PAID THIS RUDE SCAM ARTIST LADY 2500. SHE DID NOT REPRESENT ME ONCE IN COURT. MATTER FACT SHE CALLED MY XWIFE AND INFORMED HER RATHER THAN I. This review is long over due. My life has been so peaceful thanks to Stephen Gassner. Mr Gassner helped me with a custody case for my daughter. Mr Gassner was able to rescue my daughter from a living situation that was not in her best interest. I have had full custody of my daughter now for about 4 years now. Christine Thielo is very knowledgeable, thorough, ethical, experienced, tough and confident. She worked hard to get me the best possible outcome in my child support matter. She took the time to review everything so she could fully understand my case and be able to adequately represent me. Christine is the type of lawyer you imagine in a movie, she comes in and takes charge. We visited several lawyers before coming to her and it seemed like all lawyers would give us the same spill regarding family law and never really took time to listen to our concerns. Christine took the bull from the horns right from the get go and told me to hire her and man let me tell you if I hadn't things would be so much different for us. It’s tough to really review a law firm. The outcome isn’t always the way we want it so it makes it easy to have reviews based on the judgment and not the actual lawyer. IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A REAL REVIEW THEN READ THIS. Matthew Sheasby is very knowledgeable and very passionate about his work. Often times the judge and opposing counsel would turn to Matthew for clarification of the LAW! He is by far a superior attorney because he excels in the courtroom and his understanding of the law, the system and the people that are a part of it. Purely based on his ability to perform well on the things he can control, he is FLAWLESS! I couldn’t have had a better attorney for such a complicated and lengthy legal battle. Mr. Hatcher and his team has helped me on two different cases regarding child support and child custody. I was at a dead end with child support and owed over $10k in arrears with a $1700 monthly payment because I made mistakes dealing with child support directly and it affected the quality time I spent with my kids. Hatcher and his team made it all go away like it never happened and my payments dropped to $132 monthly along with health insurance provided by my employer and share approx 43% throughout the year. Initially the process was pretty scary because I didn’t know who to trust but I can confidently say that his team will get the job done as long as you do what they say. You can sit back and relax because you won’t need to call his office for anything and if they need something from you they will give you call directly.

I really like my experience with Mr. Miles and Mr. Hatcher. The first time I met with them it was during a weekend that they were close and they went out of their way to meet with me for my case that was the fallowing week. They always helped me out with any question I had. They helped me with my domestic violence hearing and child support/ divorce. If one wasn’t available the other was. I really like how patients they were with my case. They also have a very nice assistant that help me out as much as she could. I would recommend Miles And Hatcher to anybody that asked me for a good lawyer. During my domestic violence hearing they did an amazing job defending me.

Miles and Hatcher as an office were very professional and informative. They never missed a beat. As a team they helped me to understand my case, the options I had with my case and helped guide me to what would best suit all parties in the situation. I contacted a number of attorneys to see if they could take on our case involving a situation regards to our son. Beyond impressed! I had been self represented through years of family law and child support court hearings and was so hesitant to hire an attorney out of fear and trusting that they would appropriately represent myself and child. Worst law office. I called the office to set an appointment for a "paid" consultation, the gentleman who manages the office took my information and said that he would call me back to set an appointment. A week later, he never called back. When I called again, he said the most gullible excuses for not getting back to me. I went ahead any way and still asked him to schedule an appointment for me to meet with the attorney. He gave me an appointment a week later. He asked for all my information again, which means he did not save my info the first time. On the day of the appointment, I left work early and arrived at the office on time. The same gentleman opened the door and looked confused then he said that my appointment was supposed to be on the phone. I looked upset because he never said anything about having the meeting on the phone. Then he was trying to reach the attorney for over 10 minutes on the phone without any luck. How come the attorney did not call me if the appointment was really on the phone? It was just another lie to cover his incompetence. I just left the office because they lost my trust before I even get to meet with the attorney.

Large bills with little value and poor communication and performance My case was for a reduction in spousal support. I had what I thought was initially good service and value, but once it came to the point that the lawyers had to pay attention to details it fell apart. I had to repeat key information several times that had been conveyed through emails and in person. Court papers were prepared without any explanation as to there need, purpose, or cost. The prepared paperwork contained several errors that made it appear to be a copy from another case that was just edited. I requested several times to get estimated costs for the needed work and was denied any helpful guidance. After communicating my need to keep costs low as I was not able to pay large bills I received, in the month that followed, an extremely large bill. After complaining, taking out a large loan, and getting an assurance that they would keep my costs manageable I received another large bill that I could not pay. My attempts to resolve the situation were ignored and communication was extremely limited from their end with no attempt to address my concerns. I was left with no options, no money, and no lawyer to finish my case. The fees charged by Mr. Peelman's firm are the equivalent of two years of support payments.

I just finalized my divorce; Danny Peelman and team were the attorneys that handled my case, his team was a referral of the family trust law firm that I have used in the pass. On the first visit to the office of Danny Peelman, Danny Peelman clearly expanded how divorce is handled in my state and what will be involved, and during the visit he was clear on what will be the outcome for the assets between me and ex-wife. Also, he was clear on what the charge will be in and out of court. This was explained in a way that I was able to understand and all my questions were answered without being rushed to make a decision. During the process of the divorce the staff of Danny Peelman kept me fully up to date where the case stood and always responded to my questions in a very timely manner. When there were decisions to be made clear advice was given with both pros and cons. And at no time was I ever rushed to make a decision without support. The team made it a little easier to go thru the process and always gave me the assurance that I was just important as the next client.
