it in stride not allowing my ex to have any upper hand. The ex's attempts to further delay the judgement finally came to an end. Eric's knowledgeable staff worked on preparing the status only judgement divorce paperwork over a few months thereafter. If you are looking for an attorney who speaks with confidence, actively listens, knowledgeable in family law, with friendly and helpful staff, I highly recommend Eric Rice hands down.

I retained Mike Razo as my attorney in my Divorce. I consulted with a few attorneys, but Mr. Razo had a far better understanding of the unique issues of my case, in particular the financial nuances involved in separating our assets and debts that were entangled from our 10-year marriage. We had one particular asset that required specialized knowledge. Emotions were running very high and I could not have handled this matter without him. He was always available and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me from agreeing to things that were against my best interest. Highly recommended. Heath and his staff are refreshingly responsive unlike other attorneys I've seen. I chose Linda Claypool to represent me in a child custody, child support case because her rate seemed reasonable when she offered her services. However, she charged me for every minute I had to provide clarification on anything she would not understand the first time it was conveyed to her such as determining % of visitation with both parents. This is how she takes clients money. Then she had the audacity to charge me for a hearing that was canceled by the non-custodial parent. He informed her that it was canceled. And I confirmed that with her verbally.Yet she did not cancel the hearing, attended the hearing and did not notify me. She is sneaky and dishonest. There were no changes done on my case. It was waste of my money. I did not even have the opportunity to attend myself. I attempted to to discuss the matter with her. Yet she would not refund me the $900 she charged me for court fees in addition to charging me other fees. I previously worked with another attorney and they provided excellent service and would keep me informed and prepared for a court hearing. She failed to do so. She went to court which a case was cancelled and she took $900 from my deposit. It’s sad she has to take money from a struggling single parent.

Linda Claypool, Family Law Attorney, has been a blessing to me. I received notification that my ex-husband was no longer going pay spousal support when he was already a month and a half delinquent, I became very emotional and frightened as my social security will not cover necessary living expenses and my health issues will not allow returning to work. Living on the east coast all I could do was start searching the web for an attorney in California. When I read Ms. Claypool's profile & reviews I knew she was my best choice. During our first consultation I found her to be very professional as she explained every step of the process proving her expertise, compassion and knowledge of family law. Large bills with little value and poor communication and performance My case was for a reduction in spousal support. I had what I thought was initially good service and value, but once it came to the point that the lawyers had to pay attention to details it fell apart. I had to repeat key information several times that had been conveyed through emails and in person. Court papers were prepared without any explanation as to there need, purpose, or cost. The prepared paperwork contained several errors that made it appear to be a copy from another case that was just edited. I requested several times to get estimated costs for the needed work and was denied any helpful guidance. After communicating my need to keep costs low as I was not able to pay large bills I received, in the month that followed, an extremely large bill. After complaining, taking out a large loan, and getting an assurance that they would keep my costs manageable I received another large bill that I could not pay. My attempts to resolve the situation were ignored and communication was extremely limited from their end with no attempt to address my concerns. I was left with no options, no money, and no lawyer to finish my case. The fees charged by Mr. Peelman's firm are the equivalent of two years of support payments.

I just finalized my divorce; Danny Peelman and team were the attorneys that handled my case, his team was a referral of the family trust law firm that I have used in the pass. On the first visit to the office of Danny Peelman, Danny Peelman clearly expanded how divorce is handled in my state and what will be involved, and during the visit he was clear on what will be the outcome for the assets between me and ex-wife.
